I read read other people's reviews and almost cried when I realized where I was taking my family, but it turned out not to be as bad as many described here. I'll try to be objective and state all the pros and cons of the hotel. The four of us rested - my husband and I and two children, 8 days from June 14-21. The ticket cost 60 thousand tours.
They settled us right away, the room was clean - the 2nd floor overlooking the sea and the pool, there was a kettle, a hairdryer in the room, air conditioning - everything worked, there was always water, it left the bathroom without blockages, it lingered in the sink, it didn’t irritate me, but I know many people pay attention to such details. Cleaning was done every day, the towels were changed regularly, we didn’t leave any money, as it was almost always clean even without cleaning, but they vacuumed the floors.
The pool is the same as in the picture, quite decent, plus a small pool - ankle-deep water, for very little ones. I saw in the evening how the floors are washed and the water is drained into the pool, but I hope there is circulation, plus it is chlorinated without sparing bleach, the water looks clear , and in the evening, before washing the floors, the pool is cleaned.

The territory is not large, but we went for a walk to the neighboring hotel, which is on the mountain, we went to them several times for a children's disco and adult animation, there is a mini zoo on their territory, nothing special, but the kids were curious to see, when leaving with of our hotel at the side of the guard there is also a mini turtle zoo, which the children liked much more than the previous one.
In general, the hotel is focused on family vacations, rather than youth ones, although there was a disco after 24 hours, paid or not, I don’t know, but a lot of people returned from there.
There is also on the territory. not bad children's club and playground, evening cartoons - "Masha and the Bear" and children's dances.
The beach-sand is clean, not counting the occasional gobies. The plates in the Sea lie deep so that there are no waves. At first, we had enough sunbeds under a canopy in the morning, then a lot of people drove by to leave and, indeed, the sunbeds under a canopy were freed only after 12:00, when people went to dinner and to their rooms.

With regards to service, no rudeness was noticed, the waiters helped the children - plates and water to bring to the table, the latter. quite clean, the plates too. There were also disposable appliances. Now the most important thing is the food that excites many vacationers - yes, meat, like lamb, lamb, chops, barbecue - you will not find it there, the meat manifested itself in cutlets, stuffed eggplants, gravy, plus gravy from the heart and chicken. Once there was sliced u200bu200bmeat. The fish is disgusting, but this is in my opinion. . yes, whoever wrote that little children have nothing to eat is not true, there were boiled vegetables, for those who are apparently up to 1.5 years old. The wine is not bad, they broke it from bottles, gin tonic is also quite. a bag already brewed, from fruits - watermelon, apples, oranges, green apricots, not very sweets, there were cakes with cream if you come at 7 for dinner, but they were quickly taken apart, all other sweets were not tasty. muffins, donuts or cookies, not tasty. breakfasts are mean, there really are no eggs, they make no omelets, but cheese, their sausages and, buns, butter, muesli, milk diluted with water. Yes, in the morning there are a lot of different jams and honey. You won’t get tired of such food in 7 days, but in 2 weeks you will get bored. In a word, I would rate the food at 3+.
With regards to the excursion, to go far, to the temple of St. Nicholas the Pleasant, instead of the declared 3 hours, we drove 5 and a half "by mukkale" instead of 4 hours - 7 hours. Whoever goes to the temple, do not buy icons in those stores that the guide will take you to, there are tents near the temple, there are 2 times cheaper and there is more choice, though they do it cunningly, they lead you straight from the bus to the temple, and when you get out, back you can’t go in anymore, so at the time the guide buys tickets, or upon arrival at the temple, ask for 10 minutes to buy icons to attach them to the sarcophagus in the temple. In general, excursions are tiring, and I don’t advise those who come with children. We they themselves went by bus to Alanya - $ 2 per adult, children free of charge - 15 minutes drive, there they visited the Salt Cave, a port with beautiful pirate ships and a fortress overlooking the sea and the city.
Things are not cheaper than in Moscow, and many are an order of magnitude higher, although a full sherport.
In conclusion, I can write if you are not spoiled for expensive hotels, and you will not compare this hotel with Belek Hotels, with Hotels in other countries in the category 5 or 5+, and your ticket costs no more than 20.000 thousand rubles per person, plus you will not irritates the audience from the composition of the Russian-Ukrainian-Bellarus-Kyrgyz, then you may well visit this hotel, because the pros and cons can be found anywhere.
