My two friends and I got to this hotel by roulette. We were promised exactly Antalya and exactly 5 stars. When we got to Kemal Bay, and even to Alanya, we were disappointed. The hotel is not 5 star. I can’t say anything terrible about the hotel, but there’s nothing to praise for. The territory is not bad, green, but not cool. (we were glad that the 1st coastline, otherwise we saw a 5-star hotel on the way to Alanya, but across the highway from the sea) The hotel itself is some kind of not harsh raspberry-red, sometimes yellow, the interior is also not very pleasing to the eye, although the rooms themselves are very even decent, with new furniture. They clean every day, but somehow we had a suspicion that towels are not always changed, but flowers and hearts are diligently made (then try to understand where yesterday's towel is, since we are not messy : ) ) The staff is friendly. True, everyone at the reception was twitchy, they asked for an extra (third) blanket three times. It is not pleasant that they put us in a room overlooking the wall, to our objections they answered that there were no others, although the hotel was filled with tourists only two days after our arrival. But we did not come to look out the window. The animators are trying, all sorts of games, exercises, dances, competitions are held near the pool, but I can’t say that it’s very fun and original. Fine. If you yourself are positive people, then everything will be fine. The food is not 5 star. Indeed, there is a shortage of meat dishes, in the evening there are always queues near the grill. But it's hard to stay hungry! Salads, vegetables, fruits, in short, a standard Turkish-Egyptian set of dishes. Lots of snacks between meals! Normal hotel, I'm not happy just because they promised more and the expectations were not met. But these are our problems, for such money there is nothing to dream of "Nilton" or "Hayat".
