We flew to rest 4 people, me, my husband and two children (2 years old and 8 years old) And so I'll start with the settlement! We were supposed to arrive on 23.07, but since our flight was delayed, we arrived on 24.07. In their naivety, we thought that our room was already waiting for us for a day, NOOO, it was not there! At the beginning we were taken to breakfast, and then we were told that there were NO rooms available!! ! And they offered to check into another hotel for a day, which is located 5 minutes from ours! BUT we went to Milano to eat and drink. In another hotel they didn't even give us water! We waited for our guide who was supposed to solve our problem with the settlement. HOPE came and after five minutes of talking with her, she started yelling that how we got her and got up and left !! ! We checked into another hotel because there was no choice and the child was tired after the flight and wanted to sleep! We were promised that tomorrow at 12-00 our room will be ready!! ! But it wasn't there! Naturally, at 12 we checked in, we arrived with our things at 13-00 and we were told that we had to wait until 15-00, my child and I stayed in the heat until 16-00, the cleaning lady cleaned our room! We have already gone to the room! As a result, our two-year-old son received a sunstroke. There was a high temperature and vomiting!
Food, there is only soy, sausage and sausages, but it's okay tolerable, there were vegetables and chicken once a day! But if you eat with a small child, take him food from home !!!
The pool has never been cleaned, it is only sprinkled with bleach in the evening and that's it! It smells like chlorine!!!

Coffee tea is not very good but the problem is different!! ! If there is coffee, then there are no cups, and if there are glasses, then there is no coffee!!!!!!
With children I do not recommend to go at all, the staff does not care about your problems !!! ! It is better to pay a little extra but go to another hotel !!!! !
