Food is normal. You shouldn't expect any frills, but I can't say anything bad either. Side dishes, meat, salads, sauces, soups, all kinds of cakes, fish, fruits, vegetables, cakes and sweets; just a few different types. You definitely won't leave hungry.
The min-bar is really free, but there are only BA drinks: water, fanta, sprite, cola.
The staff is friendly and will always help in any way they can. There are no complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms. Cleaned every day, did it well and without a tip. A couple of times the staff was called at night because of the air conditioner and TV, the master came after 10 minutes and quickly fixed everything.
Entertainment:

If you still decide to fly there, I recommend Building A or B Building, C next to the road and you go there for about 10 minutes. Noisy. In the evening there isn't really much to do. Kinda boring. Comfortable rooms, polite staff, quality service, excellent food, magnificent beach. Approximately 1.5-2 hours and they brought us to the hotel, they greeted us warmly at the reception and gave a room in building B, unfortunately with a view of the road and without a balcony. But I was not sad for a long time, because the room turned out to be very beautiful and comfortable. As for the beach, it's amazing! clean sand and clear sea, but when there are waves it is difficult to swim. As for the 5+ food, everything is very tasty, most of all I liked breakfasts with homemade eggs, pancakes with yogurt, fruits and their signature tea with milk.

Rested from 27.09. 2016 to 7.10. 2016. The sea and the beach are wonderful. Service is good. No problems to the restaurant kitchen. The tunnel under the road is very comfortable, cool, with music and pictures, without access to the street. In fact, this is an underground corridor from building to building. You won't even notice that you were walking through a tunnel under a busy highway. The air conditioner worked, the TV too, the minibar was filled. One could find fault with cleaning, but we did not go on vacation for this. The animators are funny, they were engaged with the children, the evening entertainment was with a twinkle. Of the shortcomings, only 2 can be named: a narrow beach (all the time you have to move the sunbed after the shadow, I think if you put large awnings, and not individual umbrellas, then this problem could be solved) and a tiny playground (in fact, this is one slide and a swing, not enough). In all other respects, it was a wonderful holiday, which left only pleasant memories.

We rested at the Aska Just in Beach Hotel 5 * in Avsallar by a company of three mothers with three children from May 26 to June 15.2012. The sea is shallow and warm, which was a big plus for our children. On the beach there are umbrellas, mattresses and sun loungers, which are desirable to take early in the morning. But if it so happened that you did not get a sun lounger, then there is a hotel employee on the beach who will help you solve this problem - he will bring both a sun lounger and a mattress. Beach towels are issued and changed as many times a day as you wish, there are no restrictions. The hotel has 3 blocks, blocks A and B on the first line (mostly Germans settle here, which were 80%), block C is located across the road through an underpass. Upon arrival, we were settled in block B, the number of rooms of which is more comfortable than in block C. The room had wicker furniture, carpeting on the floor. Due to the fact that my child is allergic to dust, we asked the reception to move to block C. The next morning we were moved (without asking for money, I think due to the fact that the rooms in block C are cheaper). One of the Russian tourists said that in order to move to a more comfortable room, they asked for 250 Euros at the reception, he agreed for 100 Euros. In the rooms of building C, the furniture is simpler, ceramic tiles on the floor. They cleaned our room, changed linen and towels daily, no worse than in blocks A and B of the Germans. The underground passage to the restaurant and the sea didn’t bother at all (it’s cool, clean, there are paintings, there are flowers, music plays). For comparison, try to cross the road through a public underpass 500 meters to the right of the hotel (there is sand, water, garbage, etc. ). The food at the hotel is varied. In the main restaurant, there are always fresh vegetables, both chopped and whole (from which you can cut the salad yourself! ), 4-5 types of fruit, chicken and turkey dishes were served constantly, a variety of hot dishes and pastries. We especially liked breakfasts - we had a choice of fried scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs or pancakes, or all together if you wish. Between the main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) on site you can drink or eat at the steak bar, lobby bar, fast food is open, national cakes are baked on the beach. Never be hungry! Now about entertainment in the hotel. Who goes to Turkey to have fun, you are not here. The Aska Just in Beach 5 * hotel is designed for families with children, there are also many elderly Germans here. A mini disco for children takes place every day, our children really enjoyed dancing with the animator Gogu. If there is nothing else to do, then you can visit the evening shows. We were not disappointed. For us, as for all women, the main entertainment was evening shopping! To the left and right of the hotel, about 15 minutes walk, there are many shops where you can buy goods cheaper than in traveling markets. The bazaar comes to Avsallar on Wednesdays, the same bazaar comes to Turkler on Sunday. The market is open from about 9 am to 6 pm. Don't forget to bargain when shopping! Prices are always discounted both for things and for products. Keep in mind, for Turks it doesn't matter 1 dollar or 1 euro (ice cream costs 1 dollar, and the Germans will give 1 Euro for the same ice cream). Therefore, I advise you to have money in different currencies, both in dollars and in Euros. Small purchases are more profitable to make in Turkish lira. For a leather raincoat I paid in Euros, converting the price of the raincoat into rubles, I got 500 rubles cheaper if I paid in dollars. A trifle, but nice!
