Hotel ratings by criteria:
Rooms: 5.0
Service: 7.0
Cleanliness: 6.0
Food: 4.0
Amenities: 4.0
Minuses:
1) Beach - a narrow pebble-sand (not vice versa) strip no more than 300 meters long, a wretched pier, it is not clear how all the vacationers fit here
2) The territory - small, ridiculous and unpretentious - all consists of paths and bridges winding around the pools - the feeling that in this way they masked the distance from the sea (to go far, uncomfortable and boring). If you look at the hotel from the sea, you will never think that this is a five. Plus - the territory is looked after and every piece of usable area is used to accommodate something (slot machines, bars, etc. )

3) Rooms (standard) - yes, they are large, but NOT deluxe, and very uncomfortable - completely unsuitable for families with a child. The furniture is cheap and already rather shabby, the beds are small, the air conditioners are of the last century, the sound insulation is weak, the equipment is uncomfortable - there are sharp corners all around (with such an area, I’m covered in bruises and scratches - the lamps are forged and very sharp), there is no normal table, one the socket periodically turns off, wall lighting + floor lamp (after sunset you feel like in a dungeon, I haven’t seen this in fives for a long time). A separate conversation about the toilet room - the glass partition in the bathroom is tightly attached - how to get access to the faucet, how to wash the pot, how to bathe the child - remains a mystery + very weak pressure, water temperature drops (it seems to me, due to neighboring rooms), it is impossible to crawl under the faucet in the bathroom. All standards are equipped and lit in the same way (I checked, in some rooms there is an ottoman instead of an armchair). Of the benefits - a large safe, a large balcony, a channel with Russian-language cartoons
4) Food - very scarce, just very, very, very - not at all happy (but, let's write it off for the off-season)
5) Well, this is not a deluxe room - room service is paid - yes, tea will be poured for the child, but you will have to go with your legs - from the residential wing to the central one - the path is long, you can’t bring hot tea - just nonsense - well, I had a kettle with me (underground used).
- Some food is allegedly free from 2 a. m. to 7 a. m. - once I needed it - I called at 5 a. m. and asked for some food - so the representative of the room service bargained with me on the phone like in a bazaar - forced me to pay for something (even though what you order on the menu was listed as free). I know it sounds implausible, but our TV dialogue looked something like this:
- "I would like tangerines"
- "You have to pay for tangerines"
-"No, it says on the menu that seasonal fruits are free"
-"Well then fine"
- "I would like some more cookies"
- "But for cookies you definitely need to pay"
. . . etc. round.
- In the minibar, except for 2 cans of beer, there is no alcohol;
- I didn’t dare to use cosmetics (even soap), it makes such a depressing impression.
6) The attitude of the staff towards children is rather forcedly friendly, because "necessary" is a rarity for Turkey, especially for a "children's" hotel. In general, one gets the feeling that the hotel was not originally intended for children, just some genius came up with the idea of selling this, in many ways, mediocre hotel (it reminded me very much of Kemer Resort).
7) The spa pool - with the jacuzzi and waterfall they are so famously promoting, children are NOT allowed (which is logical since the spa is a relax area for adults)

8) There is practically nothing for adults to do in this hotel (the staff themselves are surprised what an adult can do here during the week). It seems that children can be rented for the whole day, but it’s not clear how to dispose of freedom - there really is a cinema there (it wasn’t), a discotheque (ha, until 3 in the morning), cigars and karaoke....mdya
Pros:
1) Public areas (lobbies, elevators, toilets, swimming pools, etc. ) look like a deluxe suite, but with traces of “wear”, ALREADY!?
2) Spa with a vitamin bar and a swimming pool - just a heavenly place! And yet, they sell good cosmetics there (at a price three times higher than retail). But, I swam in this small pool alone in view of the small number of vacationers, what it's like to splash around in the semi-darkness, in bubbles at 32 degrees Celsius with a couple (or a dozen in a season) of other people's hairy strangers I can’t imagine...
3) Service and staff - that's what won me over - everyone is trying very hard (perhaps compensating for the off-season)!
-waiters are polite and helpful
-guest relations fulfilled all my requests (for example, in 15 minutes they found a heater and a table lamp)
-the rooms were cleaned well (however, if food is in a conspicuous place - even untouched fruits - you will not find them after cleaning)
4) Children's concept - here they are clearly trying, realizing, apparently, that this is the only thing that sells their hotel. Girls work very responsibly, they treat children with soul, and do not freebie. Video cameras, a dinosaur, a separate mini-territory with slides and a stage, a rich program, a large playroom, a bedroom, a dining room are available. The rest can be found in their advertisements.
5) There is Wi-fi, although it works well only in the morning, in the evening it is rather weak (I don’t know how it is in the season). But (unlike Gloria), youtube is not prohibited here.
Conclusion: the hotel is not worth that kind of money, even considering that all hotels are very overpriced. In my opinion, it is not worth half. I sincerely hope that I will not find myself in such a desperate situation that will force me to return here.
