And now some small minuses:
1. For some reason you can't drink coffee and tea at night in the restaurant and for dinner, the machines are covered with napkins.
2. There is no infrastructure nearby, the nearest pharmacy is 3km away.
3. The pool is not heated, in October it was icy.
4. The wardrobe is not very convenient - it is an open rack with hangers.
Despite this, the vacation was wonderful! All the staff are polite and responsive.
But here comes a big disappointment, we rested in hotels 3 * and 4 and 5. Kemal does not pull even 3 stars.
1. There are only 2 small elevators for a huge hotel, it has 6 floors, we lived on 4, the restaurant is located on 1, it is impossible to use the elevator! You will have to wait a very long time!
2. Wifi only at the reception, but there are terrible interruptions, because all the guests go online, there is practically no connection!
3. I don’t know, only we were so lucky or the whole hotel was like this, cleaning -1, for 2 weeks of stay they didn’t change bed linen even once !!!!!! ! The cleaning lady never went to the balcony!!! ! Washed the floor in the room 3 times! Towels are torn, with stains, 1 time I collected all the towels, went to the cleaning lady and asked to change! Cleaning duties included - taking out the trash and that's it!
4. There are only 2 sockets for 4 people in the room.
5. Only one trash can in the toilet.
6.
We were rested by 4 people, there were 2 beds in the room and they brought a cot, which broke on the 3rd day, was replaced, but there was a surprise, the mattresses were old, each spring dug into the body, on the 5th day my back ached terribly.
7. There were 2 disposable cups for 4 people, the cleaning lady added tea, coffee, water and cups, apparently from the mood, sometimes she will put it, sometimes not.
With regards to food - only breakfasts are monotonous and a small choice, lunches and dinners are delicious and a large selection, varied, but there were not always enough places for dinner, we had to wait with plates in our hands for the table to be free. The dishes are dirty and broken, just a nightmare and it's 5 *, take wet wipes with you to wipe the plates, it's disgusting to eat from them. Mugs are also dirty.
Entertainment is good, yoga, water aerobics, zumba - just class, special thanks to the host, sweet, active. Children's evening entertainment, as in all hotels, the program for adults is also interesting.
The beach is good, sometimes the water was dirty, the beach was rarely cleaned.
In general, 2 * no more!!!!!!
The hotel is isolated, there is nowhere to go, there are only a few shops, the prices are too high, you can’t reach the Kanakli village by taxi for 10 euros one way, you can’t reach it on foot.
And I had to endure almost everywhere: the food simply defies description: a roadside tavern on the highway will seem like a restaurant: semi-finished products, nuggets, schnitzels (this despite the fact that we all know what magic meat can be in Turkey), sluggish vegetables, miserable desserts, what then mayonnaise salads, mashed potatoes, pasta. In general, the range of the factory canteen. They give out everything little by little, you have to beg. Breakfast often lacks eggs or butter. It's just like!! ! Grilled carrots are given out as a separate dish! I usually don’t eat sausage and cheese in Turkey (well, this is not a cheese country and not sausage), but here I had to, because there was no other way. Margarine bread, despite the fact that in Turkey pastries can be simply divine: all these gozleme, byureks, etc. The Turks themselves would not eat this food for anything. Slops!
As for the rooms, they are quite comfortable, spacious, freshly renovated. But not enough outlets. How can there be only 2 sockets in a room for three? Not enough trash cans, no shampoo, no slippers. Cleaning is so-so, despite baksheesh. The sink in our room was never washed.
The hotel has no territory. The beach is also almost non-existent. There is a constant battle for sun loungers, indecently old, miserable, cheap. The entrance to the sea is dangerous - stone slabs and individual stones are everywhere under water.
Music blaring from 11am to 11am. Moreover, one is by the hotel pool, the other is in the beach bar of the neighboring hotel, who is louder: enjoy, dear guests.
There are 2 elevators in the whole rather large building of the hotel in one place. There is also a queue for the elevator, as well as for poor food.
On the territory, instead of a garden, a lawn, there is a poor torshovlishka. Market junk, souvenirs, alcohol, tattoo parlor, hairdresser, etc.
The staff is wild: instead of helping and solving the problem, they squeal and speak with their teeth. Just fools at the reception. Unqualified, unprofessional, unrestrained.
In general, for me it is not at all clear why this crappy hotel has so many positive reviews. I would not recommend to an enemy.
In Alanya, don't waste time looking for shopping and gifts or Alanium Center, nothing special, the same rags as everywhere else. For shopping, we went to the village of Canakle, which is in the opposite direction from Alanya, crossed the underpass, stood on the road and the local bus will also pick you up $ 1 per person, the market is much better than in Alanya, we bought textiles and gifts here.
Excursions can be taken, you will also pass through the underground tunnel and you will see the office of Polat Calibri tour. We took boat trips and massages. I want to express my deep gratitude to Polat. I got unforgettable impressions from the trip.
The price is lower - make your choice!
I hope my advice will help you to get the most out of this vacation, a pleasant holiday for everyone.
The animation is super, the guys will involve everyone, water polo, darts, aqua aerobics, dancing by the pool, children's disco, there is a mini club, small programs for adults in the evening! The staff is very friendly and cheerful! Sea 1 line, the sunset is excellent, there are enough sunbeds, the beach is cleaned! Nice mountain view if 10 min. walk along the beach, you can find very beautiful rocks, swings by the sea! There is order in the dining room, there are a lot of people, but the guys tried, there is a lot of food, you definitely won’t stay hungry (for every taste, something tastier, something less), we were satisfied with the food! There is a snack bar where you can have a bite to eat (burgers, pizza, onion rings. . . )
There is a playground very nice, bars with drinks! There is a disco club near the hotel, it is paid, but if you want to dance, then you don’t need to go far! Wi-Fi is available on the territory, it does not catch in the room, but on vacation it is not really needed! Great hotel, thanks for the hospitality!
FOOD IS VERY DELICIOUS AND VARIOUS! PLEASED strawberries, cherries, melons, figs, plums, peaches. Staff at the level (help, remove, add, replace). Staff. As expected, smiling))). The area as a whole, everything as stated. From the "'-": there are not enough sunbeds. Again, this is a family run hotel. Have a nice holiday everyone. (the review is not custom-made... if anything))))
WITH! ! ! ! ! big cons! ! ! ! ! this is the reception! ! ! ! ! We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, spent almost a day on the road, were tired and wanted to rest faster. We were taken to a separate building at the end of the hotel and given a room at the very end of the building; an even worse number than ever seen! We asked to change the number immediately, because we did not want to be there! Why did he leave us with suitcases and tell us to go to the reception and solve our own problems, and ran away! It was difficult to get back to the hotel with suitcases and a child, because we had to go through labyrinths!
Returning to the reception, we explained why we did not like, and said we wanted another room, but soon tired. In response to which the Turkish girl was rude to us, and showed on the sheet that the check-in at 14:00, said wait. She didn't care that she had a child!
Around 12:00 we asked again to be settled, because it is difficult to wait, which we just rude, and sent to wait until 14:00.
At 14:00 we approached and said that it was time to settle, we were taken to a room where the view is just on the hill. We came to ask if there is no better, and if necessary, we will pay extra. For all this, the girl-administrator called me hysterical and just rude in an open form! ! ! ! ! She also demanded that she speak English, because she did not understand Russian. When we switched to English, she switched to Turkish, and began to tell her partner that we had already received it.
In the end, all 3, the hotel does not live up to its 5 *! ! ! !!
The hotel has a good location, a beautiful beach with sand and a smooth sunset. There is one swimming pool for adults and one for children with 2 slides. There are few places on the beach and by the pool, if you want to take a deck chair you have to get up early.
The food is not bad, but not varied; one to say "waste-free production", that is, what was for breakfast and left, you will see for lunch, and from lunch the leftovers will be in dinner, just under the guise of another dish. If you love good food, you will not find it! The dressing room is bad, I will add a photo of my socks, after 5 minutes of walking down the room! Air conditioning works poorly, and the refrigerator in the room does not cool anything!
Wi-fi works poorly, and only in the lobby.
Therefore, I do not recommend the hotel, do not waste your money and your time!
Towels are issued once, and replacement costs 1 euro per piece. The contingent of Europeans amazed me, all around is one redneck, the Germans allow children to pig anywhere and throw wrappers into the sea (Macedonians and Serbs steal things and towels. There are camera recordings of how a certain family from Macedonia stole a towel and glasses, after asking us to return our things, woman began to rush with fists and insults. The hotel administration did not call the gendarme, so that there would be no publicity and gave us an additional card for the stolen towel... as a result, in the evening, our towel was lying in children's excrement from a rabid family and burnt by bulls, on sand. . .
The kitchen is not bad, but there are very long queues and there are absolutely no places (
The hotel employees run around, try hard, children's animation is good, but paying for a free T-shirt that your child will decorate is 7 euros, this is insanity... They try to beg for money from everything, and even so intrusively, to the point of nausea!
Nice swimming pool that doesn't smell of bleach, but again few sunbeds. The Europeans are fighting for places in the literal sense, the redneck contingent struck, the Russians behaved surprisingly very cultured. A German family, sitting at a table in a buffet during a meal, farted, burped and neighed like horses... perhaps this is in their order of things.
The first three days the sea was clean, after the influx of tourists, cigarette wrappers, ice cream sticks, cups and a lot of various small garbage floated in the sea (
Unfortunately, we were not lucky with the hotel, it is far from five stars... We will not return here again!
+ They settled us right away, put a small compliment in the passport, and we got a huge room (when they put the third bed for the youngest son, she was lost in space))) with a sea view, a good balcony, it was cozy, not hot, comfortable, the room was cleaned very well, water was brought every day carbonated, not carbonated;
+ Kitchen, there was not enough choice of children's menu, and so worthy and tasty. Sweets are great!!!!
+ The staff is good.
- The queue at the restaurant.
- Not enough loungers.
We were satisfied. Thanks everyone!!! !
