Stayed at the Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel in May 2019. We booked a deluxe room with a balcony. When booking, we asked for a high floor, but upon check-in we were given the 1st floor and we expressed our displeasure. Although our number corresponded to our chosen category. The hotel staff went to meet and offered not only the highest floor, but also the best room in the hotel! Conclusion: the main thing for the management of the Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel is to create all the conditions for an impeccable vacation for its visitors! We express our deep gratitude and gratitude! We wish you continued success and always remain the best! Pros: Good location and spacious large rooms compared to other hotels in Lisbon; modern and very clean rooms; Attentive and friendly staff who are always ready to help; Excellent and varied breakfast with a large selection.
Upon check-in, as a compliment from the hotel - a bottle of champagne, various cakes and sweets, a fruit basket, and every day a variety of sweets were brought to the room; The hotel offers two free walking tours of the city with an English-speaking guide in Lisbon (at 12:00 - city center, Chiado quarter and at 16:00 - St. George's Castle); Fresh popcorn is made daily in the hotel lobby in the evenings + free ice cream coupons in a nearby cafe; Free - 24 hours a day the hotel offers: bottled water in the lobby, various drinks, fruits, snacks, snacks, nuts and other goodies!
