During my stay in this hotel, I changed three rooms. In one of the windows there was a gap, it was impossible to fall asleep because of the proximity of the highway, the pillow was terribly busy with something. They changed my room for a certain amount, saying that the room overlooks the pool side. A couple of times they changed the garbage bag, the towels were not changed, there was no cleaning in the rooms at all, and the bed was changed once, in a word, the staff does not know how to work. … More ▾ During my stay in this hotel, I changed three rooms. Unfortunately, even my stomach could not stand it. On arrival home I had to treat. The owner himself is a hi lion, but what's the use of the staff is not coca. It is not so far to go to the sea, but Mos is morning. The beach worker is the best out of all the staff. The hotel's beach really stinks.
I don’t know if it’s sewage or something else, but we had to go to other beaches. Everything was fine with the sea and smells. The kiosk on the beach (the so-called bar) did not always work according to the schedule. I was very sorry for the people who came to Turkey for the first time and ended up in this hotel . . In their place, I would hardly come to Turkey again (((
It’s just that I rest in Turkey quite often and I know what fives and 4 * are. Now I will be more attentive to the reviews, so as not to regret the money spent and the time lost! 3. Horror beach there was some kind of channel I think from the sewerage and it all flowed in the water where we swam, on the beach they gave cakes once a day and 1 time burgers from a drink only water nothing else
4. Only 2-3 people in the entire hotel knew Russian, even the owner of the hotel did not know him.
5. Wifi only at the reception and very worst.
All that can be said about this hotel is that it is very dirty, in no case should you come here, do not hesitate.

The hotel has two swimming pools, one of which has a slide.
The beer is pretty good. The wine is of very low quality. Gin is average.
To the beach across the road (through the passage), about 200 meters in total. Beach frankly no. Sunbeds are free. But there is a free bar on the beach with drinks and food.
Animators are friendly but lazy. In the evening, the children were constantly occupied with various games, during the day they carried out exercises for adults several times.
The food is pretty good, you won't leave hungry. Several times came across sour salads. Every day meat of one of the types of meat (chicken, lamb, lamb). Liked the soups. From fruits, watermelons, melons, peaches, plums.

6) Music around the clock and so loud that the kidneys jumped out. Music plays from 10 am to 11 pm with such volume that the closed windows will not help to hear each other. Yes, and the music is not at all matched to the time of day, but this is already a nitpick.
I had to buy earplugs to somehow escape from the doors and music.
7) the beach - it just doesn't exist, everyone lies like homeless people. Sun loungers are 3 times less than vacationers, the canopy is minimal, dirt, cigarette butts, marginal people. Nearby flows some stink in the sea.

People can get poisoned by it. As for alcohol, I can say that I once tried a glass of beer, for some reason I gave it away with bleach. After that, she never touched him again. If you are already doing everything inclusive, then there is no need to poison the people.
As it is written that the sea is 150 meters away, there are not 150 meters at all, but much more. There is a bar on the shore, you don’t really want to drink coffee and so on, there is no smell of coffee and chocolate at all. In general, I do not recommend this hotel.

1. Number. An ordinary room, at first we took it well, even despite the hanging fringe and crumbling plaster over the closet (not on us, okay), but then in two weeks all its "bonuses" opened up in a list:
- There are no hooks and shelves in the bathroom, there is nowhere to put towels even by one, not to mention that there are three of us. There is only a railing for a hand towel and a shelf with a mirror above the sink. Delivers inconvenience
- All walls in the shower stall in black mold
- A week later, it began to drip from the ceiling, and something smelly. They left the application, promised to come, but no one came. The leak was from time to time, apparently someone in the room above washed like that.
- From time to time the toilet was leaking, somewhere after a week of stay, the air conditioner began to flow constantly, and so plentifully, as if he had a seasonal estrus. The refrigerator did not leak (although the guests heard that this occurs).
- Almost no soundproofing. more precisely, it is, but when you open a window or a balcony, you are simply blown out of bed by the sound. and there are two problems - the hotel's own show program (you can write about this separately), when the same playlist sounded 4-5 times a day and in the worst case scenario from 22 to 23 people by the pool with their "glass of vodka on the table "Shake the whole room. and on the other hand - a neighboring hotel, where the music can not be called music, and which was taken down not just from the bed, but along with the bed. There were days of relative calm (when the trash was at a minimum), but sometimes sound cacophony bombed from both sides and it was unbearable. After midnight, usually everyone calmed down and you could finally open the window and sleep with fresh air. Of course, prayers were heard at 5 in the morning (from the hotel, less than a kilometer away, there is a mosque, on the towers of which there are mouthpieces distributing prayers five times a day). If only a couple of weeks had passed, I would have already written this text in the name of Allah. Although, here I find fault, against the background of the rest, there are even no complaints about this.
- Air conditioner. besides the fact that the ship was leaking, it was located right on the wall opposite the bed. That is, if you sleep, then it would blow directly on you. Because of this, we almost did not turn it on, and the windows could not be opened in the evening because of the music. Combo, you know.
- The balcony is large, a table and three chairs, but mostly they were occupied by drying clothes. It was fraught to hang on the beams of the balcony, as they were rusty in places.
- There was almost no Internet in the room (but, judging by the description of the hotel, it was not provided in the rooms). But even in the reception area under ideal conditions, the Internet was weak, you can’t watch movies. If anyone cares, keep that in mind.
- The last thing that finished off was the suspicion of bed bugs: on the child, from time to time, red spots appeared in different quantities, on my wife (and she had red dots as a path), I had a couple. Several days passed. We did not see the bedbugs themselves and did not look for them, but then we heard how someone made a scandal because of the bedbugs in the room and they were relocated. So keep in mind, apparently in some rooms they are included in the "all inclusive" program.
2. Cleaning, washing dishes. I combine both points under the auspices of unsanitary conditions. Room cleaning is mediocre - towels can not be changed, as well as linen. Toilet paper may not be left. Usually they came to us when we were in the room, and we asked to change the linen and asked for what we needed. When we were gone, the towels were changed once, and not all of them. The floor in the room is washed according to the principle - they wiped it once with a mop and it will come off, while dirt and hair remain close to the beds and under them (not all beds have legs, and if they do, they are very short). As a result, the wife herself several times washed the floor with a towel (they turned hers into a doormat, not a hotel one). And the funny thing is that washing the floor in the toilet was apparently not included in the cleaning of the room (shock). So it's not surprising if there are bedbugs here.
As for the utensils. We wouldn’t pay attention to anything if we didn’t get hurt collectively (I personally got hurt three times during the vacation, my daughter and wife once), and at the same time you won’t ask which of the guests - almost everyone has the same symptoms: weakness, nausea, and who had it easier - only diarrhea, who had it harder - also vomited. It passes in 1-2 days, although again, one of the guests had a child for several days. And no, this is clearly not acclimatization.
We made glasses and cups that are "washed" simply by pouring water from the tap as the main culprit. My wife immediately stopped drinking in the canteen and bar, and I took a chance (and apparently that’s why I was put on the potty three times). And I began to notice on mugs: unwashed lipstick, unwashed trace of coffee / cocoa, just dirt, etc. And those are mugs! The rest of the dishes are drinking glasses and plastic glasses, on which nothing is visible. In general, having stopped drinking from them, my stomach problems are gone. The food is ok, although it has its own quirks.
3. Nutrition. We are of two minds about food. In general, what to eat - was always there. There were always the freshest loaves with a crispy crust, insanely delicious. There were also always bowls of marmalade (cherry and apricot), halvich syrup and honey. In the morning, the choice is not at all rich: boiled eggs, sometimes scrambled eggs, sometimes pancakes (days of joy), there was always cheese (no taste), boiled sausage of different varieties (although I think there are two or three varieties, just with a different section), corn flakes, chocolate cereal type balls, muesli, milk. For lunch and dinner it was richer: almost always there was pasta, chopped cucumber-tomatoes, greens, 4-5 types of chopped cabbage salad (they differed in the color of cabbage, the presence of dill, carrots, sometimes something else), sometimes rice, sometimes stew. There was almost no meat, as Zoya simply wrote, and instead of them there were semi-finished products (sometimes overcooked and not very tasty), a couple of times the meat was replaced with mushrooms. After Zoya scolded (thank you! ) the meat appeared, but after her departure we were on top for two days and we were already fed purely semi-finished products.
Of the features (I don’t know how much this is practiced at all): what they didn’t eat for the previous, the day before last and the time before last (or even more) was mixed into salads or something like that, exposing a separate dish. This is how a salad of sliced ​ ​ ​ ​ tomatoes-cucumbers, beloved by many, appeared, a couple of times there was a salad... from chopped pieces of boiled sausage (it even looked unappetizing), and the stew became a seasoning for something else. However, there did not seem to be any problems in terms of food poisoning.
As for drinking. There was always juice from the machine (as it was correctly noted, such as yuppies and zukos - soluble swill that burns through the stomach). There was always water from the cooler. There was always tea from the boiler (only tea was poured into the boiler from the tap, and in Turkey the water is highly chlorinated, so the tea was with the appropriate aftertaste). There was always a type of coffee machine, which is actually not coffee, but chicory (the same machine also had quite tolerable hot chocolate). At lunch-dinner in the bar they poured mirinda / pepsi / sevenap, poured pilsner (quite a good one), white / red dry wine, vodka and something else strong. The same set was in the pool bar (during lunch and dinner, the bar at the bass was closed, as the staff left it for the canteen bar).
Fruit. Separate song. Fruit "were" only for lunch / dinner. Almost always there was a watermelon (in 1 out of 5 cases sweet), often there were plums (almost always sweet), several times (4-6 times in two weeks) melon (1 out of 4 cases sweet), a couple of times apple halves (not tried it), and if my memory doesn't blow me away, that's it. If you're heading south for an all-inclusive fruit meal, this is not the place for you. Upon my return to the north of St. Petersburg, I went to the store and bought, believe it or not, normal fruit. Class!
4. Beach. It is located on the second line, although going to it is almost like from the third. That is, the declared 300 meters is in a straight line to the sea, but in fact you need to go 700m. Why? Three reasons:
a) The same damned ground crossing. The steps are very high, climb to the level of the third floor. And if you are alone, this is nonsense, but if you are with a small child - not so much. Judging by the Google maps, because of the pedestrian crossing it is already +150 meters, not to mention the rise.
b) the sea is still not in a straight line, but along the roads. somewhere else +100m.
c) the location of the hotel on google maps is not correct. The hotel is on the right. This is +150m.
Total 700 meters! Alternatively, you can go in the opposite direction, and there at the traffic lights cross the highway. The route will be 760m, but during the day it will be a walk in hell =)
The route from the highway to the beach goes between the hotels along a dirty garbage alley. Apparently, the kitchen of one of the hotels also goes there, and something is constantly poured onto the road there. And it stinks, and untidy, and ugly. Of course, you will pass through the landfill, just to get to the sea, but it would be better without it.
Despite the fact that the hotel is on the second line, it has its own beach, where there is a bar and sunbeds. In the bar there is a machine with the same chicory and with the same yuppie. In the morning and afternoon they fried cakes there, but we never tried them.
The beach itself is half pebbles, half sand. In the water, sometimes sand, sometimes stones and constant drops. Because of this (including, as I understand it), there are big waves. This is sometimes cool, but when with a small child - not so much.
A pipe emerges from an alley underground to the beach, and clear water flows into the sea in a stream from there. Apparently the sewer (or what is it? ) Cleaning system. Well, this stream does not add color.
5. What else about the hotel. It is written that there is a mini-club for children. It is there, but there is no one inside??? . They also say there is a paid babysitter, but someone at the pool complained very much that in fact - no. The site promised a children's menu in the restaurant, but no one noticed it and it is not clear what was meant. There was no telephone in the room (although according to the description there is). Also according to the description in the hotel "fresh fruit in the room (on arrival)". Of course not. Yes, in general, with fruits in the hotel somehow not very much.
Swimming pool. Yes, there are two of them, with two paddling pools and one slide. The hill is small, but there is. The pools seem to be cleaned every day, pouring bleach.
Discos by the pool and all sorts of action - day and night, both for children and adults. Bilpakeu has already ingrained in Moscow, I hope not forever, like the jingle with which the performances began. The main thing is that the children liked it)
Most of the hotel staff are friendly and pleasant.
So, what is the result. As someone wrote earlier, "a long-awaited vacation will not spoil anything. " In fact, let's be honest, it's not. When you go on vacation to 4 stars, you want to relax and not wash the floor yourself, not think about the fact that you have something flowing somewhere, that you are blown off the sofa by sound waves from a glass of vodka on the table below you maybe there are bed bugs, and to get to the beach, you need to go through the slop and hope that you don’t get pissed off from clean dishes somewhere in this alley (sorry for being frank). Yes, someone may be lucky with the number, and who may have been without a child, and this in itself is easier, but damn it. The sea is cool, but still we did not want to 1-2 *.
