The hotel has more rooms. located not directly on the road. and to the side with balconies. We repeatedly asked to change the room and at the reception at Tamara (by the way, she not only did not help, but was clearly opposed) asked the guide Asal to help. But he didn't help either. besides, he spoke very aggressively. The last resort was the PEGAS tour operator from which we flew. I have never met a more boorish attitude in clients in any of the other tour operators. This is the only tour operator whose employees have no respect for either children or the elderly. I will note. that we had a departure and arrival at Sheremetyevo paid for (from other airports a ticket is much cheaper). So, we not only postponed the flight time. but we flew to Zhukrovsky (100 km) from us. Do not fly Pegasus, it is very fraught with consequences . .
