There will be no exaggeration or fiction in my review. Exclusively facts, confirmed photos. I am a positive and non-confrontational person, but the hotel staff had enough time to fix all the chaos that was happening to them (they did nothing at all for a week). But to my great surprise, the situation was getting worse!

When buying a tour, we were fully aware that the new hotel may have some minor flaws. But we were sure that the staff and management would make an effort to smooth it over with excellent service))

So, there is no service at all.

In any hostel you will be greeted more cordially and will be more interested in you)) We have rested many times in three stars and believe me, it was much better there)

And now the list:

1. we stopped at a dirty, untouched after renovation hotel. See photo. Complete shock! To the left of the hotel was a mountain of construction debris!

not a single elevator worked (10 floors in the hotel! ). And those who arrived the day before us had no electricity at all.

3. The receptionist (dark, angry, you will understand who it is)) not only didn’t smile, she didn’t greet, and in every possible way demonstrated with her appearance that we were not welcome here . . She took our part of the voucher and was unhappy that we want to take him back, barely won back)))

4. With a one-year-old child and hand luggage, they went up to the 8th floor. At 8! Then several times during the day descended, and back! The promised elevator technician was never there. Our luggage was also left on the ground floor and told to wait. So we sat in an empty room. Which, by the way, was being washed when we entered. The balcony was left flooded with water (see photo), everyone got their feet wet! We would have known then that cleaning would not go there for another week .. ) there was no hair dryer, they drilled and installed in 1.5 days

5. Refrigerator empty, no minibar, not even a bottle of water.
Then they put a cooler in the restaurant, but where can I get water in the room? The child does not even dilute the mixture. I had to go pour into my, funny, 5 stars)) If anything, there is no store nearby either

6. A letter was sent to the hotel 2 weeks prior to arrival requesting that a baby cot be prepared. There was no bed upon arrival, they were waiting, a sleepy child after a night flight at that time was crying in my arms (he cannot sleep anywhere else).

7. They brought the bed. Broken!! ! I waited for another two days (the son fell into the recess between the wall and the bottom, and almost fell on the tile - one wall was lowered, see photo). Didn't wait. They fixed it after 2.5 days.

8. Drilled and gouged in the hotel day and night. I hissed into the child's ear with all my might. Audibility is just 100 percent (keep this in mind. I haven’t seen anything like this in any hotel in the world, every creak on the floor above, behind the wall, in the hall, on the street, you can hear everything! )

10. On the second (! ) day, I went to the reception and asked to indicate for our room one interval when it is impossible to do cleaning (baby's daytime sleep). They nodded to me and said that they knew the problems) the next days they knocked on us several times at that time !! ! They did not come to another, and there was no cleaning at all ! ! By the way, we still didn’t have a luminous sign at the door where you can turn on the “do not disturb / remove” button. Hanged only for 5 days. I started using it. Didn't help. I called the reception, asked to do the cleaning, came 2 times a day, asked personally. Promised and did nothing every day!! ! The first time they washed the room after 7 days) There is simply no cleaning at the hotel.
Towels are changed (but not for everyone), the bed is made and the floor in the bathroom is wiped. (We talked with vacationers, so everyone does) Plumbing is all dirty, dust lies where it lay, in the corners of rubbish, they don’t go to the balcony at all! See photo! The maids are recruited from the street, they have no idea about the cleaning of the hotel. Their manager speaks neither English nor Russian. She didn't understand what "wash the sink" meant. I couldn't let my son out barefoot. And at night he cried that the sand in the bed pricked him! ! 5 stars? Yes, it's just bullshit. And so did everyone who "rested" with us! All the conversations between the guests in the hotel came down to shock from the staff, broken promises and rudeness!

The beach was not bad ...but only the first week of the hotel’s operation))) Then we were “asked” from it and pointed to a very average nearby (pictured) - sunbeds already without mattresses, the bar is some kind of plywood rack under a canopy , there is no entry into the sea - huge stone slabs !!

Tatyana, a Russian employee, did not name her position, judging by the range of cases, some kind of manager, does absolutely nothing to improve the current catastrophic state of affairs. She is not able to control a single person there. But that's okay. In response to our complaints and claims about the lack of room cleaning, she began to defend the staff in every possible way) just scolded and said that they apparently didn’t understand my English)) Good, by the way, they didn’t understand 10 times)) And they didn’t give it to a Russian employee, and didn’t asked again? ) hmm. . )

13. On the last day, cleaning was just a cherry on the cake)) The bed was not covered with a sheet! ))) Only a mattress topper! See photo. Then we talked with vacationers and it turned out that it was not with us alone. Well, how so? )) It's funny? )) and left their bucket with detergents)) There is diluted liquid in bottles. The smell is very strong (like Domestos)! It's good that we are not allergic, but there could be a reaction ..

15. There was no animation, but at the end of the holiday there was an evening show once) It seems that it should have gotten better, they promised) We didn’t really need it, so we don’t complain) but there were those who were upset because of the lack of entertainment ..
