We were with a child of 1.5 years old, we had to sit at the reception with him in our arms. Unpleasant. Despite the already late time, "off season", there were a lot of people, the famous tour operator "Tez Tour" sold more tours than there are rooms in the hotel, people came and some were settled with scandals in other hotels. We understood this - this is a common thing, in their words - everyone does it.
We paid 172K for 11 nights, !!! 172000r!! ! Of course, this can be considered from the outside - that we are suckers and sold it to us, but according to the tour operator, "sofa experts", paid reviews in VK - the hotel is just space ! ! We didn’t have time to choose, we decided to trust people - in vain. Let's be smarter. We were - 3 adults (me, wife, mother-in-law) and a child. We took ! ! two-room suite !! ! with separate rooms. But expectation and reality did not match. There are no such people in the hotel at all (as Elena from the reception confirmed to us). They said that all claims - to your agency, which took money from you. In essence, they are right.
Hotel Insula - 2 * - this is the edge, the level - the hotel "Don" in Voronezh. The difference is that there are no prostitutes on duty at the reception.
Our room - they call it a "family room", a room of 25 sq. m. , one large double bed, two-story bunk beds and a folding bed. We have a 1.5 year old child. They asked for a bed. The sufferer brought a dirty arena. He saw that we were indignant - and brought an old mattress into it, they said that the child should sleep in it. Reassured. May your children live and sleep like that!! ! And so that your children's children get this !! ! A day later they gave me a room with just 3 beds. To be honest, I did not expect that I would have to live in the same room with my mother-in-law. The view from the window was chicdos - on the road. Moreover, the road was not some village country road, along which a horse-drawn cart passes once an hour, it was an ordinary federal highway, with heavy round-the-clock movement of trucks. To the right, under the windows, were the garbage containers of the neighboring hotel. A little to the left is the treatment plant of our hotel. They decided not to turn on the air conditioner with a small child (although I turned it on - it worked, but did not cool, it was necessary to refuel it), they got used to the noise of the road for 11 days. There is nothing scary here.
Our room was cleaned several times in 11 days. If you don’t give $, then they simply won’t consider you a person, they probably think that we can clean up ourselves. Every time I had to remind about cleaning the room 2-3 times. A few more times to come up and ask for bottled water. With water, as I understand it, trouble. There are coolers in the hotel, but they are not bottled water at all, but ordinary water from a well. I drank. The child decided not to give. It is not known how often the filters are changed.
Food is not for everyone, for example, I don’t like the salad “yesterday’s pasta with mayonnaise”, of course you won’t stay hungry, but still - how can you feed people like that !! ! Like animals! ! How can you cook potatoes so that they are not tasty? To taste - like Rolton powder. There were very few fruits, mostly apples. Apples. Apples. Apples. Some watermelon. Apples. Grape. Apples. For fruit, we went to a nearby market. Local hucksters - they know from which hotel they constantly come to them for fruit)) Cakes... sweets - there were a lot of them, but for an amateur, some varieties were made from yesterday's bread. French fries are more or less edible with cheap ketchup - norms. Vegetables are cut like cattle, in large pieces. There was little meat. Mostly there was a chicken, and it felt like a chicken was dying a natural death. Sausages, sausage, ham with the taste of polyethylene.
For a child, there is nothing to eat at all. It's good that the child took porridge and mixture with them. But there was a blender in the dining room... the idea is certainly a good one, but if it were something to cook on it, it would be much better.
Alcohol - I associate it with non-freezing, when out of hopelessness you take the Kirghiz on the Moscow Ring Road, sprinkle it on the glass and it hurts your eyes - that's the same alcohol in a hotel, well, it's possible for an amateur.
All got sick. They vomited, the bottom vomited... Then they finished their treatment at home. It's good that the wife took a whole suitcase of medicines. Beach - sand, as requested, but such sand with stones, on which it is not pleasant to walk barefoot. In the sea, entry is generally disgusting. There are few sunbeds if you are a Jew and got up at 6, went to the beach and put your towel on a free sunbed - handsome! ! Those who get up a little later - without a sunbed.
WiFi is only available at the reception. It is not in the rooms. Not at all.
