I arrived with my daughter at one in the morning there, they gave a four-bed room, settled with neighbors, they said that they would move only for the night and at 12.00 in the morning. In Russian, they pretend that they do not understand. After 12.00 we were told to come at 14.00, they came at the appointed time, they said there was no checklist and we had to wait until 19.

We lived in this establishment for 2 weeks. To say you ruined your vacation is an understatement! Entrance doors and wardrobes are broken, one bed is swaying due to a broken leg, balcony doors do not close. Employees pretend that they do not understand anything in Russian and smile at your problems. At the food point - I don’t even know what to call it (well, it’s definitely not a restaurant or a cafe) on the roof there is simply not enough dishes all the time....Moreover, the employees of this institution can also indicate that you are using the container for other purposes (from this "fuck"). I am completely shocked by this experience. Room cleaning is generally a separate issue - there is a feeling of disgust, dirt everywhere. The conclusion for me: to close this institution, so as not to disgrace the beautiful country of Turkey and the most beautiful corner of Mahmutlar !! !

HOPE came and after five minutes of talking with her, she started yelling that how we got her and got up and left !! ! We checked into another hotel because there was no choice and the child was tired after the flight and wanted to sleep! We were promised that tomorrow at 12-00 our room will be ready!! ! But it wasn't there! Naturally, at 12 we checked in, we arrived with our things at 13-00 and we were told that we had to wait until 15-00, my child and I stayed in the heat until 16-00, the cleaning lady cleaned our room! We have already gone to the room! As a result, our two-year-old son received a sunstroke. There was a high temperature and vomiting!
Food, there is only soy, sausage and sausages, but it's okay tolerable, there were vegetables and chicken once a day! But if you eat with a small child, take him food from home !!!
The pool has never been cleaned, it is only sprinkled with bleach in the evening and that's it! It smells like chlorine!!!
Pepsi, Fanta and Sprite at the bar. From alcohol only beer! In the evening, the animation is called so you can’t entertain yourself, then go to your room !!!!
Coffee tea is not very good but the problem is different!! ! If there is coffee, then there are no cups, and if there are glasses, then there is no coffee!!!!!!
With children I do not recommend to go at all, the staff does not care about your problems !!! ! It is better to pay a little extra but go to another hotel !!!! !

Tourists visiting singles are persuaded to stay together in a room for a day / night, Turks are settled in a vacant room daily. It is very difficult to achieve subsequent resettlement. The rooms are not bad, but they are also full of joints: the safe does not work, there is no spray in the shower, hot water was only the first three days, my room was full of ants and the balcony did not close. Many did not work or did not have a hair dryer. The list is endless. In general, the hotel itself is not bad for a troika, but the staff needs to be changed unambiguously, the attitude towards Russian tourists is disgusting. There were a lot of scandals, many silently shrugged their shoulders and simply did not conflict. Generally satisfied tourists during my stay at the hotel, I do not remember any. The staff is all from the same village, there is no system of fines for it, so no one cares. Definitely do not recommend.

Drinks at the bar: beer, wine, cola, sprite, etc. They fed well. There were 15 of us in the hotel. They gave fish, chicken, even strawberries. All liked it !!! !.

Rested with a friend at the end of may 10 days. Wonderful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, arrived in the morning, settled immediately. Located on the first line with a gorgeous sea view. The rooms are clean, spacious, everything is in working order, there were no big problems, but everything was quickly eliminated.

What else do you need in a hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet, delicious !! !
