There are cockroaches in my room and the corridor of the main building. The water is turned off at night and turned on only at 7 in the morning, to wash the problem, the water is constantly turned off or it ends, repeatedly waited soapy to wash everything off!
The hotel is a former three-ruble note and its entire renovation - they replaced several windows with plastic ones, assigned a four to themselves, but in fact they remained a three, the food is terrible and barely pulls on a three! The dishes in the dining room are terrible and covered in grease, it looks like they just wash them without special tools, a lot of dishes with chips! While I was sitting at the reception, I saw how glasses were washed in the bar, the bartender simply rinsed them and poured drinks again and gave them to vacationers, and I did not see him wash them in some type of machine or even with funds !!! ! Further, in the description before the trip, I read that the hotel has parking and a fitness room, which was not in sight at all !!!
Having rented a car, I just had to look for a long time in the yards for parking. Room cleaning is just one name, you don’t need a lot of mind to poke a dirty rag around the room. There were no slippers in the room upon check-in, no beach towels, upon check-in we learned that the beach had changed from that day, the contract ended with the previous one. Sunbeds on the beach the first line is paid, on the other lines the sunbeds are already pretty tired and most of them are simply broken. There is no bar on the beach, only paid with the corresponding prices of the resort town. Alcohol in the bar at the reception is local and of very mediocre quality.
The hotel completely lacks any standards accepted in the hospitality business (especially with regards to cleaning the rooms, maintaining the common areas and sanitary standards adopted in catering places).

Very convenient location of the hotel to relax in the city, quick check-in, polite and attentive hotel staff. . Within walking distance of discos, bars, market. The territory is not very large but with a good pool, you rarely see such a pool in the center of Alanya . . There is no beach assigned to the hotel, it is not really needed, you can choose any place on the beach, pay for a sun lounger and relax comfortably.

Wifi in the hotel, as in other hotels in Turkey, leaves much to be desired. The food is normal, while relaxing in a city hotel it is more pleasant to visit different cafes and restaurants.
