To be honest, I still do not believe that this hotel is located in Turkey! I have never seen such terrible food, alcohol, attitude and service anywhere!
Who gave it 5 stars!?? ? So barely 3 pulls! Apparently because of the territory, which is simply large, and the only advantage is a huge swimming pool in the courtyard of the hotel! And that's it!
Immediately at the reception, we had the first unpleasant incident.

The fact is that a week before arrival, I contacted the hotel administrator Daria via WhatsApp, and asked my friends and I to settle in neighboring rooms and with a view of the sea (pool) if possible. The girl kindly replied that it was no problem, we need to send a photo of our vouchers. So I did! And when we crossed the threshold of the reception (about 11.30 a. m. ) and I asked the person at the counter (his name is Guven) if it was possible to accommodate us nearby, he began to yell at me so much that I was taken aback. He waved his arms and shouted that no one could book anything for me, because he decides everything (quote) "RECEPTION DIRECTOR" !! ! And that besides him, no one could promise me anything with numbers! I showed the correspondence and the number by which I contacted a week ago and the girl Daria promised that she would help, to which Guven told me that such a phone does not exist and I invented it all.
Our children began to cry, to which Guven began to shout at us and waved his arms so that we all dispersed around the hotel and did not interfere with his work, otherwise the cry of our children interferes with him, and when there are rooms, he will check us in! Our whole company was in shock! I tried again to call the same number that I called a week ago, but no one picked up the phone, and the call fell off, because the hotel had terrible Wi-Fi.
This circus continued for several more hours! I had a complete feeling that we were just being bullied. After 2 hours we were offered a room - an attic on the last 6th floor! We went into the attic, which did not get sunlight, there was one small balcony door, it was damp, humid and insanely stuffy! Then we were offered a tiny double room, although we paid for the ticket for three (2 adults and a child). And at 16 o'clock we were finally settled in a room, the windows and balcony of which overlooked the track. Every night I woke up at 2 o'clock from the noise of cars and trucks that rushed along the highway, and could not fall asleep until the morning! This is not a road, but a real Antalya-Alanya highway.
I have never seen such an attitude! A middle-aged woman also worked at the reception (unfortunately, I did not recognize her name), so she generally pretended that we did not exist! We asked her questions and she either turned away or talked to other tourists!
The hotel is not interested in tourists at all! They are chock-full!?!?!?! ? What was a mystery to me until our TezTour guide said that in Russia this hotel is sold for $ 350 with a 7-day flight per person. $ 200 pulls the plane, and $ 150 the hotel itself. Therefore, tourists always come here, because for such money this is a fairy tale! And what do you want for that kind of money?!? ! And we flew from Belarus and paid $ 2.000 for 2 adults + 1 child. Therefore, we expected at least a human attitude and normal food!

The hotel itself is very old! The scary furniture in the hotel resembles a scoop. There are tiles everywhere in the rooms, it is impossible to walk barefoot - it is very cold, especially for children!
Food! Just waste! Very scarce and small! Everything is ground and served with different sauces for about 3 days (apparently, until they eat it anyway). For example, chicken rolls, which were served for lunch, I met in the CHILDREN'S MENU the next day for dinner! Turkey is famous for sweets, even there were catastrophically few of them and they were tasteless! Well, about the stewed carrots and onions, as an independent dish, I will not say anything.
To eat at least something, you need to stand in a huge queue for about 40 minutes! And even if you stand alone in line and want to take a portion for your other half, then they simply won’t let you! I had to go to all sorts of tricks to at least eat something! And when the dining room opened, the food was completely unprepared, the chef began to fry the first batch of meat right in front of the first tourist. Usually, chefs start cooking hot food an hour before lunch / dinner, which then lies in a baking sheet so that it is hot, and then they continue to fry further so that people come up, take food and go to eat! But not here! Everyone must stand for 40 minutes for a piece of a small cutlet, it is not clear what it is made of.
Animation! Children's animation during the day PAID! We were shocked! More precisely, paid crafts (for example, they draw with colored sand, draw on T-shirts, etc. ) and they cost $ 7-10. And in the evening, they sell cotton candy and popcorn for $ 2 at the animation.
This hotel makes money on everything!
The beach is dirty and unkempt, the sun loungers are old. The location of the beach is very strange, you need to walk decently to the sea. Apparently it is difficult for them to move stationary umbrellas closer to the sea!
Everywhere in the hotel, in the canteen, at the TezTour guide, at the reception, I heard people complaining and wanting to move!

We moved from this hotel on the third day! In Kemer in the hotel Kemer Dream, I recommend!! ! Despite the fact that it is 4 stars, everything was a hundred times better than in this Insula.
And we started a normal full vacation!
So my sincere advice is:
if you don’t want the staff to be rude to you, so that you eat dubious food (and drink alcohol diluted with water at best), live in an old hotel and try to make money on you every minute - choose a hotel carefully! And once again I was convinced that not all rave reviews are always true!
