I just came from this hotel, the rooms in the pictures are very different, a cap is made. repair, tiles in all rooms (carpet will not be found anywhere else), if you are more than 2 people. You will be settled on the side where the road is, the audibility is excellent, believe me. I liked the rest with the Dutch and Germans more, there was order, I had a comfortable rest, from May 13 a large group of Russian tourists came by shares from Tez. tour, ubiquitous smoking, cursing, heaps of half-eaten food, abandoned children, a mess on the slides, rudeness towards the attendants, etc. There were, of course, cultured people, but we felt the contrast. It was more comfortable with foreigners. There were no special complaints about food, the menu is varied, the bartenders are trying, the waiters are great. A separate respect is, of course, animation, well done, ignite, amuse, many have become family. Kids mini-club, they are always welcome there. By the minuses I will take a dirty beach and boulders in the sea, it is very unpleasant and dangerous to enter and swim, it is impossible to predict what is under your feet, the discomfort is palpable. The Al Akart restaurant can be visited 1 time, we were not allowed in with a child (8 years old), citing that there are alcoholic drinks, you might think that they are not on the beach and in the main restaurant during the day. There was no free ice cream. Cleaning in the room at an average level, drinks (cola, fanta, mineral water) are changed regularly, linen was changed on demand on the 8th day. General conclusion: I won’t go in the season for sure, but I’ll think about it in the off season. The hotel is now called Insula Resort spa 5*
