Our vacation in July 2018 was held at the 5* Perredelta Hotel. We had 7 days and 8 nights to rest. It takes 2 hours to get from the airport to the hotel with a 15-minute rest stop. Of all the hotels, ours was the closest to the airport. The first day was almost lost, because we were brought to the hotel at 17:00.
I'll start with checking into the rooms: 2 family rooms were booked (for 3 children and 4 adults), they asked for rooms nearby, they immediately began to apologize, they said that there were such, but without a balcony. As a result, after a long conversation, we were given rooms on different floors. The children's room turned out to be without a balcony overlooking the Alara River, which stank so much that it was impossible to open the window and dry wet clothes. Things did not dry for 2-3 days, plus water from things dripped onto the floor and there was a constant puddle in the room.
The cleaning of the rooms is terrible, only towels are changed every three days. In the adult room, they never changed the ashtray, did not bring toilet paper, did not change the bed linen and washed the floor 2 times. They never filled the mini bar, even with plain water.

The food at the hotel suited us quite well, but there was not much variety. Every day is the same, except for cakes. During the whole day there is an opportunity to have a snack, you will not stay hungry for sure. Late breakfasts and late dinners are also included. Noticed the always dirty dishes and cutlery. The waiters take the dishes right from under your nose, even if you didn’t have time to finish your meal. But when people finished and left, the table was not cleaned for 15 minutes.
I really liked the fact that the hotel has a 24-hour bar, the alcohol is pretty good. They also make cocktails there, but I don’t recommend them to you, they make them with ordinary juice from a machine and dye with alcohol.
We occupied sun loungers in the early morning, because. at lunch they are extremely difficult to find, too many guests. But there were empty sunbeds on the beach almost at any time.
The pool was either cleaned at night or not cleaned at all. During the day, they never wiped the tiles, it was very wet and slippery, I even twisted my finger there. And due to the fact that some people come from the beach with sand on flip flops, it was also dirty there.
The entrance to the sea was pebbly (sometimes there was sand), it was painful to walk and bruises remained after. Every day there were waves on the sea, so it is very difficult to enter from the shore. It was unpleasant when they dismantled our pier. They did it because of the waves, but no other hotel did this. It happened almost every day. But the water in the sea was insanely warm, although in the afternoon there were streams of cold water in the sea. Every 10 minutes, a security guard came to the pier to check our bracelets (very often there were people from a neighboring hotel, because they didn’t have a pier), and lifeguards watched us all day and all night.
The animation started at 10 am and lasted until 11 pm. Lots of competitions, games and activities. At 11.30 the disco started at the hotel, there was a large dance floor, and a lot of tables, and a bar, but it was closed. As it turned out, no one goes to these discos. Who wants to really relax, they leave with the animators to other clubs in Alanya. The ride costs $10 plus alcohol.

On the last day of our holiday there was a distressing incident with the maid. While packing, I found that the exclusive set of sweets bought as a gift was open on one side (the seller specially glued it with adhesive tape on all sides to take it home). Then I saw that one of the treats was missing from there. We went to the reception, explained our situation, after which we were given a new box of chocolates. All this is pleasant, but the fact that the service staff is digging into our things was disgusting to me.
In general, in my opinion, the hotel does not pull on 5 *: neither with its small territory, nor with service, but, no matter what, we had a good rest. The second time I would not go to this hotel.
