We went with a young man for five nights from 13 to 17 November. General impressions were satisfactory. Now in order:
- NUMBERS. We were settled in Theodora. PROS: the room is clean, overlooking the sea, cleaned every day, changed bed linen and towels. MINUSES: very poor soundproofing, you can hear the muezzin from the nearest mosque, and the cries of chickens and roosters, and the swearing of neighbors, and the TV in neighboring rooms. It was also lucky that we arrived at the end of the season, and the building was almost empty, otherwise it would be very difficult to get enough sleep to such an accompaniment.
- TERRITORY. PLUSES: the sea is a stone's throw away, several outdoor pools, plenty of sunbeds and tables, there is a snack bar and a bar with drinks on the beach, a lot of greenery, playgrounds. CONS: due to the fact that it was the end of the season, there was practically no animation on the street, except for a night bar with karaoke, water slides did not work, the water in the outdoor pools was very cold (only after the sauna), kiosks with food and all kinds of entertainment such as henna tattoos were closed (it didn’t matter to us, but a certain winter desolation was felt). There are a lot of cats on the territory, for some this is a plus (for us), for some it is a minus, decide for yourself.

- OTHER SERVICES. The hotel has a free sauna (dry and hammam), an indoor pool, a gym, some spa programs and massages (for an additional fee), a hairdresser and nail salon, a shop, a disco hall. PROS: the hammam room is very spacious, the temperature is comfortable, cool eucalyptus oils are used in the dry sauna, it is very pleasant to breathe; several showers, locker rooms with lockers. CONS: half of the cardio equipment in the gym did not work and it was rather stuffy, the hairdresser did not work, the store does not have price tags on all goods, Russian hits of the 80s are played at the disco (which, of course, is not for everyone and depends on the amount of alcohol consumed). MAIN MINUS: on the very first day, the info guide tried to sell us some kind of massage program for a fee, insisting that it would be possible to visit the sauna from 8 am to 8 pm, while the standard visit to the sauna is only up to 3 hours day. This is not true, the sauna closes at 7 pm, until that time you can safely go there. At 18:40, no one kicked us out of there, for example, and there were enough people.
- NUTRITION. According to the all-inclusive program, there were two breakfasts (7-10 and 10-11 in the morning), a snack bar on the beach was open from 12 to 16, at the same time there were some sweets in the lobby on the veranda. From 12:30 to 14:00 there was lunch, from 18:30 to 20:30 dinner, from 23 to 24 - night soup, around 21 a night bar opened (worked until the morning). PROS: there was a lot of food, and meat (I really liked the shawarma and grilled cutlets), and vegetables, fruits, and sweets, pleasant wine (quite strong), in addition to classic cocktails like whiskey-cola, others were mixed (tequila sunrise, zombie, mojito etc. ). MINUSES: very monotonous breakfasts, tasteless fish and almost all meat dishes (bony fish, dry chicken, boiled meatballs, etc. ), constantly breaking coffee machines (it didn’t work at all in Theodore’s block at the reception), diluted strong alcohol (which, perhaps not bad, because everyone drinks in monstrous quantities) and a terrible diluted beer, which was generally impossible to drink. DID NOT LIKE IT VERY: one day for the night soup, the waiters did not bring either a ladle for soup or tongs for vegetables, until they were reminded of this, they were in no hurry to bring anything. At the same time, all the days they brought bread and butter for the night soup, but on this day there was no butter, and the request to bring it was simply ignored. And the next day, at 10 am, almost all the food from breakfast began to be removed (I went for jam, but it was already taken away, and where they weren’t taken away, ladles were taken away), although according to the all-inclusive program from 10 to 11 breakfast continues fully.
In general, the impressions are rather positive, they were satisfied with the rest, although the guide directly said that the hotel was awarded 5 stars purely for the panoramic view. We would rate it somewhere around 3.5. It is possible that in the high season the staff is quicker and there is more entertainment.
