Review of Grandhotel Stary Smokovec
We just like this hotel, we are not the first time we stay there. We were 2 years ago, they even made repairs there in the rooms. We like Smakovets, that's why we go there to have a rest.
old hotel
We spent two nights at the hotel, being on an info tour. It was the first one I saw in Slovakia, so I was very impressed. Ancient, solid, solid. But the experienced eye of travel agents revealed a number of shortcomings.
The hotel is good
The hotel is good. You can stay for a few days. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, checked in at 11 am. The rooms are spacious. In the room - toiletries, bathrobe, slippers.

Good hotel. Fully meets its 4 *. There is also a spa and pool and bowling and billiards. Rooms are small and very simple. More hotel, of course, suitable for business trips, and for those who like a quiet and peaceful holiday.

The hotel is decorated in the old style, located 50 meters from the funicular station to Hrebienok - the main center for skiing and sledding (2 km). The train station is 200 meters away and the bus stop is 300 meters away.

The hotel is excellent, in the old style, a wonderful spa, breakfasts are good. Near the mountain . . The hotel has most of the Russians, the staff understands perfectly, no misunderstandings.
Norms of rest
The hotel is not bad! ! ! ! ! Once white in Slovakia, I can't compare ...Everything described is there! The food is normal! Few people! Nature is simply beautiful! ! ! ! !
Think for yourself....
I want to share my opinion about the Bellevue Hotel. In general, the choice of the city itself Stary Smokovec was correct. This is due to the fact that from this point you can easily get to Tatranska Lomnica and Strbske Pleso, and to the city of Poprad, and even to Jasna.
