Let's start with the fact that this is not the first time I've been in Turkey and I'm abroad in general, so I can compare it with my previous experience. I’ll note right away that we bought a last-minute ticket (for the first time in our lives and for the last time) and regretted it a hundred times. In this hotel, as it turned out, all Russians rested in the same way - "burning and cheap. " But smart people say that you can’t save on vacation.
Now for the points.
The hotel is located in Alanya, more precisely at the end of geography - we were taken from the airport for more than two hours to it. The hotel is located on the outskirts of any civilization - no ATMs, no shops, no markets - all these benefits will have to go by minibus.
Well, God bless him, on the outskirts, but also on a steep hill, which climbing under the scorching sun is not just hard, but hard even if you haven’t had dinner yet... By the way, it’s no exaggeration to walk to the beach for about 15 minutes, because you need first go down this hill, then climb the ladder, then go down, then walk and go down to the beach again....Entering the beach of someone else's hotel, by the way. Anyway. So you got there and saw the sea....Of the 7 days that we were there, the sea was calm only one day, and on others - muddy, dirty. Entering it is worth a lot of work, and getting out is a whole story. The sand is clearly not native to this place, because of the sharp stones it is very painful to enter. Rocky place, in a word. But, if you are a man, you may not be afraid....
The hotel has this ratio of people: 60% Turks and 40% Russians. So if you don’t really like Turkish speech, then think about it. After all, you will listen to animation in Turkish, mostly. What kind of people are these Turkish vacationers? hairy men and their wives, wrapped in spacesuits made of scarves, swimming in the pool right in all their clothes. For many people, this is unpleasant.
A special place is occupied by the topic of food - it is NOT there. there is slop and food for the homeless... The same bread, rice, potatoes - no cheese, no sausage (it is replaced by a purple gmo product), no meat. It simply does not exist, just as there is not a single cooked dish. Only semi-finished products, chopped vegetables (rotten tomatoes came across several times - be careful) and unripe melons with watermelons. This is such a cool lineup. There is no sweetness at all. none. No buns, no cakes, no horseradish. We never even saw oil. And what to drink all this? Well, of course, the signature drink of all Turkish hotels - diluted zuko from a bag. There is no coffee, instead of it there is an incredible taste of mura, which discourages any coffee lover... and is refilled with powdered milk, because they save on regular milk. As we understood in the hotel, the "save on the tourist" system is felt in everything. In food, in drinks, in service and even in "entertainment" - the unfortunate billiards and that paid one.
About cleaning the rooms....more precisely about its absence. For 6 days, we were vacuumed once, but only after we had a fight at the reception and separately taught the cleaner... Bed linen and towels are never changed.
You can swim in the pool, but only if you get really drunk.... because it's full of hair and all sorts of dirt. It must be assumed that it is not cleaned every day.
Yeah. There is one plus - the view from any room on the sea. Hooray. On this, all the pluses ended. And all the other charms are literally clogged with loud cheerful music from morning to one in the morning (sometimes up to half past one).
Which conclusion to draw from this is up to you. If you are not a complete alcoholic (although even alcohol is diluted) and like comfort - this is not the place. Do not save on vacation. Otherwise, you will have to spend a lot of money in order to appear at the hotel as rarely as possible.

So, I will try to tell you in detail about my stay at the Werola Beach Hotel during a vacation in Turkey. We went on vacation with a classmate in mid-August (I think the most fertile time to travel, because the incredible July heat has already subsided, there is no sickening stuffiness that prevents walking / shopping / discos and just sleeping peacefully) for one week, Thank God it's not more. . . The hotel itself is beautiful, I would even say stately: it is gracefully located on a hill, there is a long aquarium in the lobby, a transparent elevator that gives the “visitor” the right to admire the gorgeous sea view, a standard room, curtains, furniture… all this creates a rather pleasant First impression of this hotel. But the further, the merrier. I'll go through each one separately. Rooms: standard, with a sea view (and since the hotel is located on a hill, this view is simply magnificent), the TV shows only “Russian music box” from Russian channels and that's it. True, you can still watch the TV channels "1st" and "Russia", but this is already on TV in the hall on the 1st floor, and then if someone else does not watch it. Also one of the minuses is the lack of a refrigerator in the room! Safe, as elsewhere, paid ($ 2 per day). Cleaning is done every 1-2 days, well, in general - the room is good. I’ll add about the elevator: it closes for a very long time, and at night (at 4 o’clock), on the day of departure, it didn’t work... well, how it didn’t work, drove to our floor and that’s it, open the doors as you like, so we had to drag the suitcases down ourselves. Receptionist: this is a separate conversation... All the time an incomprehensible lady was sitting, who did not understand any language, even when we learned the number of our number in Turkish and showed with our fingers what key we needed, she still gave a piece of paper and asked to write a number... I had to make a sign with the numbers of our number... by the end of the vacation, they finally remembered us, which pleased us a little. But sometimes Russian-speaking girls appeared who answered your questions. Dining room: here the feeding definitely did not pull on 4 * - the choice is sooo small! Always rice, rice and rice, I don't remember a day when he was gone. There is no breakfast at all - eggs and fried sausage, well, cereal with milk, alone - you won’t get enough here. On the last day, they made us happy - they cooked meat for shawarma (delicious! ) So, gourmets, you definitely shouldn’t come here. . .  Waiters: very smart guys, they understand a little Russian, there are no special complaints about them, the only thing (I don’t know whose fault) is that all lunches and dinners were opened 15 minutes later than the designated time, sometimes it was annoying. Swimming pool: not very deep (max 160, somewhere like that... ). Water slides saved us from boredom. By the way, only after our numerous congresses, adults also began to ride from them, suddenly forcing children out of them. Of the games - only water polo, which is sometimes arranged by the vacationers themselves. Animation: it's stupidly not! It's sad actually. Go play volleyball at the nearby Lion Beach Hotel. Some man with a microphone was running by the pool, who sang along to the songs of Tarkan all the time, and in the evening spent something there for the children, BUT only in Turkish, the Russian children either missed their parents or sat in the room. What was left for ordinary people to do without animation, especially in the evening - just sour or go shopping. I hope that by next year at least some fun will appear. Bar: available only by the pool. From the free: tea, coffee, Cola / Fanta / Sprite, beer, terrible wine, vodka and gin. And then, on some days, something might not have happened, it just ended. On the beach - a bar PAID, and it's unfortunate. Beach: this is perhaps the main disadvantage of this hotel, along with the lack of animation. The main trouble is a terrible steep descent, which at first doesn’t seem to be frightening, but then somehow it still annoys you, because you often don’t go back and forth, from the beach to the pool. But here is a huge plus - there are always free sunbeds on the beach! The entrance to the sea is rocky. You can't break your legs, of course, but you can fall. There are showers on the beach, even two, changing rooms too. Shops: I don’t know who says that there is nowhere to go in the evening - this is not true. A 15-minute walk at a walking pace there is a magnificent market where you can find everything: from Turkish delight to calling Russia. Yes, by the way, there is a dolphinarium within a 5-minute walk, which can allow you (if you speak a little English or Turkish) to visit it for a much lower amount than the tour operator indicates. TO SUMmarize: if you have a choice, then it’s better to go to another hotel (even if it’s 3 *, the main thing is that the reviews are good), because this hotel is far from pulling 4 *. But if you still have already bought tickets here, then take more money to spend more time not at the hotel, but to go on excursions and shops - only this can somehow diversify your vacation here. And I strongly recommend that if you still go here, no more than a week, otherwise you will definitely go crazy from the monotony of food and lack of entertainment. Have a nice holiday! =)

2 days of scandals were replaced with a bed. The beach is not well maintained, the shower and the toilet do not work. The Pamukkale tour is interesting but tiring; we arrive at the hotel there is no light, so there is no shower, no beer, no cold water, no air conditioning. Sit in the lobby and continue to sweat because lie down sweaty on the bed, well, no way on it after sleeping. Tourists have 3 * hotels much better. When I was there, the Germans moved out on the 2nd day and our Anex tour was not there at all.

The food was at least very good for us, there were potatoes in three versions, and chicken and fish, even like lamb was in some kind of dish. Fruits were watermelon, melon, peaches, cherry plum, cherry compote. Very tasty tomatoes those who ate red tomatoes straight from the bush will understand. Strawberries in a tent were taken for 2 dollars, cherries for 5 dollars. There was a strong wind in front of us at sea, sunbeds and umbrellas were moved from the sand a little higher to a grassy beach. Nearby there is a pier where two yachts stand , they conduct excursions to Alanya - tickets are sold right on the beach. We liked the ride, but we waited until the sea calmed down, I don’t advise anyone who is rocked in strong waves to sail on a yacht. In general, a normal hotel for picky vacationers. If there are any questions, I will answer, my e-mail: 777na58@mail. ru

There is no territory. All photos of the hotel on the websites of tour operators and in catalogs are photomontages. Information about the hotel is unreliable. The room was not cleaned for 4 days. In the shower, water flowed on the floor. There was a constant smell of sewerage and food waste. The "restaurant" does not know that the dishes need to be washed. The hotel guide Bakhtiar did not consider it necessary to send our claim to the tour operator "Aneks tour", and then avoided us. After the scandal at the reception, 2 towels disappeared from the room.
We rested with two children. There was no entertainment, no playground, no children's pool. The attitude towards Russians is terrible. They paid money and exist as you want. Employees
behaved arrogantly, did not want to solve any issues, referring
to the language barrier (they only speak Turkish).
When choosing a hotel, they did not pay attention to the negative reviews, and were very sorry that they did not listen to the opinions of those
who has been to this hotel.

In Turkey, we are the 2nd time, the 1st was in a club 4 *, in Side. We went to Verola Beach in a bad mood, having read the reviews, but then we got used to it, in general we even liked the rest here, and it cost us a little less than 30 thousand for 2 for 9 days. There are no complaints about the hotel building, interior decoration, dining room, rooms - renovated, all with sea views. The territory of the hotel is small - a swimming pool with slides, tables around it and a platform in front of the stage. The entire territory is covered with a bright green, pleasant to the touch coating. At first, the choice of food was poor, then everything improved a little, a sweet table appeared and diversified. Of the fruits, there was once a watermelon, as well as oranges, medlar. Strawberries and cherries - for 3 and 6 dollars - in a tent by the road. The food is familiar to us, not peppered. Well trained staff. Moldovan maids. The wife of the manager or owner of a Turk is a Khokhlushka. The hotel has a hammam. For 20 dollars we were washed for 2 hours, massaged and given tea to relaxing music. The indoor pool at the hammam was not filled with water. To the beach-7-10min. slow pace down the hill. The passage across the road to the beach was under reconstruction - electric lighting and a tiled path were already being made with us. But the hands did not reach the beach or there was not enough money. Beach - sand, pebbles, stones. There are rocks in the sea. Running and diving is not recommended. But there are also good places to visit. The beach is small, in a secluded cove surrounded by a natural wall of stones. (you need to go down to it along a short steep ladder) There are free sunbeds + mattresses on the beach. Umbrellas of 3 types. Take your own umbrella, put it up yourself. It reminds us of our south. Towels - bring your own from home. The bar on the beach did not function with us - there was a water cooler and a machine with 2 types of juice such as yupi. No bartender, no food. We did not see a working toilet - there is one under construction. There are a couple of showers, one of them is just to wash your feet. When this is brought to mind, it will be possible to go to Verola Beach calmly. People with claims, or who have already visited 5 * hotels before, are not here yet. YET, unfortunately this is a first time hotel in Turkey. For example, two of our neighbors, 30-year-old lawyers from Kazakhstan, who were vacationing in Turkey for the first time, were simply delighted with the hotel. The poor choice of dishes for us was called plentiful. Summary - improvements in the hotel (judging by the photos and reviews of 2010) are evident. Gorgeous reception - a long aquarium, chandeliers, armchairs, sofas, plasma, panoramic elevator. But also, to improve the image, it is required to carry out a serious improvement of the beach. Perhaps by the end of this summer the hotel will be perfect in every respect. I sincerely believe, hope and wish it!

The hotel is a four, in 2010 the owner changed and now they are in the stage of grandiose changes. Repairs in the main building have not yet been completed, the beach has not yet been dealt with. There are not enough rooms. Therefore, they can put someone in your room for 1.2 days. I understand that it is not pleasant, but I was paid for the Turkish bath and massage, I am quite pleased with the unexpected savings. The rooms are clean, comfortable, air conditioning, safe, shower, everything is as promised. The hotel area is very small (building + swimming pool), but clean, grass everywhere, pretty nice. There are two pools: one large, the other small, two slides (one works). One restaurant, one bar. The food is good, only apples were given from fruits, but next to the hotel there is a fruit tent, where everything costs just a penny. Go to the beach 500 meters across the road or through an underground passage. The entrance to the transition is very scary, it has not been ennobled yet, but inside the tile, nothing falls, does not drip. On the beach there are sun loungers, umbrellas, no mattresses, beach towels for a fee. There is no water yet, the toilets are also not working, but if you do not have small children, it is quite possible to do without it. I took this hotel because it was the cheapest, so I'm happy. Before that, I had been in fives and fours, it’s a pity to spend money on excesses that I can do without. But if I paid more, I probably would not be happy, like most of the people who rested with me.
