Let's start with the reception, the staff does not know how to meet guests at all, rudeness and sheer unprofessionalism. They gave us a terrible room 1301 with non-working air conditioners, a terrible stench and a view of the green roof. Regarding the air conditioners, I called 3 times before the repairman came and tried to fix something. As a result, air conditioners blew heat and it's hot. We tried to change the room directly through the hotel, of course there are no rooms available. I had to contact the travel agent, she contacted her management, they contacted the host, and then the host contacted the hotel. As a result, we were given the number 3219, no one at the hotel helped us with the move, namely, we transported all our suitcases ourselves, and this is a 5 * hotel ?? ? The rooms are all old and in need of refurbishment. We rest in Turkey every year, only in Belek, we see such a 5 for the first time. More worse!! ! Wi-fi catches normally only at the reception and the pool. We went down to the restaurant, it's terrible. Dirt, spoiled food, there were sour porridges in the children's menu. There are constant queues for food. They wanted to take shrimp, it is generally impossible to approach them, they have deteriorated and stink terribly. If the food runs out, no one supplements it. Waiters just loiter around, dirty dishes will be on the table, no one cleans them. Yes, and dishes, this is generally a separate issue, all dirty and broken. In general, the whole hotel is some kind of garbage dump, garbage and dirt everywhere. In the pool, all the tiles fall off, which is unsafe. The pool itself is very dirty. The beach is very dirty, the beds are terrible and dirty mattresses. The hotel has a so-called amphitheater with broken and dirty seats that no one cleans at all. The cleaning of the rooms is disgusting, in 12 days the room was normally cleaned 1 time after they called the hospitality. But at the same time, the tips were taken regularly, they took out the garbage and changed the towels. The result is a ruined vacation.
