The air conditioner was fixed on the third day. For this, I sat at the reception desk for half a day and followed the managers on the heels.
The remaining three members of our family were settled on the 5th floor, room 4003. A half-sleeping bed for two and a cot was brought. The room is tiny. We paid for everyone even for small children, but the hotel said there were no other rooms.
There is almost no hotel territory, the pools are small, the slide works by the hour, at an inconvenient time.
