I rested at the Grand Troyka Hotel with my husband in June this year. 9 nights, returned on the 25th. I will try to make the story constructive without unnecessary emotions and other "water". The hotel was chosen based on reviews and price. Last year, the reviews for this hotel were mostly positive, this year there were few reviews, and those that began to appear were negative after we returned. Therefore, I hope my "story" will help someone make their choice and have a real idea of ​ ​ what to expect from the rest.
I'll start with the main points:

Location: 5 points, very good! In the very center of the village of Konakli, as many have already written, behind the hotel there is a nice park with 4 fountains, alleys with benches and in general a great place where you can take a walk. Only from the airport of Antalya it is far to go, 2.5 hours with the delivery of tourists to nearby hotels, but on the way "there" it is almost untiring, because.

all in anticipation, but "from there" (to the airport) is very tiring. But this is not at all a disadvantage, but simply a territorial nuance.

Beach: 4 points. To be honest, I did not understand where the border of the beaches was. And why is this border necessary? Everyone swam to the right and further from the rocky entrance (layering of volcanic slabs), maybe it was still the territory of our hotel, or maybe already a five-star one, it’s like a drum. Small pebbles, the sea is warm, clean. If you sail a little further, you can see the bottom even better (again, volcanic slabs, velvet from plants that have grown on them) and get back on your feet. It's funny to stand like that when you have already sailed quite decently. I liked the beach! I liked the order on our beach even more, the groovy bartender Ozik, who constantly picked up papers from our sloppy tourists, aligned the sunbeds and simply cheered up the vacationers, smiled, spoke (in English).
Ozick has been tweaking the last week, it's a pity if the new bartender isn't as neat as Ozick. There were enough sun beds for everyone, I personally counted - I counted about 120. There are awnings and umbrellas, we liked to lie under a canopy more. We didn’t particularly drink free drinks, because we bought water in a shop near the hotel for $ 1 - 3 bottles of 0.5 each, or Efes beer from Ozick for $ 3.
But the road to the beach is certainly not so hot. The distance is 150-200 meters, you need to go through the road, which is right next to the hotel, and then go between the utility rooms of two five-star hotels with a very unpleasant smell. At first I plugged my nose, and then apparently sniffed  . But 150 meters do not strain in any way!

Nutrition: 3.5 points. You can talk a lot about nutrition, but in short - we were not hungry! We hardly bought anything in addition, except for fruit and water. And my husband is quite capricious in food.

Of all the variety of salads, we always ate freshly cut cucumbers and tomatoes...It is impossible to say that the chefs mixed everything that was left from yesterday, but we preferred to eat vegetables in their original form. There were olives, black olives, soy sausages, various combinations of vegetables in the form of salads, cottage cheese in unprecedented combinations (salted, with pepper, with parsley), Adyghe cheese or something very unusual and its various variations. Only not all of it was edible, maybe because of the peculiarities of the national cuisine or just a different quality of the products, but it was always possible to choose something suitable for yourself. The hot dish was a very tasty vegetable stew of zucchini, carrots, tomatoes and something else, fried eggplants - we ate this every day, of course, in the end it was pretty fed up. . There was good rice, delicious baked potatoes, delicious french fries, pasta not so good, but people ate them too.
Everything was salted and peppered in moderation, my husband even peppered and salted himself every time. From the meat, the fish was amazingly tasty, 5 times, grilled or battered. I was just crazy about her! The chicken was 3 times, but I didn’t really like it, apparently depending on which piece I get. There were very edible soy sausages ...Cakes and muffins were unusually soaked, tasted more or less, but very wet. Watermelon was given almost every day, we definitely ate it. Oranges and apples were not very good, but they also gave. You could also drink beer, but you couldn't drink wine. As for the lack of tables, yes, a queue formed, but if you come a little later for half an hour, there is no longer a queue and there are free tables, and they always put hot food. Even later, it seemed to us that hot was tastier. We also drank coffee, cappuccino and tea all the time. In short, you could eat. And meat - pork and lamb should be eaten in 5 stars!
Regarding the fact that hot is applied in portions. Yes, they imposed, especially when a queue formed, but how else could it be? Our compatriots like to impose mountains of food on themselves, and then safely leave a good half of everything. So they put it on, but if the plate is not removed, he will put more, and you can always go for more. We did just that, at first we take everything unknown a little, we try it, and then we go for an addition, if we like it.

About drinking water. Of course the water was from the tap. It seems that no one even hid it. We thought, after all, some of us also pour water into a kettle from the tap, boil and drink, well, we will drink here too. No one was poisoned, everyone is alive. But we only drank hot tea and coffee, so we did not drink water from under the cooler for obvious reasons.
Moreover, the managers (and maybe the owners) are two men, they were constantly at the hotel, drinking coffee and tea and eating the same thing as tourists, only a little later.


Service staff. 5 points. Everyone knows that the Turks are very friendly and hard-working people. The waiters worked diligently, the tablecloths were periodically washed, all the crumbs were immediately swept off the tables, they always took away empty plates, moreover, by saying the word “mozha” so funny and smiling at the same time. Their faces were pleasant, although they worked from dawn to night, some even managed to hum to themselves.

Number. 5 points. I don’t know, I didn’t worry, when I arrived, I gave the Russian-speaking Turk at the reception $ 10 and asked for a good room. He immediately gave two keys to the rooms on the 4th and 6th floors. We chose on the 4th.
Everything worked in the room: air conditioning, TV (in which there are two Russian-speaking channels - music and biblical), shower, sink, toilet, there was a balcony overlooking the pool and mountains in the distance (there is no sea view in this hotel - either on the road or the pool) . Everything worked, I did not have to change or repair anything. The condition is also normal, well, the tiles in the bathroom are a little damp and therefore divorced, so what? Every day white was spread on the floor, either a towel or a rug, and nothing was visible. There were 3 rolls of paper in stock and the dispensers were all full of shower gel and liquid soap. We still washed with our own. Yes, the curtain in the shower is short and gray and the tray is small, but if you sit down, you can gently wash yourself without splashing water on the floor, because it’s not 5 stars after all!
Room cleaning.
They cleaned every day, washed the floor and did a little exercise with towels, though they didn’t spin the swans and sprinkle them with petals, whether you leave a dollar or not, they cleaned the same way.
About the noise. Due to the time difference - as much as 4 hours, we came to the room around 11 pm, after which, on the street, all the music subsided, you could safely go to bed. If the neighbors loudly slam the doors, of course you can hear it, but during the day you run so much that it didn’t interfere either.


Animation and entertainment. 2.5 points. Mini disco for children. Of course, I am far from a child, and we saw children's animation 3 times, but of course there was no interest for children there. Yes, two animators will walk around the dining room at dinner, inviting adults to go to a disco in Alanya, and children to come to a mini-disco at 09-30. We didn’t go to the disco because we really wanted to sleep, and the mini-disco was not interesting, and adults with children hung out elsewhere or slept.
The water is warm, it does not give off chlorine, but we rarely swam, because why sit in the pool when the sea is nearby. The slide worked with us, by the hour, but after visiting the Water Planet Water Park, I got sick of riding it for obvious reasons  You can’t swim after 17-00, because the sun loungers are removed and tables are put out, and the pool itself is vacuumed.

Hotel guide Dmitry. At the information meeting, he created a generally pleasant impression of himself, knowledgeable, with a well-trained voice, a pleasant timbre, even I would call him a professional in his field. He talked for an hour, in principle, to the point, about what we were supposed to be in this hotel, asked what was not working for someone in the rooms, promised to fix it in the near future, promised constant help from his side, hinted at excursions at the very end, of course, he said that no one should take them from street agencies, he distributed price lists. It would be better if he didn't.
The price tag was exactly twice as high as that of Hummingbird opposite. Of course, you'll think about it. Further, the impression of him I have already deteriorated. Especially when he finds out that you will buy some kind of excursion in another agency, so I blurted out, turning to him with some kind of household request, to which he sharply answered me: “I warned you that when buying in another place, you automatically refuse my services? » Yes, at the info meeting he said that if something happens to you during excursions purchased from another agency, then the operator's insurance will no longer be valid. But that we would not have freedom of choice, and that he would no longer be involved in helping his own tourists - of course, he did not talk about this!

Street agency "Hummingbird". We were all set!

We went to the Aquapark, to the Green Canyon in jeeps, took a yacht tour off the coast of Alanya and visited the Hamam bath. Since Dima refused us, they took everything to Hummingbird and were not at all disappointed. For interest, of course, I wanted to compare with the services of the Tez Tour itself, but, alas ...but they saved money! The only caveat is that you will be accompanied by guides - Turks who speak little Russian. But something must be sacrificed. We went to see nature, and not listen to stories and legends. Still, they tell the main story.
Here are the main points. I see that it did not work out briefly : ) In general, we liked the rest. A budget option. Next time we will go to Kemer, so that it would not be so tiring on the road after a long flight and money, probably, we will save up for 4-5 stars. I hope my story will be useful to someone.
