Dear girls who want to relax in this grand troyka hotel 3, please be very careful when visiting the hamam (Turkish bath). My review is not primarily about the hotel - but about the hammam at the hotel.
We rested with a friend in August 2013. The fact is that the masseurs in the hammam are really very attractive young people, the massage is of course excellent and the whole procedure of the Turkish bath made an excellent impression. But what can you say to the fact that the massage contained rather erotic moments, we were offered sexual services by masseurs, and plus everything that happens there was filmed and photographed (we found out about this later, just by chance one masseur suggested view the video where we were filmed!! ! The masseurs themselves offered us a ride around Alanya at night with unfamiliar males who did not live on the territory of the hotel, but were regularly present there. After all this, my friend and I really understood the whole picture of what was happening. Having presented our claims to the massage therapists, we were told that there was no video and there never was. In response to our statement that we would contact the gendarmerie, threats followed. We were told: “Who are you here! This is Turkey". That is, calm down and be quiet. It wasn't there, we decided.
I had to apply with a written complaint to the guide Pavel. Many thanks to him for his help. Helped us a lot. At the time of departure, the hammam was being checked. We hope that they will bring to clean water those who work there.
