I went to this hotel in June with two children. The location is excellent, the first line from the sea, there is a small pine forest nearby. The rooms are spacious, lived in the main building. One morning I managed to pick up the phone and I found in Whatsapp my wife's correspondence with the same masseur "mami" and there was a correspondence like "mami" wrote about intimate relationships with his wife on the massage table, how good it was for him.
After that moment, the wife set a lock on the phone so that I would not find out about the correspondence, and this continues to this day. I learned from my son that he had saved his wife the money that she sent to "mami" it came to a divorce and division of property.

And it's just awesome - the "manager" of the Receptionist Russian-speaking girl Elena "Guestrelation" never saw how she kindly addressed anyone - she always went with an angry and gloomy face. (sorry I couldn't take a picture of it).

The room in the Theador building deserves special attention - we were on the 2nd floor with a view of the Trash and a generator that turns on every 2 days when there is no current in the hotel (photo attached), and what a sound it makes with my 1.5 year old child is just a buzz. And this idiot bespectacled Turkish receptionist how could he give such a room for guests with three small children such a room?
In general, the fact that the existence of such rooms in a 5 * star hotel is a gross violation of the rules and norms of five-star hotels.

Food ....oooh from meat only 2 types of chicken meat, sometimes beef similar to chicken meat (wrapped in soy sauce to make it look like beef), well, sometimes 1 time in 4 days there was long-awaited beef 1 kind of dish something similar to beef stroganoff . You can forget about Turkish shawarma - the shaurma machine was always empty, I don’t know why they put it there. Alas, the holiday was spoiled by tasteless cold food, disgusting service. There was an impression that they were trying to get rid of visitors as soon as possible, when asked to bring a glass of orange juice, they brought a glass of water, painted over with something yellow, odorless and tasteless. Nutrition is normal. Without any gastronomic sensations. There was enough food at the beginning of lunch or dinner, as well as those who came at the end.
The administration worked very clearly when there were more visitors - they opened another snack bar.
In fact, there is a main restaurant, 2 snack bars (pizza, burgers, Frieda potatoes, pita…), Turkish flatbread. There is a confectionery. 2 à la carte restaurants.

The restaurant has already started cleaning, because in an hour the extra breakfast is over, but we had no obstacles from the staff, so we calmly started and finished the meal. From the restaurant we moved smoothly to the bar, where we spent the remaining hours before settling. The room was given to Theodore's house, which in fact already has 2 lines from the sea. I liked the size, the side sea view and the carpet on the floor.
After checking the equipment, I went to the reception with a lot of questions about the operation of the air conditioner (with a minimum of barely fresh air), no hangers and an empty dispenser in the shower. As it turned out, we were still lucky with the air conditioner, the hangers promised to be delivered (they still carry them), and the dispenser was empty because 3 mini bottles of shampoo (neither gel nor body lotion) were placed on the sink.
Bathrobes, tea sets, extra pillow, bedspread are not available, there was no dryer on the balcony either, although it is somewhat selective, the balconies overlooking the pool are almost all equipped with them.
The mattresses in the room are wonderful, the usual spring unit, you can sleep, but back discomfort is guaranteed. According to the concept of the hotel, the bed had to be changed every three days ...on the 6th day for the first time we changed only the sheets and towels (took 3 towels, put TWO)!
With one of the towels we immediately went to the reception, because its quality was at the level of a floor cloth.
An apology from the hotel in the form of a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit was delivered to the room, and the bed was completely changed in less than an hour.
Cleaning in the room is more formal: took out the garbage, updated toilet paper, shampoo, so the last few days began to hang on the door - do not worry. But I'm not sure that the cleaning lady can read, because once when the child got lost in the room and the sign hung, she opened the room and took a few steps inside until she saw her daughter! I apologized and it turned out that she only wanted to know, so I advise you to use the safe, $ 1 a day, it's not much!
Theodore's building has its own restaurant, it only works for breakfast, a minimal menu, but for some it will suit. There is also its own beautiful pool with bar.

To get to the sea or the main restaurant, there are two ways: through the Justiniano Club, or around it through a tunnel to the Justiniano Deluxe building in the elevator and the restaurant, or go further to the sea. In the restaurant you will not lose the hungry, the choice of dishes is not great and rarely changes, but lovers of meat and greens should like it. Fish is also given every day and in several cooking options.

The sea is what you should come here for. And although entering the sea is a dream of yoga, clean warm sea, and the view around you make up for it. Nobody takes care of the sunbeds here, the sand is not swept away in the evenings, the cleaners just clean the trash cans and all. Again in the morning a bunch of towels that can lie for half a day and no one will come. We watched as a swimming mask and a children's inflatable circle lay on one of the sunbeds for more than 3 days, and the staff did not care.
Animation in the hotel is pffff.
