I write the whole truth without exaggeration. Arriving at the hotel (we were 3 adults and 1 child) at the reception, young people who generally don’t understand Russian, somehow changed money over the phone through an interpreter, by the way they don’t give receipts, like come tomorrow we’ll give it to you, they didn’t . But on the other hand, as soon as they approached the reception, pay the tax in the first place, they barely knocked them out so that they would give a receipt. They sent us to room number 129, while there was no light along the corridor, we walked in the dark. And then we were just dumbfounded at the very beginning of our arrival. We go into the room, there is no light. I had to run around to get light, somehow. And then we see the furniture is all shabby, the smell of grandmother's raw junk, the TV without a remote control, the bath is generally all dirty in rust and hair, there is no toilet paper and towels. Somehow they knocked out the next day the remote control from the TV, a towel, paper.
And for our 7 days of rest, the rooms were not cleaned, they pretended to be cleaned only, as juice was spilled on the bed and it remained until we left, they didn’t change anything. There was nothing at all, except for eggs. Terrible dishes that are unbearable to eat, everything is salty, we didn’t see meat and fish at all (((Fruits are all missing (watermelon, melon, sometimes there were grapes). Dishes and tables are all dirty. Honestly, I even disdained. And at the expense of free drinks, they pour less half a glass, if you ask for beer, they pour foam, but most importantly, when they pour beer, everyone pours it on the floor, the pressure is so rushing there, it’s just pipets, everyone was a little shocked at such bartenders. And the faces are so dissatisfied and nasty (they constantly drank a cocktail under the bar) and in general they don’t like Russians, and there are only Arabs, Algerians and French.
The animators are so besyachie, nasty, annoying, they took money from people. If you don’t go to play or participate with them for money, then we are a freebie for them. They were shouting there Russian freebies. And then we just went crazy over it. The sea is very dirty. Terribly simple, do not write everything. But I’ll say for sure that I’ll never go to Tunisia on vacation again and I don’t know who likes it there and drags from Tunisia. It's not even the hotel, it's just the atmosphere of Tunisia, everything is poor, dirty. Better for that kind of money people fly to another city and relax!! !

The owner of the hotel is so greedy that plastic cups are washed, the cheapest watermelons and melons are bought, with a taste of rot (for 2 weeks there were peaches once, once grapes). . All alcohol is diluted with water, starting from wine and ending with strong drinks. Animation is only for Algerians. They put Kirkorov-scandal, abuse from the same Algerians. If you want to visit such conditions, go. No meat, no fish; all some kind of baked vegetables interspersed with chicken. In short, no civilization on a generally accepted scale. The only thing is the sea, the sun, the sand - cool! If you close your eyes to the rest...

Check-in - fill out a form, give a key card and say the number. Usually you go to your room yourself, but if there is free staff, you can ask to take your luggage (prepare a tip). Motion sensors are installed throughout the hotel and the light turns on when you pass by.
They settled in room 354, as in the girl's review below, they did not give money. The hair dryer didn't work in the room either, but we had our own. Backyard view as we wanted. There was a refrigerator and a TV remote control (there are 3 Russian channels). If there is no remote control, go to the reception and take a deposit of 20 dinars. The general condition of the room is good, central air conditioning is installed, cooling is sufficient.
In the bathroom, shampoo and body gel in a jar. Shampoo and gel do not change, but enough for the whole vacation. The cleaning procedure is as follows - towels are collected after 10 am, only then the cleaner comes and cleans, by 13 pm (when you come after dinner) it is always already cleaned. We always left 1-2 dollars for a tip to the cleaner (some days they put a "Do not disturb" sign - the cleaner did not come in in this case), she always brought the cleanest towels, cleaning without complaints, flowers in the room and also put flower petals in the bathroom.
Let's move on to nutrition.
There is no information about the opening hours anywhere, I write:
Breakfast from 06:00 to 10:00. From 06:00 to 07:00 only scrambled eggs, salads, bread, coffee, juice, muesli, from 07:00 a normal breakfast starts. Very tasty pastries.
Lunch from 12:30 to 14:00
Dinner from 18:30 to 21:00
Salads, side dishes, desserts, soups, pastries, juices, coffee - approx. Questions only on meat and cheese. Cheese only in the morning, two types and very simple. Sausage is not sausage in the morning, only 1 kind. Cutlets, sausages, as well as ready-made sausages, meatballs, liver, fish are fried in front of you. There is no meat or chicken fillet, everything is on the bone, for an amateur. Cooking pizza for dinner and lunch.
Pizza and pancakes are served from 16:15 to 17:00. Tablecloths will always be dirty. Try to come to the beginning of lunch and dinner, then you can take clean tables on the street.
The beer is good, but the fortress is not. The wine is not very good, whiskey and cola, etc. normal, poured from closed bottles.
The animators are trying.
The pool is clean and there is always a lifeguard. You can take drinks yourself, or you can ask for a few dinars and they will bring you to the sunbed without a queue. In the morning there are always free sunbeds, in the evening it may not be.
Walk to the beach for about 7 minutes on a quiet road. I liked the beach, fine sand, calm sea in the morning, very cool waves in the evening. There is some poop from a camel being driven along the beach. Sunbeds should be taken early in the morning, free in the evening.
The country is Arabic, so there are a lot of them, but they are polite. On weekends in the late afternoon, sun loungers on the beach can be occupied by locals, because. the bar on the beach does not belong to the hotel, only sun loungers (drinks are paid beer 5 dinars).
The staff are all very friendly but completely indifferent, don't expect high standards of service here, they are more like friends than 4* hotel staff. Don't forget to tip everywhere and your holiday will change for the better : )

Beach. The sea is clean, but the shore is full of camel poop. It doesn’t seem to stink, but poop to the sea..........
Animators: They tried to cheer up, but how to cheer up vacationers in the evening if everyone is sitting in the rooms.
Divorces in Tunisia: this does not apply to the hotel
DON'T TRUST ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HELP YOU
1. Do not sit on a camel to take pictures for free. He will go later, he will have to pay dearly at three.
2. Don't trust hotel staff who will meet you outside the hotel. (hotel bartender, chef, animator - how lucky you are) First, a free free tour, then they will take YOU to a store where you can buy cheap goods for 3 more expensive ones. Or maybe they will show you how local relatives live, then it will turn out to be a museum : )
ADVICE DO NOT BRING A LOT OF MONEY WITH YOU!! ! 20-30 days maximum.
BIG PLUS
Fun in Tunisia is really cheap. For 4 days......
- parachute 1 hour - 40 DNR - 400 UAH.
- quad bikes 1 hour - 25 DPR - 250 UAH
- pirate ship 1 hour - 25 DNR -250 UAH
- roller coaster 1 hour - 15 DNR. - 150 UAH
Total for 4 days of entertainment spent 1050 UAH. or 40 dollars.
They will offer more do not agree.....

On the first evening, they settled on the ground floor, number 27. The towel was hardly changed from the previous tenant. Outside the window, in my opinion, a transformer box was buzzing, or whatever else I don’t know, in the morning they began to slam the doors. And then it dawned on me that they gave me a room in the staff wing. I asked to change the number to another one. The replacement was supposed to take place after 12-00 and I went to the beach.
The beach before the storm was quite normal, but after the storm - it's something! When I told about this at the reception, and even the manager, I was assured that everything would be removed tomorrow, but these were just words, although the beach of the neighboring hotel was constantly cleaned. Also 4 *, but apparently not economy? They valued the calmness of their guests and their prestige more than in Houda Yasmine Hammamet.
Upon returning from the beach, they gave me the key to another room and I moved there. Having unpacked my suitcase, I discovered that my camera was missing, which I had put in the dressing bag the day before and left in the nightstand. I didn’t even immediately realize that it had just been stolen from a closed room, I thought that I had just left it in the nightstand. It turned out that things go missing quite often in this hotel. And I can say that this is NOT a maid, but one of the staff who has a universal key and knows about the new guest. When I contacted the reception with this and asked to call a guide for me, for easier communication with non-Russian speaking staff, they did not refuse me, but when I heard from the guide about the loss of the camera, the courtesy disappeared and a second call was refused. It's like a paid call. Although they steal tourists who have already lived there. On the beach, I overheard women talking. One of them also had a camera stolen. A young couple immediately came up and said that they also lost their camera and $150. After that, I wanted to ask a question: “When will you be full of cameras? ” But they also do not disdain tablets and iPhones. Three days before departure, I met a young woman who lost her gold chain. At the same time at the reception they say that all this is the work of tourists. Where is the logic, gentlemen? A tourist can and will take what lies badly, but! On the beach or by the pool, but not in an electronically locked room! Never in 10 days have I seen tourists crawling along the walls from balcony to balcony! The young couple contacted the police. Of course, they accepted the application, that's all. I also had a guide. I translated everything and also all to no avail. The hotel management says that they have no right to search tourists, but they do not need to be searched. You just need to check your staff more carefully when applying for a job and theft will stop and the prestige of the hotel will not suffer. They didn't even apologize to me. But I came to visit them and I, the guest, was robbed, and the owners do nothing to somehow normalize the situation. Electronic cards also constantly had to be charged at the reception. There was always some kind of failure. You won't get into the room.
By the way, the room they gave me was without a shower, without a hair dryer and without a refrigerator. This is on top of the theft. After a small scandal, or rather the intervention of the guide, who was able to translate my claims, they immediately staffed my room and repaired the shower, although water did not flow from the tap. But this is nonsense.
As for food, everything is edible, there were no poisonings, But there are queues !!!! ! It's horrible and humiliating to stand in line with a plate of food. At the same time, if you want to drink something, be it tea, coffee or something containing alcohol, then you also get in line at the bar, which is located outside the dining room. The fact that they pour a little alcohol there is fine, but in front of me the woman asked for tea and she was poured half a cup of water and given a tea bag. She even asked for more water. Probably due to inertia, everyone does not top up, either wine or water. Breakfast is the same. Natural yogurt helped me out. And here are the fried eggs! I won't eat it for a long time. For a change, at least once the eggs were boiled or something...
Many say that they will no longer go to Tunisia, they will wait for Turkey and Egypt, but the point is not in the country. If theft thrives in a hotel, it is not the country that is to blame, but the specific manager of a particular hotel. I was in Tunisia this May, in Sousse and also in 4 *. It was heaven! And no missing. I faced this for the first time in my life. I would like to ask the tour operator a question: “Why enter into an agreement with a hotel, for which there are so many complaints about sending tourists there on vacation, which is spoiled in this way.

They were supposed to check in on 25.08, but they settled us on 26.08 because they, it turns out, do not have rooms available, and we had to drag ourselves to another hotel, and come back in the morning. This, probably, oasis travel let us down, no matter how much I asked, with anex tour and other tour operators, no one had such situations.
I agreed with the cook on the expense of food for the child, except for mashed potatoes, he could not think of anything, and the child ate potatoes all the rest. Luckily we were only there for a week.
Will never return to this hotel

The rooms are in excellent condition, well, at least I didn’t climb the walls, didn’t look for and didn’t take pictures of cracks)), the plumbing is normal and nothing broke. In the bar and in the restaurant, everything is also quite neat, albeit simple compared to the hotels in which I rested before (5 (five) in Turkey and Egypt) You will definitely not find luxury there, but you can relax 100% - swimming pool , enough for all the sunbeds, you need to take your own towels, they don’t give beach towels there. To the sea to go for about 10 minutes along the alley, it didn’t bother us at all - a walk never interferes, especially with such an amount of food. The sea was not particularly impressed (especially after the Red), but better than in the Crimea. There are sunbeds there too, there is enough for everyone and everything is free, there is no bar on the beach. There is enough food, I didn’t have time to eat unambiguously, from fruits - watermelons, melons, peaches, grapes, apples. Alcohol is standard, as everywhere in the ol inclusive - wine, beer, vodka, booze. The staff is friendly and everyone is trying to help. For girls - a special weakness, but no one bothered at all. We went to ride ATVs - we were also impressed by the pirate boat - we also really liked it. Massage at the hotel is excellent - especially men)) Animators give the heat to the fullest - water polo, aqua aerobics, gymnastics, aerobics, darts, etc. Every evening there is a show, then a disco, which is a stone's throw from the hotel and even very nothing, by Kiev standards The music is good, the atmosphere too. We went there every day)) There is practically no living creatures on the territory. In general, the rest was a success, I will definitely return to Tunisia and even to this hotel. Do not listen to bad reviews, there were also people there who were constantly dissatisfied with something - they looked at glasses for half an hour, then they twisted their faces. Killed b) Have a good rest there, do not doubt the hotel!
