Rested from 07.09. 2010 to 18.09. 2010. The hotel is more likely to reach 4 (four) stars than 5 *. They settled in a room not in the hotel itself, but across the road (it turns out the second line) on the territory of another hotel (Green Hill Bay). The room is small, dark, the only window (1m * 0.5m) overlooks the wall (rock)... otherwise, nothing like that if you are ready to relax in 3 *.
After the scandal, we were promised to move to another room by 10 o'clock the next day. The next day they moved to the hotel itself....In the end, we got a very good number. But the mood at the beginning of the holiday was still spoiled.
At the reception, no one is responsible for anything... if the staff does not want to answer questions, then they simply impudently go to their back room... or simply ignore the person (they themselves have witnessed many unpleasant scandals... associated with checking into a nearby hotel, searching for a porter . . and etc. )
I was very surprised by the moment that in the bar near the pool, one glass was given out in one hand !!! ! Gozleme was also given 1 cake (more precisely; cakes) in one hand !! ! Those. I had to walk all the time together..... There were NO natural juices, they replaced diluted ones like "UPI"....and sometimes only color and smell remained from UPI (and water tasted like water... )
The restaurant has been different... very few polite-friendly staff. The food is monotonous, abundantly seasoned with oil...
I would like to say thanks only to the maids, who were always friendly and kind. The room was always clean.
