The hotel is terrible. Exclusively for Turks. The staff speaks only Turkish, all requests are impudently ignored, the bar is constantly empty, the food is monotonous, the music by the pool is only Turkish. the staff does not wear a uniform, they sit with friends at tables and it is not clear which of them is a hotel employee and who is a tourist or a stray friend. Tourists visiting singles are persuaded to stay together in a room for a day / night, Turks are settled in a vacant room daily. It is very difficult to achieve subsequent resettlement. The rooms are not bad, but they are also full of joints: the safe does not work, there is no spray in the shower, hot water was only the first three days, my room was full of ants and the balcony did not close. Many did not work or did not have a hair dryer. The list is endless. In general, the hotel itself is not bad for a troika, but the staff needs to be changed unambiguously, the attitude towards Russian tourists is disgusting. There were a lot of scandals, many silently shrugged their shoulders and simply did not conflict. Generally satisfied tourists during my stay at the hotel, I do not remember any. The staff is all from the same village, there is no system of fines for it, so no one cares. Definitely do not recommend.
