Rested in Ela Quality from June 2nd to 9th. Stayed as a family with two children. To be honest, after reading the reviews, we thought that we would not like it, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. The hotel is simply chic, and in terms of service and maintenance, and in terms of territory and everything else, it just suited us perfectly.
We were given a room on the first floor, settled very quickly and without any hassle. The staff at the reception speaks Russian. At first we did not want a room on the first floor, but then, on the contrary, we were delighted, because there is a separate terrace with direct access to the territory.
Firstly, everything is thought out for children - a crib was put in our room, a stroller was given for the youngest child, the children's menu in the restaurant was very diverse. I highly recommend the hotel for families with children, because in the hotel last year we could not find either strollers or a children's menu with such a variety.
I really liked their SPA-center, went for a massage every day, left the children in the playroom, or with a nanny.
The rooms have free internet and wi-fi. Inside the hotel is simply luxurious, the territory is green and well-groomed. Animation, too, well done guys, all cheerful, groovy.
