Good afternoon. We rested in this hotel in mid-September 2017. The hotel is on the "pyaterochka" pulls. There were nuances, but in general - I recommend. We flew from Kyiv by "windrose", before flying to rest, these "radishes" rescheduled the return flight from 18.30 to 12.15, although they selected the tour in such a way as to stay to the maximum. As it turned out later, there were many such passengers on the return flight, some of them learned about the transfer in the evening on the eve, I sympathize with them. And now about the hotel. We arrived there at 6.30 in the morning, there was no free room, we were asked to wait until 11.00. And here is the first plus of the hotel. Next to the reception, there is a dressing room with a shower, where you can change clothes and take beach towels (without cards) and, in fact, start relaxing. YOU ARE ALREADY A GUEST OF THE HOTEL! Breakfast from 7.00, not all dishes are ready, if you want the whole menu - come at 8, not earlier. and then the sea, pools, slides, etc. the three of us rested, our son is 5 years old. I won’t talk much about the sea, the beach near the hotel is long, there are a lot of sunbeds, you will always find free ones. The sand on the beach is cleaned a couple of times a week for sure, maybe more often - a car drives in the evening, I saw it a couple of times. Free of charge: water skiing (4 times a day), canoeing (possible with children), children's banana at 11.00, family banana at 14.00 (you can do a couple of rides), windsurf, catamaran (you need a license - they issue it, but check it out, we didn’t swim), parachute for a fee - 70 USD. e. , you can have two or three with a child (up to 180 kg. ), 120 or 150 c. u. e. respectively. Now pools. The brochure says that there are 11 of them. Well, that's how to count. One large one, next to it is for children (covered with an awning), 3 more for slides. Further, among the villas, there is a family pool (zoned for children and adults), a relaxation pool (for adults, children are not allowed, so we were not there), 2 more pools on the third floors of the side hills (multi-storey buildings), one indoor pool. That's all. Although this is more than. . . I personally liked the family pool and I especially liked one of the pools in the hill - there are practically no people there, it is quiet and calm and you can swim with your family from 7.30 to 20.00. At night, the pools are chlorinated. there are also plenty of sun loungers, especially near the main pool, on the grass. . . About the rooms. We booked a room in a villa (in the hills they are more expensive, probably because they are 4m2 more - 29 m2 each). We were offered a room in the hill (no extra charge, the so-called upgrade they have). But we, having examined the room, refused, the room is good, freshly renovated, beautiful, BUT! first floor, balcony overlooking one of the busy paths towards the main restaurant. and we wanted silence. We were asked to wait until 14.00 to get a room in the villa. Which villa will be allocated to you - how lucky, there are villas overlooking the main paths, there are also a lot of people walking around. Lucky, they gave me a room on the 2nd floor in the villa "Oleya", near the Spa center. The renovations in the villas are not so new, but everything is also good and beautiful. The only disadvantage of villas (this is also in high-rise buildings, but not so much), high humidity (up to 100%), things may not dry even in a day. Take a clothesline with you - I recommend it, especially if you are with children. Cleaning in the room, change of towels every day, but not always in the morning, our child sometimes slept after dinner, so ask the cleaners (you can for a couple of dollars), clean in the morning if you are in the room after dinner. If you wish, you can order bathrobes and slippers for yourself by calling the reception (it's free, but not everyone knows). Liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel in dispensers in the bathroom. The bar in the refrigerator is filled free of charge upon arrival, but bottled water is 0.5 liters. on the territory EVERYWHERE, starting with the reception (refrigerator), in bars, refrigerators in restaurants, near pools. On the pools in the hills, there are also coffee pots around the clock. In the main bar (main building, second floor, around the clock) you can take a liter of cola or fanta for free. Territory. SUPER! Lots and lots of greenery. The territory of the hotel is large, well-groomed. Villas are simply buried among pines and grass, a lot of squirrels, turtles "chase", lizards (especially in the evening, on the ceiling near the lamps on the forks). In general, I recommend going around the entire territory and looking into every corner: vineyards, flower beds, sun loungers in secluded places, fountains, ponds, a zoo corner (chicken coop), even bars and restaurants - each with its own atmosphere! Do not be lazy, we only found something by the end of the vacation. Entertainment. There's a lot here. He wrote about the sea. I will not write about standard ones, such as water aerobics, etc. Near the main restaurant and the main pool there are stands with everything that is held and the schedule. Many tennis courts (pay only for lighting in the evening, rackets, balls for free), table tennis, archery, water slides (7 pieces), badminton, beach volleyball, football, Turkish bath for free (pilings, massages for a fee). I definitely forgot something. There are also Russian animators, but everyone leads his own. There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, so expect to hear more German accompaniment of the programs. For children there is a kids club. There were parents who gave away their children from morning to evening. After breakfast, children's animators spend different games in the club, on the playgrounds, carry on a banana, swim in the pools with children, even have lunch and dinner with them (if you went on a day trip). Evening entertainment programs start at 20.30 - a children's disco, and at 21.30 an adult program in the amphitheater, or next to the bar, or on the beach - everything is on schedule. The programs are good, the level of training of dancers, singers, acrobats is very good, go, you won't regret it. The child really liked the laser show, then there was a disco where everyone was given flashing tubes and bracelets. Evening of live music, also very much. In general, the staff is very responsive and try to make you, as a guest, feel good. They will always help you and they will do it quickly. For all questions, please contact either the reception or the guest service, there are always Russian-speaking people there. Nutrition. Well, this might be the most difficult question. There is a lot of food - this is understandable and it is varied. But many will agree with me - it is a bit specific. She is fat and spicy. Lots of fried foods and lots of spices. This is Turkish cuisine. 90% of dishes are repeated every day, this is both a minus (no variety) and a plus, you already know what and where lies. Every day they cook something new. Everything here is for an amateur. I have a child on a gluten-free diet. Near each dish in the main restaurant, there are signs for allergy sufferers, 90% of the dishes were not suitable for my child. But the restaurant always has gluten-free bread in stock and there is always something to give him. In addition, there is a children's kitchen. She works the first hour the restaurant opens. There are the same dishes as for adults, but without seasonings, etc. Upon arrival, we were given an allergy card for the child at the guest service. With her, you can go to a restaurant and pester the waiters or the chef or his assistant about food there. They don’t understand Russian (English and German), but you can discuss the nuances through an interpreter over the phone. In our case, they offered to cook something or they bring something for a specific occasion. For the baby, we took something from home with us, they provided us with gluten-free muffins, etc. . Just upon arrival at the restaurant they asked to bring this and that. Also on the territory of the hotel there are bars and restaurants, the guide will tell you about them at the meeting. You can visit each alacarte restaurant once a week for free (there are 4 of them), only record 5 days in advance, do not delay. Enrollment in restaurants - these are yellow terminals near the reception. There is also a paid restaurant. There are also various bars - restaurants with their own work schedule, naturally free. Free local booze. Beer of average scall, wine is more or less normal only white dry and red dry, champagne is bad, standard cocktails are also terrible, if you want something better, tell the bartender yourself what to mix. And finally, about Belek. It is within easy reach - about 2.5 km. You can also take a taxi (taxi on the left at the exit from the hotel) for 6 c. u. e. one way, on a regular bus without windows for 1.5 c. u. e. or exit the hotel and RIGHT for about 1 km. and then left at the crossroads (there is a sign there). and run straight to Belek. In front of you are shopping streets with a bunch of expensive goods. If you need souvenirs or small things, I recommend going to the supermarket (there are several of them), but the largest one is on the outskirts of Belek. When approaching Belek from the hotel (the first intersection with traffic lights), you need to turn left in the direction of Antilia, walk along the road for 700-800 meters. Or ask the locals. There, sweets, etc. are much cheaper (4 times) than in shops. And in Belek on Saturdays a big market opens. There are cheap things and products, locals are great there. And the souvenirs are very cheap. We, for example, took 10 bracelets for only 2 c. u. e. , exactly the same in our hotel they sold for 3 c. u. e. a piece. Conclusion: the hotel is good, I advise. I hope you all like it too. Have a nice holiday everyone!
