The travel agency had several options for hotels. Our main requirement with my husband was - the most comfortable conditions for rest for us and our children (3 years 9 months and 7 months). As a result, we were offered Ela Quality Resort. I was a little embarrassed by the price for a ticket, it cost us 130.000 for all of us (departure from Voronezh). As a result, the ticket was purchased. After the purchase, I climbed into the Internet, to look at the reviews. I read a lot and at least don’t go... They just didn’t write: it’s dumb, bad, a hole, there’s nothing to do, etc. etc. Though crying, the money has already been paid. I also thought: for such money and such a rest. So okay, we, but the children still want the best. And here are my impressions of the trip and rest:
We arrived around 05.00 Turkish time. We had an individual transfer, although we did not order it. We were taken quickly, carefully, in a comfortable Mercedes minibus. When we arrived at the hotel, the girls with oriental sweets did not meet us. It is understandable, we arrived early. True, from 8 o'clock they appeared and the newcomers were greeted with sweets and some drinks.
We had to wait until 11:00 to check in. Everything is better than at 14.00, as they settle according to the norm.

Room: on the 2nd floor, room 1233, practically opposite the elevator. View of the courtyard and the sea. There were 2 lorries in the room, a crib was brought to our smallest traveler. The eldest child slept with us, because. we did not find any additional bed for him (except for a non-folding armchair and an ottoman for legs). But we found a good way out of this situation: in order not to quarrel with managers and not spoil our vacation from the very beginning, we moved our lorries and it turned out to be a wonderful huge sleeping place. As for cleaning, there are no complaints. Cleaned daily, changed towels every day and (for some reason) every other day - bed linen. Tipping we left only after departure. The mini bar in the room was replenished daily. There was even milk in small packs. True, it tastes like a frank powder (powdered milk), but the very fact of its presence pleases. They even provide bottle warmers upon request.
There were also bathrobes for us and for the older child. They also brought us a potty and shower sets for the children: washcloth, shower gel, shampoo and baby cream. Everything is a nice pink color and packed in a cosmetic bag. The only and, in my opinion, significant minus is the glass partition in the bathroom, which, for some reason, the caring owner attached from the side of the faucet valves. Washing, for example, a child alone is not realistic, you need to call the second parent for help. So - one holds the child, and the second reaches for the tap to open it. What was pleasantly pleased: I found an order form for pillows. Upon request, they can provide down, synthetic, wadded, woolen or orthopedic pillows. You can make an appropriate mark in the form or call the specified phone number.
Food: I will not write the name of all the restaurants that are on site. I can only say that everyone will find something interesting for themselves. There are several ala carte restaurants. These restaurants must be booked in advance. Pay 10 euros, eat as much as you like. With the exception of the Japanese restaurant, it has a paid menu. In the main restaurant there are food wagons. Every day there is something interesting: crabs, crayfish, tuna, etc. etc. There is always fresh fruit: apples of several varieties, oranges, bananas, watermelons, melons, cherries.....; fish - several species; salads; sweets, desserts and everything that, alas, by the end of the holiday does not decorate the figure : ((( The waiters are always attentive, in the "drinks area" everyone understands in Russian.
The area is large, neat and very clean. Not the largest, but nevertheless 110.000 sq. m. The abundance of greenery is especially pleasing to the eye. Tons of pools. There are adults and children, indoor and outdoor. The maximum depth in adult pools is 1.5 m.

Beach - own. Sun loungers stand in several rows and there is still enough free space to the sea. The beach is cleaned, but in some places small debris is still present. Free beach towels are available at several locations throughout the hotel.
Animation Entertainment: what can I say... There are a lot of things for children. The main place for children is the children's mini club. On its territory they hold: mini disco, foam parties, attract children to performances in the hotel amphitheater, cook all sorts of goodies with them, weave jewelry from beads, draw, learn English, etc....... Children will be very interested there . On the territory of the children's club there is an Indian village, a "skeleton" of an almost real dinosaur, playgrounds with slides, houses, a game room. There is even a playroom for the little ones with bright musical and soft toys, as well as beds for sleeping. If a "surprise" suddenly happened, the baby's parents will be given a diaper or changed themselves if they have gone about their business. In the kids club, children can be left from 1 year old. True, when we rested, not all animators were active and tried to keep the children busy. Some just watched them. But there were those who worked to break. Even children are drawn to them.
For parents, animation also works, but it is somewhat weaker in the sense that the hotel is still designed primarily for children. But nevertheless, on the territory there are ping-pong tables, a shooting range, water fitness, yoga... There is an art studio. You can draw there.
The hotel also has a bunch of all sorts of spa treatments, baths, saunas, a gym. Not everything is free of course.
I apologize if I forgot to write about something. There are so many things here that you can't describe them all. Despite the fact that about 80% of families with children rest in the hotel, the hotel is quite quiet. I recommend this hotel, first of all, to families with children and families who love a quiet holiday. The hotel is a solid 9!
