It turns out that Theodore's building itself is located on the second line, and this is already 4 * at least. The overall interior of the hotel is excellent. The front desk staff are the most friendly and accommodating. I especially liked Muhammet (naturally from the reception) he is cheerful, friendly and trouble-free. Dear administration, it's time to raise it. With such employees, vacationers will improve their mood. Territory well-groomed. Many write that the rooms are not cleaned well, we didn’t have this, once there was a misunderstanding with the cleaning time, but the reception staff quickly resolved this issue and everything was perfect. Animators, as expected, are also cheerful and friendly. And now about the sad: we were fed just awful !!! ! Menu 3 * no more! In restaurants there are a lot of dirty dishes on distribution. Tables are cleared at a snail's pace. Tables dirty. Dinner from the previous day is always for breakfast, or even for lunch the next day. And I also want to say that people who like to eat meat have nothing to do in this hotel, it is simply NOT there. Once I went down to have a bite to eat in the snack bar in Theodore's building, I went up to the bartender, I asked what was there and how, and instead of answering me, he stood there and EATING a hamburger absolutely did not react to me, and then turned around and angrily said to me: "I eat ! "I was shocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! And all this happens behind the bar! And I saw such things there more than once. This is terrible disrespect. In a restaurant, the same story, you stand and choose what to eat, then a hotel employee flies up, shoves you away and starts putting it on your plate! I generally got the impression that the employees there eat more vacationers. And also terrible elevators in the main building, which have to wait constantly and for a long time. Summing up the rest, I would like to wish the hotel administration to change the chefs and distinguish between meals for vacationers and employees. For those who chose this hotel, I want to say that they should not be particularly upset by my review, but they were preparing immediately for a trip to 4 *, not 5 *. In general, the hotel is ideal for families with children. It doesn't suit couples.
