We want to warn everyone about how bad things are: 1. My little daughter (2.5 years old) is bitten all over by mosquitoes. There is no living space. 1. My little daughter (2.5 years old) is bitten all over by mosquitoes. There is no living space. I asked the administration of the Aquaworld Belek hotel 4 times to provide me with any anti-mosquito products (tablets, spirals, sprays), the first 3 times I was told that everything was ok and they would bring it to our room. It's been 2 days. As a result, the administration of the Aquaworld Belek hotel reported that there were no anti-mosquito products at the moment and I had to buy them myself. Where exactly - the administration did not report. They said: "Go to Belek, there are markets everywhere, buy somewhere. "
2. The kitchen is disgusting - 90% of the stations do not work, and what works is impossible to eat. If you want to eat meat for lunch in Aquaworld Belek, you will not be able to do it. There may not be a single piece of meat in a serving of kebab - only vegetables and fatty gravy.
3. Alcoholic drinks in Aquaworld Belek are all singed (fake), you can only drink beer. All spirits, be it whiskey, gin, vodka, etc. they smell the same - turpentine. As beer, 95% foam is poured, and 5% beer - as a result, a glass of beer weighs 20 grams.
4. No services in Aquaworld Belek are working! Water park, animation, children's animation, sports games, swimming pools - none of this works. The guests are on their own. It remains only to drink singed alcohol and swim in the cold sea. There is nothing to do here, especially with small children. I'm sorry I chose Aquaworld Belek for my holiday.

The previous 2 times we rested at Magic Life Waterworld. And at first they were even upset that they could not find this hotel again. And at first they were even upset that they could not find this hotel again. And what a joy it was when, scrolling through the list of offers, we saw familiar photos of our favorite hotel, but with a different name, we bought tickets without a shadow of a doubt, which we were incredibly happy about.

I’ll say in advance that the rating of the hotel on the resource really corresponded to the quality of the service that it provided, namely, a huge and well-groomed green area, a nice comfortable room, many pools, restaurants and bars, a huge sandy beach with a large water area and free of charge water entertainment (banana, tablet, canoe, and for an additional fee such as a parachute, sea catamaran, etc. ), and all this with a high level of TUI service. Yes, there were certain flaws, for example, that the rooms in some buildings should be refreshed, but in general this picture did not really spoil due to all of the above.

What are we facing this time?

As it turned out, we arrived on the opening day of the hotel in the "post-quarantine period", the hotel was not ready to fully receive guests.
Terrible living conditions in the room: we were settled in the main building, upon arrival it turned out that the air conditioner was not working, they called the technician, the fan hummed. As it later turned out, it was only a fan, there was no air conditioning in the room, and therefore it was terribly uncomfortable and stuffy for the first few nights, it was impossible to sleep. On the third day, the technician did set up the air conditioner, but it lasted exactly 1 day. As a result, on the 4th we changed the room and moved to another building, where the air conditioner did work.
Unprepared beach infrastructure:
1) initially there were 5, at most 10 umbrellas on the beach, and that's it. This next week, the staff will begin to fully unfold the umbrellas for visiting tourists;
2) wooden bridges for passing to the sun loungers in a terrible state, falling boards at every step, it is impossible to go with a baby stroller;
3) a clogged drain on the islands for rinsing the feet, where a bath was constantly formed;
4) old holey straw umbrellas through which the sun's rays easily break through.
The quality of service and food in the restaurant. I’ll make a reservation right away that we are not talking about a new system for dispensing food when staff gives out food, which is quite reasonable in the conditions of “covid”.
1) a poor choice of meat and fish, which entailed long queues;
2) a constant lack of waiters for service, in the first days, in principle, you might not be approached.
The contingent of tourists. Previously, Magic Life was famous for the fact that the vast majority of tourists were Germans, Austrians and other Europeans. Now - 90% are Russians, with all the consequences, starting with the morning "clogging" of sun loungers with personal belongings, showdowns for literally a place in the sun on the beach, restaurant, etc.

Water activities, previously included in the price, are now paid.
Moreover, every day obsessive managers walk between sunbeds and offer their bananas with pills for money.

Summing up:
1) Was the holiday worth that kind of money? Definitely not. A fair price - 2 times lower than the one stated by the new owner of MP Hotels. The service, as well as the state of the infrastructure, is clearly not 5 stars, with the current state of service - no higher than 3.
2) Of the remaining pluses, it is worth highlighting the large beach and the beautiful sea.
3) Will we go to this hotel next time? Definitely not.

Verdict: 3 out of 10, bad.

Tui Magic Life Waterworld 5 * was chosen by my wife after a long search for a good hotel, after reading a lot of reviews about different hotels. Kemer fell away due to rocky beaches; Alanya - because of the long drive from the airport. We considered hotels in Belek or Side with infrastructure for children and a large area for evening walks.
The territory is really large, but quite confusing: the paths are not all perpendicular, but winding between buildings and hills. The first couple of days we strayed, but then we got our bearings. By the way, a direct path to the sea, and not along the path around the pools, was found only after a week of rest. I will not describe the territory for a long time, you can read it in other reviews, so I will try to write only what I paid attention to.
Since there were four of us, we booked a two-room Family Village. The bedrooms are small but cozy, TV in both rooms, 6 Russian channels. We lived on the ground floor, so instead of a balcony there was a small terrace with access to the garden. Balconies and terraces have clothes dryers, tables and chairs. There are two dispensers in the shower cabin: shampoo and shower gel. For each guest there are slippers, a bathrobe can be requested. We asked for a kettle in the room, they immediately brought it without payment, tea and sugar for the evening can be taken at the restaurant. Cola, Pepsi and mineral water in the minibar. The minibar is not replenished, but water can be taken in the required amount in the refrigerator at the reception.
We arrived at 10 o'clock in the afternoon, so our room was not yet ready. We were offered to go to have breakfast for now, use any hotel services on site or wait at the reception, drink tea, coffee or cold drinks. We had to wait about 1.5 hours, settled closer to 12 o'clock. When checking out, we asked for an extension the day before, we were allowed to extend until 15:00 (for 3 hours) for 28 euros. No more allowed, because other guests were supposed to drop into the room in the evening. And again for 1.5 hours we just sat on the sofas at the reception, the bus picked us up at 16:30.
The hotel has a lot of staff who speak Russian: at the reception, in restaurants, on the territory (many seasonal workers from Kazakhstan). Guests at the hotel (judging by their language) are approximately in the following proportion (not by country of residence, but by language of conversation): German speakers - 60-65%%, Russian - 15-20%, English, Polish, Ukrainian, some other, either Czech or Slovak.
There is wi-fi throughout the territory, it takes even on the beach, but in some places it is sometimes weak.
The pool and beach bars close in the evening. But the All inclusive bar in the central six-story building is open until 24 hours. You can also drink tea and coffee during the day at the reception, where there are vending machines.
Swimming pools: there are family and children's pools of different depths; relaxation pool for adults; indoor pools in two three-story Annex buildings; swimming pool in the water park, in the spa center. The water park has several different slides with a children's area. Loungers near the pools and on the lawns and lawns are enough.
The beach is huge, there are a lot of sunbeds. On the beach you can ride a banana boat, water skiing, canoeing for free. There are various outdoor sports.
For children there is a zoo with rabbits, chickens, ducks, pigeons. A couple of turtles, hedgehogs, at least one squirrel lives on the territory. There is a children's area with swings and slides, there is also a kids club. Children's areas are covered with awnings from the sun. Nearby - children's animation in the evening. There is a paid play area with machines and electric cars (10 minutes drive - 5 euros).
But performances are rarely held in the amphitheater.
The food in the restaurant is quite varied. Enough and main dishes and sweets. Watermelon, melon, cherry, peach, apple, plum, banana - all without measure. For children there is an additional children's room with a children's menu in the restaurant. But there is one BUT: chicken, turkey and beef liver are cooked quite tasty, but beef meat, both in large pieces and in chopped-chopped form, is always tough, there has never been soft beef. This is either old beef, or cooked quickly, not allowing the meat to fry.
Wine in the restaurant for lunch and dinner: white, rose, red. Beer in the restaurant and bars - light Efes. Near the restaurant there is a booth where they make three types of ice cream (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla), but not very tasty, cheap. Good ice cream can be bought for 2 - 2.5 euros in the evening at the amphitheater.
Here you can read about the hotel from the tour operator:
https://www. tui. ru/hotel/europe-turkey-belek-belek__center-tui__magic__life__waterworld/
Minuses:
1) The hotel is located away from the village, so there is nothing outside the hotel.
2) The cleaning in the rooms is not of high quality, in the corner under the bedside table, all our vacation, some clothes from past guests (either socks, or a T-shirt) were lying around. We all waited for the maid to see it and clean it up, but the rags lay untouched.
3) Condensation was dripping from the air conditioner in the room in the corridor at the door, forming a puddle. The called mechanic could not eliminate the dripping, so we just put a towel in there, the maid replaced it for us every day. It didn’t bother us, but the laminate began to swell from moisture. At the end of the season, they will have to repair the floor in the room.
4) On the website of the tour operator it is indicated that smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, but in fact it is restricted to closed areas only. People smoke outside everywhere: pool and beach bars, outdoor restaurant terrace, on the go, on balconies. I myself can smoke sometimes and I even like the smell of good tobacco. But some people smoke such rubbish that it's just disgusting to breathe.
In general, the hotel is good, the territory is large, the food is tasty and satisfying, the beach is huge, there are enough places. We did not regret that we had a rest in this hotel.

First time in June 2017 (from 06/03/2017 to 06/17/2017) The second time - from 04.07. 2018 to 18.07. 2018, composition: 2 adults and a child 7 years old. All my reviews about the rest in this hotel, and in other hotels of the Antalya coast of Turkey, you can read on this Internet resource.
The hotel was chosen again for the reason:
1. an adequate pricing policy of the tour operator TUI, which exclusively sells this hotel, in the Republic of Belarus 2018 and later. Although, if we compare the pricing policy in Belarus in 2017. and in 2018, it differs in the direction of increase;
2. beautiful sandy beach 650m. and the entrance to the sea, as well as a large and green area of the hotel 220 thousand. sq. m. Since we were going to go in the season and we are lovers of a beach holiday near the sea, and not near the pools, we understood the need for the hotel to have enough space on the beach, sunbeds, umbrellas. And in June 2017, the hotel could boast of this.
Since we rested at the hotel for the second time, I will try to make a comparative description without hiding anything. Let's start with the pros and move on to the cons.

OBVIOUS BENEFITS:

GEST RELATION WORK: excellent both in the 2017 season and in the 2018 season. The Russian-speaking manager Tatyana Oskan does a great job. This person is really in his place, and not just sitting out his pants and waiting for his return home. She not only does her job perfectly, but does it from the heart. She appreciates every vacationer, regardless of what country he came from or what nationality he has. It was very nice to meet Tatyana again - a person who perfectly combines work with household chores (she brings up two children, one of whom is only two years old). I wish her good health, kindness and prosperity! And the chief manager of the hotel appreciates such employees as Tatyana and encourages them.
HOTEL TERRITORY: no change cool, green, large, well-groomed. I will not dwell on it in detail, since it is described in great detail in my previous review. I will only say once again many thanks to the gardeners and staff, not only for the beauty, but also for the environment.

BEACH / WEATHER: as I wrote above, the beach of this hotel is one of the criteria for choosing it again for a vacation this year. I confirm that during the season there were enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone. If you look at the sea, then on the left side of the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are additionally set up. Last year, at the beginning of June, there was no such need. Even if you decide to sleep longer, you will always find places on the beach. Let not on the first line, but you will find it. There are no sprats in a barrel or slaughter for shade. Here they do not listen to conversations and strangers do not spontaneously begin to participate in them. Sun beds are in 6 rows.
The weather was excellent, the water in the sea is very warm, there was no rain at all. For several days during the day the temperature reached +38 degrees, but during the hottest hours we rested in the room. At night, the air temperature was about + 26 + 28 degrees, so you won’t sleep much with an open window, like in June, but of course it’s the high season.

ALA CART RESTAURANTS: this year we managed to get into 2 ala carte restaurants (fish and Turkish). I think the ability to register only in the application is not very convenient, since many people book in advance for everything. We liked both visits to the fish and Turkish a la carte. We even recognized some of the waiters who worked here last year. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, the wine is decent.

EXCURSIONS: the child really wanted to visit the Discovery Park in Side (Manavgat) - a dinosaur park, which additionally has a mini-zoo, a terrarium, shows of crocodiles and fur seals.
There is also the opportunity to photograph a child with a parrot, a crocodile, a lizard and a small lion. Our TUI guides offered to go there from 8.30 to 15.30 only on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It turns out that you spend the hottest time in open areas. We thought for a long time and decided to visit this park on our own at a convenient time for us, and not for the guides of the TUI tour operator. Thus, eliminating the transportation of other tourists to hotels. I think 100% that they did the right thing. There, at 18.00, the crocodile show begins and it is not as hot as in the afternoon. Our son who loves dinosaurs loved the dinosaur park. I noticed that most of the park is boys than girls. Regarding transport: we went back and forth by taxi with a taxi driver from Belek, whom we had previously found, bargained and agreed that he would be waiting for us during our stay in the park. If you go with a tour of the TUI, then the cost of tickets will be 65 dollars.
/ 1 adult and 45 USD. / 1 child. If you buy tickets directly at the box office of Discovery Park, then 45 dollars. /1 adult and 25 USD. / 1 child + the cost of the road (already here, as agreed). You can also get there by regular buses, but there is no direct flight, you need to make several transfers. Children are not comfortable. Approximate distance from the hotel to Discovery Park in Manavgat is 35 km. To the Dinopark in Goynuk (Kemer) - it is logical that it takes much longer and, as far as I know, TUI does not take you there.
The guides of the TUI tour operator very often offer an excursion to Rixos Land of Legends - a water park and theme park, which is located in Belek and is rightfully one of the best and newest not only in Belek itself, but, I’m not afraid of this word, on the entire Antalya coast of Turkey . But to be honest, we had enough of our own, quite a large and good water park, so we didn’t go there. A lot of families with teenagers went there and were satisfied.
I think that you can get there on your own, without TUI guides.

AQUAPARK/POOLS: cool. For lovers of this type of recreation - great. There are always some entertainment events near the central pool. German tourists, including those with children, love to relax there. We are fans of a beach holiday, so we spent all our time at the seaside. But she came and personally rode all the slides for adults. It's fun and you won't get bored there.

SPORTS FOCUS OF THE HOTEL: 100% excellent. As already mentioned in many reviews of tourists, and in my previous one - here is a paradise for lovers of active pastime. Mountain bikes, jogging track, water park, banana ride, zumba, fitness room, etc. , etc. Anything your heart desires.

CATERING IN THE MAIN RESTAURANT: in July 2018 it has improved compared to June 2017. The assortment of fruits has become much wider.
There were cherries (large and sweet), and watermelon, and plums (large and tasty), and grapes, and apricots, and nectarines, and apples, and oranges, and bananas (including baby), and melon (though such yourself). The number of meat dishes has also expanded. There were days of fish cuisine, when we even managed to eat king prawns and huge tuna. I saw such a giant tuna for the first time in a Turkish hotel. We must pay tribute to the chefs, they cooked it perfectly. Delicious. There were days of meat cooking, when we ate plenty of beef tongue, and lumpy beef meat, perfectly cooked. Thanks for the dinner ideas. I consider it a minus, the issuance of ice cream is only in the main restaurant at certain hours. The ice cream tray must be placed near the beach. Turkish night and sweets are also a separate topic for conversation. There is a lot to choose from and you can definitely choose what you like.
EXPANSION OF THE CHILDREN'S COMPARTMENT IN THE MAIN RESTAURANT: this fact cannot be ignored in the 2018 season, and not only geographically, but also in terms of the quality of the dishes. Well done. Not only the number of dishes has expanded, but also canned food for the smallest ones (fruit puree and vegetable puree in jars), as well as packaged juice of 200g. with a straw (depending on the days there were cherry nectar, orange nectar, apricot nectar, tangerine nectar). From side dishes: in addition to french fries, mashed potatoes and smooth vegetable puree were added. Always had pasta or spaghetti. From meat dishes there were boiled chicken, nuggets, sausages, chicken or beef meatballs. There were always plenty of fruits and vegetables. True, for some reason there are very few cherry tomatoes. It is also impossible not to note the positive changes: a blender, a microwave - everything is at hand in the children's section of the main restaurant. Always stood clean, washed.
From the wishes: the introduction of buckwheat porridge. I know German and Turkish children don't like her.

OBVIOUS MINUSES:

WORK OF TUI GUIDES IN THE HOTEL: since the hotel is exclusively sold only by the tour operator TUI, I will write about their work at the hotel. There are 2 Russian-speaking guides of TUI: Natalya Pereverzeva and Ekaterina Tolmacheva. They work at the hotel from 09.30 to 18.00. Well, I can say about them: their main business is, unfortunately, only to sell excursions, and, probably, to eat in the main restaurant on time. There is no sense from them, as well as initiatives on their part. They sit together, like Siamese twins, on their phones, looking bored. These are not qualified guides, but just student girls who do not even really know the region. Hoping that they will help resolve some situation is pointless. No impact on the reception, for example, they do not have. They are not considered at all.
So, guys, solve all the problems with the reception yourself, and all the problems that may arise during your stay at the hotel - with the guest relations department (guest-relation) - with the Russian-speaking manager Tatiana Oskan or Kristina (about the work of the guest- relaying I wrote above).
On the way back, we bought an individual transfer from the tour operator TUI. On the day of departure, I personally approached Natalia and Ekaterina and specified the departure time, plus the departure time was indicated on the departure lists - 20.00. They promised everything would be fine. Being at the reception at 20.00, we did not find him. After 15 minutes, they independently dialed Natalya on a mobile phone - they did not hear an answer. They dialed Faik Yildirim, their regional manager of the TUI for Belek, on his mobile phone, he promised to sort it out.
True, I understood the situation the first time, quickly called back and said that our car was delayed for another 15 minutes, since it allegedly broke down on the road. He apologized, etc. , etc. At 20.35, the TUI guide walked into the hotel lobby with a straight face. In short, in order not to tell for a long time, I will tell you, friends, like this: we were the last to register. They stood in line and the counters closed behind them. It's good that we had a preliminary seat reservation with the Rosa Vetrov airline. Otherwise, they would sit separately.
At the end of June-July 2018, overbooking is a normal phenomenon for the TUI tour operator. Some guests of TUI Magic Life Waterward were relocated to a cheaper option - Fun&Sun Club Belek (former TUI Magic Life Club Belek), which is also sold exclusively by TUI tour operator. Moreover, many of them bought a tour by early booking. It can be concluded that this year the tour operator TUI has sold more tours to the hotel than it can physically accept.
THE WORK OF THE HOTEL RECEPTION: this, unfortunately, is the weakest link in the overall operation of the hotel. If we compare reception managers in June 2017. and in July 2018 - heaven and earth. Now they are indifferent to the problems of tourists (later, I realized that all tourists are from the countries of the former CIS), they have no desire to compromise, they have dual standards for resettlement on a national basis. It looked very funny when a big TUI bus with German tourists arrived - they turned on the music to the fullest and waved German flags. At the same time, tourists from Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Poland, the Czech Republic, Belgium, and Hungary rested at the hotel. But exclusivity is only for the Germans. Receptionists to the right and left told everyone that the hotel is on the foot. Therefore, the resettlement is strictly after 14.00, and the check-out is at 12.00. But to see the Germans driving in a club car at 8.00 to their rooms for resettlement is a normal phenomenon for this reception. And other tourists - let them wait. There are also rules.
I say ambivalent standards. If this review is read by the chief manager of the hotel, Mr. Ismail, who, by the way, became one in 2018, then a huge request is not just to pay attention to this, but to take decisive action. This also applies to the general manager of the reception, who, knowing that the tourist is not from Germany, fundamentally does not talk to him, referring to her employment, despite the fact that the tourist speaks German. This is just unacceptable disrespect and incorrect behavior. For a hotel of this class, this is a shame. Your front desk staff needs training: every tourist is important, no matter what country they come from. If you, Mr. Ismail, value your guests in general, including vacationers not for the first time, and want them to return again.
I noticed several times at the reception how Russian-speaking tourists with children wanted to officially extend their room for money due to a late departure due to the fault of the airline that works in conjunction with TUI: they were simply footballed and laughed at. The hotel reservation system is not working well.
I also heard from guests, including those from my hometown, that immigrants from the CIS countries are accommodated on the first floor of a bungalow, without a balcony, overlooking the thickets, in the worst rooms and remote buildings. So, ladies and gentlemen, sell such rooms not as standard, but at a discounted price, like economy. We are personally grateful to Tatyana Oskan, the manager of the guest-relationship, with whom I have been writing off for the second year. She entered our data into the system in advance. I'm sure that's the only reason they gave us our paid two-room suite in the Bougonville bungalow. Relying on the front desk just doesn't make sense. They do not hear and do not want to hear.
Last year we lived in room 2113. This year it is 2111. The rooms are the same, so I will not dwell on it further. The body is comfortable for us personally and we liked it last year.

CONTINUED SAVINGS AT THE HOTEL: replenishment of the mini-bar only on the day of arrival, no canned hygiene products in the room, no electric kettle in the family room and no tea and coffee set, ice cream dispensed by the hour in the main restaurant, no plastic straws (they say not to polluting the environment, but it's unhygienic), intermittent wifi, the presence of a metal key to the safe (guys, finally buy new safes), insufficient central lighting in the rooms in the bungalow.

CONCLUSION: if the work of the reception of the hotel and the tour operator TUI is sane, and there is also an adequate pricing policy, then you can definitely go to this hotel for families with children.
I personally love him because of the combination of many factors. I also love Belek in particular, and Turkey in general.

We flew from Kyiv by "windrose", before flying to rest, these "radishes" rescheduled the return flight from 18.30 to 12.15, although they selected the tour in such a way as to stay to the maximum. As it turned out later, there were many such passengers on the return flight, some of them learned about the transfer in the evening on the eve, I sympathize with them. And now about the hotel. We arrived there at 6.30 in the morning, there was no free room, we were asked to wait until 11.00. And here is the first plus of the hotel. Next to the reception, there is a dressing room with a shower, where you can change clothes and take beach towels (without cards) and, in fact, start relaxing. YOU ARE ALREADY A GUEST OF THE HOTEL! Breakfast from 7.00, not all dishes are ready, if you want the whole menu - come at 8, not earlier. and then the sea, pools, slides, etc. the three of us rested, our son is 5 years old. I won’t talk much about the sea, the beach near the hotel is long, there are a lot of sunbeds, you will always find free ones. The sand on the beach is cleaned a couple of times a week for sure, maybe more often - a car drives in the evening, I saw it a couple of times. Free of charge: water skiing (4 times a day), canoeing (possible with children), children's banana at 11.00, family banana at 14.00 (you can do a couple of rides), windsurf, catamaran (you need a license - they issue it, but check it out, we didn’t swim), parachute for a fee - 70 USD. e. , you can have two or three with a child (up to 180 kg. ), 120 or 150 c. u. e. respectively. Now pools. The brochure says that there are 11 of them. Well, that's how to count. One large one, next to it is for children (covered with an awning), 3 more for slides. Further, among the villas, there is a family pool (zoned for children and adults), a relaxation pool (for adults, children are not allowed, so we were not there), 2 more pools on the third floors of the side hills (multi-storey buildings), one indoor pool. That's all. Although this is more than. . . I personally liked the family pool and I especially liked one of the pools in the hill - there are practically no people there, it is quiet and calm and you can swim with your family from 7.30 to 20.00. At night, the pools are chlorinated. there are also plenty of sun loungers, especially near the main pool, on the grass. . . About the rooms. We booked a room in a villa (in the hills they are more expensive, probably because they are 4m2 more - 29 m2 each). We were offered a room in the hill (no extra charge, the so-called upgrade they have). But we, having examined the room, refused, the room is good, freshly renovated, beautiful, BUT! first floor, balcony overlooking one of the busy paths towards the main restaurant. and we wanted silence. We were asked to wait until 14.00 to get a room in the villa. Which villa will be allocated to you - how lucky, there are villas overlooking the main paths, there are also a lot of people walking around. Lucky, they gave me a room on the 2nd floor in the villa "Oleya", near the Spa center. The renovations in the villas are not so new, but everything is also good and beautiful. The only disadvantage of villas (this is also in high-rise buildings, but not so much), high humidity (up to 100%), things may not dry even in a day. Take a clothesline with you - I recommend it, especially if you are with children. Cleaning in the room, change of towels every day, but not always in the morning, our child sometimes slept after dinner, so ask the cleaners (you can for a couple of dollars), clean in the morning if you are in the room after dinner. If you wish, you can order bathrobes and slippers for yourself by calling the reception (it's free, but not everyone knows). Liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel in dispensers in the bathroom. The bar in the refrigerator is filled free of charge upon arrival, but bottled water is 0.5 liters. on the territory EVERYWHERE, starting with the reception (refrigerator), in bars, refrigerators in restaurants, near pools. On the pools in the hills, there are also coffee pots around the clock. In the main bar (main building, second floor, around the clock) you can take a liter of cola or fanta for free. Territory. SUPER! Lots and lots of greenery. The territory of the hotel is large, well-groomed. Villas are simply buried among pines and grass, a lot of squirrels, turtles "chase", lizards (especially in the evening, on the ceiling near the lamps on the forks). In general, I recommend going around the entire territory and looking into every corner: vineyards, flower beds, sun loungers in secluded places, fountains, ponds, a zoo corner (chicken coop), even bars and restaurants - each with its own atmosphere! Do not be lazy, we only found something by the end of the vacation. Entertainment. There's a lot here. He wrote about the sea. I will not write about standard ones, such as water aerobics, etc. Near the main restaurant and the main pool there are stands with everything that is held and the schedule. Many tennis courts (pay only for lighting in the evening, rackets, balls for free), table tennis, archery, water slides (7 pieces), badminton, beach volleyball, football, Turkish bath for free (pilings, massages for a fee). I definitely forgot something. There are also Russian animators, but everyone leads his own. There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, so expect to hear more German accompaniment of the programs. For children there is a kids club. There were parents who gave away their children from morning to evening. After breakfast, children's animators spend different games in the club, on the playgrounds, carry on a banana, swim in the pools with children, even have lunch and dinner with them (if you went on a day trip). Evening entertainment programs start at 20.30 - a children's disco, and at 21.30 an adult program in the amphitheater, or next to the bar, or on the beach - everything is on schedule. The programs are good, the level of training of dancers, singers, acrobats is very good, go, you won't regret it. The child really liked the laser show, then there was a disco where everyone was given flashing tubes and bracelets. Evening of live music, also very much. In general, the staff is very responsive and try to make you, as a guest, feel good. They will always help you and they will do it quickly. For all questions, please contact either the reception or the guest service, there are always Russian-speaking people there. Nutrition. Well, this might be the most difficult question. There is a lot of food - this is understandable and it is varied. But many will agree with me - it is a bit specific. She is fat and spicy. Lots of fried foods and lots of spices. This is Turkish cuisine. 90% of dishes are repeated every day, this is both a minus (no variety) and a plus, you already know what and where lies. Every day they cook something new. Everything here is for an amateur. I have a child on a gluten-free diet. Near each dish in the main restaurant, there are signs for allergy sufferers, 90% of the dishes were not suitable for my child. But the restaurant always has gluten-free bread in stock and there is always something to give him. In addition, there is a children's kitchen. She works the first hour the restaurant opens. There are the same dishes as for adults, but without seasonings, etc. Upon arrival, we were given an allergy card for the child at the guest service. With her, you can go to a restaurant and pester the waiters or the chef or his assistant about food there. They don’t understand Russian (English and German), but you can discuss the nuances through an interpreter over the phone. In our case, they offered to cook something or they bring something for a specific occasion. For the baby, we took something from home with us, they provided us with gluten-free muffins, etc. . Just upon arrival at the restaurant they asked to bring this and that. Also on the territory of the hotel there are bars and restaurants, the guide will tell you about them at the meeting. You can visit each alacarte restaurant once a week for free (there are 4 of them), only record 5 days in advance, do not delay. Enrollment in restaurants - these are yellow terminals near the reception. There is also a paid restaurant. There are also various bars - restaurants with their own work schedule, naturally free. Free local booze. Beer of average scall, wine is more or less normal only white dry and red dry, champagne is bad, standard cocktails are also terrible, if you want something better, tell the bartender yourself what to mix. And finally, about Belek. It is within easy reach - about 2.5 km. You can also take a taxi (taxi on the left at the exit from the hotel) for 6 c. u. e. one way, on a regular bus without windows for 1.5 c. u. e. or exit the hotel and RIGHT for about 1 km. and then left at the crossroads (there is a sign there). and run straight to Belek. In front of you are shopping streets with a bunch of expensive goods. If you need souvenirs or small things, I recommend going to the supermarket (there are several of them), but the largest one is on the outskirts of Belek. When approaching Belek from the hotel (the first intersection with traffic lights), you need to turn left in the direction of Antilia, walk along the road for 700-800 meters. Or ask the locals. There, sweets, etc. are much cheaper (4 times) than in shops. And in Belek on Saturdays a big market opens. There are cheap things and products, locals are great there. And the souvenirs are very cheap. We, for example, took 10 bracelets for only 2 c. u. e. , exactly the same in our hotel they sold for 3 c. u. e. a piece. Conclusion: the hotel is good, I advise. I hope you all like it too. Have a nice holiday everyone!

The couple also rested in Egypt, in Sharm el-Sheikh: in Ras Um El Sid, in the Iberotel Club Phanara 4 + * hotels (now part of the Jaz hotel chain) in December 2007. and Hilton Waterfalls 5* in March 2008. I will try to share in detail my feelings from the rest.

FLIGHT / AIRLINE / TRANSFER / WORK OF THE TOUR OPERATOR: Tour operator: TUI, Ukraine. Flight Kyiv-Antalya: Rosa Vetrov airline, charter flight, airbus. Departure at 4.55, no delays and no complaints. During the flight: only drinks (still water Morshynska, tea and coffee). Everything else for an additional fee.
Upon arrival, an individual transfer immediately to the TUI Magic Life Waterward hotel. Looking ahead, I will say that an individual transfer was ordered by us in advance in both directions from the tour operator. Along with us, in addition to the driver, a Russian-speaking guide TUI was traveling in the bus and accompanied us to the hotel. On the way, we didn’t stop at any sweet shops, the driver didn’t ask for stops for a smoke break. The bus driver loaded/unloaded things on his own. Return flight: at 15.40, Antalya-Kyiv (Boryspil airport), also without delay and complaints. Charter flight, airbus. Regarding the cost of an individual transfer: there are three options for ordering it: 1. from a tour operator from home - this is 155 dollars. round trip. The hotel itself does not provide individual transfer services (so the manager of the guest-relationship of the hotel Tatyana Oskan wrote to me in a letter). 3. Search the Internet for a Turkish transportation company or take a taxi.
By the way, a taxi is much cheaper - 45 euros one way. At least that's what the information on the stands says.
Regarding the airline Roza Vetrov: it is possible to pre-book seats on a charter flight. 1-3 row: 30 dollars. /1 place, the rest: 7 dollars. /1 place. This can be done on the official website of the airline, after paying them the money. Upon arrival at the airport, your seats will be already reserved for you and it will not matter what you were in the queue at check-in. You will be flying in your chosen seats and sitting side by side. Children under 16 years of age are not seated on the front row and in rows with emergency exits.
Regarding the work of the tour operator TUI Ukraine, not everything is so rosy. There were vacationers at the hotel who planned their vacation in the city hotel of Kemer TUI Day and Night Connected Hydros Club and initially paid for their tour there, but upon arrival it turned out that there were no places there and they were settled in TUI Magic Life Waterward.
On the one hand - it seems, how lucky, Magic Life Waterward is in a higher price category. But on the other hand, instead of the planned mountainous region of Turkey, Kemer, people ended up in a completely different, flat region of Turkey, Belek. And they no longer had a choice. Rhetorical question: why sell tours if the hotel is at a stop.

WORK OF TUI GUIDES AT THE HOTEL / PRICE POLICY FOR EXCURSIONS FROM TUI / SHOPPING FROM THE TOUR OPERATOR: 3 male guides (all Turks who decently speak and understand Russian) work at the hotel TUI Ukraine / Russia, who insert printouts with flight confirmations into the folders that are constantly nearby near their table. I can’t say anything bad or good about them, because we didn’t plan to go on excursions or shopping with them. My husband went to a meeting, he was told about excursions and given a printout. So the prices for excursions: sightseeing tour of Antalya (15 USD adult, 15 USD.
child, $5 Infante), Demre-St. Nikolai-Mira-Kekova (50 USD adult, 30 USD child, 5 USD infant), Pamukkale-1 (50 USD adult, 30 USD child, 5 USD infant), Demre-Pamukkale 2 days: 125 USD. adult, $65 child, $10 infant), Israel ($229 adult, $219 child, $60 infant), Istanbul-1 by plane ($199 adult, $199 child, $10 infant), Kapadokya-1 by plane ($269 adult, $269 infant). child, $10 infant), North Cyprus-1 by plane ($219 adult, $169 child, $75 infant), water park in Belek Rixos Land of Legends ($50 adult, $45 child, $5 infant), water park in Belek Belek Rixos Land of Legends, swimming with dolphins (159 USD adult), dolphin show in Kundu (40 USD adult, 30 USD child, 5 USD infant), dolphin show/swimming with dolphins (115 USD adult), Olympos Teleferik (50 USD). adult, $30 child, $5 infant), Macellan pirate yacht ($35 adult, $25 child, $5 infant), a day trip on the yacht Harem ($55 adult, $30 child, $5.

adult, $20 child, $5 infant VIP sea fishing (120$ adult, 70$ child, 5$ infant), shooting range (55$ adult 18+), porsche safari (adult and child 6.109$ per person), Turkish bath Quatre package or Peloid Classic (25 USD adult, 15 USD child), Turkish bath Katre Osmanly or Peloid Relax (50 USD adult, 30 USD child), Turkish bath East Katre or Peloid Thai and Bali (55 USD adult, 30 USD child), Turkish bath VIP hammam (125 USD adult, 60 USD child), Turkish bath at the TUI Magic Life Waterward Hotel (includes kese foam massage 20 minutes, relaxation massage 20 minutes, indoor pool, green tea/coffee/fruit juice, sauna/steam room: 40 USD adult , $25 child).
Guides from TUI also offer shopping: first to a leather goods store in Antalya, and then to textiles. But again, I have not used their services.

GEST RELATION HOTEL PERFORMANCE: 100% great for us.
If you are relaxing in this hotel with a child, then on request you can take a baby pot or a toilet seat, a clothes dryer, a bath for washing clothes, an electric kettle in the room. Rent of baby carriages - paid.

HOTEL RECEPTION WORK: 100% great for us. Girls understand and speak Russian, English, German, Turkish. We received the keys to the room, not waiting for 14.00, but immediately upon arrival. Thank you very much, oriental beauties. Also thanks for the exchange of 10 euros in 1 euro coins. I also advise the general manager, when distributing the bonus, not to bypass the receptionists. The reception is located at the entrance to the hotel in a separate building. There is a refrigerator with water without gas, a machine with coffee. You can sit on the sofas, at the table. At the reception there is a manager, from whom you can rent a car, a baby carriage. But as I understand it, this is the company with which the Magic Life hotel cooperates.
There is a rest room where you can change clothes, even take a shower, relax, leave things in the storage room. It is impossible not to mention the guys porters. Before we had time to call the machine, we were already knocked on the room. Thank you very much for your hard work in the truest sense of the word.
CONTINGENT OF HOLIDAYS: Germans (at the beginning of our holiday there were 600 people in the hotel. With a total number of vacationers 1600 people), British, Hungarians, Turks, Ukrainians, Kazakhs, Moldovans, Russians. During our stay in the hotel there were quite a lot of infants. The hotel does not have bracelets. It's comfortable. On the day of departure, the all-inclusive system works without problems: you can have a normal and full lunch, sit in a coffee house. There were no disagreements between people in the hotel. The maximum occupancy of the hotel is 2200 people. (personally interested in the reception).
HOTEL TERRITORY: the hotel has 5 conference rooms, currency exchange, shops, hairdresser (fee), doctor's services (fee), laundry (fee), parking (free), car rental (fee). The hotel is located on the first coastline, 2 km from the center of Belek, 50 km from the center of Antalya and 35 km from Antalya Airport. I thought that after the very super green hotels in Kemer: Euphoria Tekirova and Marty Mir, the territory would no longer surprise me. But Magic Life Waterward managed to do it. You are in a fairy tale. The territory is large, 220.000 sq. m. , chic, very well-groomed, green. We managed to grow an excellent park of trees, since the hotel was built in 1992. My opinion is that the landscape designer did a great job in his time. Although, you meet on the Internet the opinion that there are inconveniences with ascents, descents, etc. But I personally think that this is the highlight of this hotel. There are 8000 trees, 145 plant species on the territory of the hotel.
There is an organized cat's house, a small mini-zoo where rabbits, chickens, birds live. The hotel has its own garden, greenhouses, where you can see growing trees and bushes with fruits: oranges, apricots, pomegranates, plums, peaches, nuts, grapes, eggplants, tomatoes, olives, etc. Right from the balcony of our room it was possible to pick apricots. A lot of coniferous trees, bushes. Irrigation organized. Many well-groomed flower beds with different flowers. The bushes are beautifully trimmed. Many thanks to the gardeners of this hotel, who work there every day. Low bow to them. In the room, we opened the windows only with nets, so there were no mosquitoes in the room. Although I saw fumigators on the trolley at the cleaning lady, so I conclude that there are mosquitoes on the hotel premises.
The hotel is perfectly divided into zones: separate reception; main building with main restaurant, main swimming pool, water park for adults and children and issue of beach towels, pool bar; bungalow, family and children's pool, Basta pasta; relaxation pool for adults only; large play area in front of the beach: tennis, football, basketball, aerobics, coffee house; 2 additional boxes.
From the wishes: during the evening shows, make a division into a zone for smokers and non-smokers.

HOTEL ROOMS / ROOM PROVIDED TO US / ROOM CLEANING: in general, the hotel consists of the main 6-storey Palace building, 21 pcs. 2-storey bungalows and two 3-storey Anex buildings (the so-called Hill). There are 770 rooms in total. Each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages. The main building is located as close as possible to the sea, the main pool, the main restaurant.
But the minus is a 24-hour bar and a playground on the street in front of the windows of the rooms, as well as smoke in the evenings while cooking on the street. This accommodation will appeal to party-goers and those who like to sleep with the window closed, including air conditioning, as well as those who like to be in the thick of things. Also, this building is chosen by the disabled, the elderly. Regarding two-room suites: the best two-room suites are in the main building, but there are very few of them, and they are mainly sold to the European market (Germans, Austrians). At TUI Russia and Ukraine in March they were not to be found, not to mention the beginning of the season. Bungalows are loved by those who want to live in harmony with nature. But they are more remote from the sea and the main infrastructure of the hotel. But it's quiet in the evenings.
According to my personal observation: it is better to live in a bungalow on the second floor, where it is less humid, there is a balcony, not a terrace, as on the first one (you can normally dry things on the balcony by asking for either drying, or taking a rope with clothespins with you from home). At the beginning of the season, for example, in the Mimosa Bungalow, which is located in a lowland, it can be humid. But its plus is the close location of the family pool, the Basta Pasta diner. But in the bungalows located near the reception, for example, Bougonville, Gardenia, it seems to me that it is less humid. And the first floor there does not go into the thicket. In the bungalow, the furniture is more simple, but the TVs are plasma and hang on the wall. As Tatyana Oskan, the manager of the guest relation, told me that there are no two-room family rooms in the Sardinia bungalow at all, but only one-room ones. Bungalows have two-room family rooms and superior two-room family rooms.
Again, improved two-room family rooms were not sold to the Russian and Ukrainian markets in Belarus. Lovers of comfortable rest settle in the Hills, there is newer furniture in the suites. But hill and hill are different. Definitely better to settle, in my opinion, in Phoenix Hill than in Pine Hill. Pine Hill has rooms that overlook mini zoos and the neighboring Belconti Hotel. It can be noisy in there. It can also be noisy in Phoenix Hill rooms that overlook the amphitheater. Good two-room suites and in the hills, but the minus for couples with children is that it is two-story, and if the child is too small or very active, then you should always be on the alert about the stairs.
We were settled in a two-room suite in a bungalow (we booked this category of room from home). Room 2113, on the second floor of a two-story bungalow. We did not have to renew the room on the day of departure, as we were taken from the hotel at 12.15.
Pros - proximity to the reception, the ability to sleep with an open window, as we did not hear the noise from the disco, smells from the main restaurant; the presence of disposable slippers; beautiful greenery outside the window and the singing of birds. You feel one with nature. Cons: north side, laundry does not dry well on the balcony, a bit dark, as there is no central lighting in the room, but only table lamps or sconces; safe on a metal key; not replenishing the minibar even with plain water without gas, not to mention other soft drinks; lack of canned shampoos, gels, and there was only shampoo and liquid soap in dispensers; lack of an electric kettle in the family room and a tea/coffee set; very dirty windows in the room including screens. I had to wipe 2 windows myself. No welcome cards or fruit baskets in the room upon arrival. Ironing and laundry services are paid.
It was my birthday during my stay at this hotel. I received a greeting card, a souvenir in the form of an eye and a bed decorated with flower petals, beautifully lined sheets, towels. No cakes, pastries, wines are provided in the room. If you want to get a cake, then only for an additional fee. I advise you to immediately ask for a clothes dryer when you arrive at this hotel or take a rope with clothespins from home.
Description of the room: 2 bedrooms with an interroom door, bathroom / toilet combined, balcony (exit from only one bedroom), corridor. There is a large closet in the hallway.
1. Bedroom: double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a wall lamp, a chest of drawers with a large mirror, a small chest of drawers, a plasma TV hanging on the wall, 2 windows: 1 with a mosquito net, a large nightstand with shelves and a minibar, a mirror with table and chair, telephone.
Ukrainian, Russian, German, English and Turkish channels are shown on TV. Central air conditioning.
2. Children's room: 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables with table lamps, a wall lamp, a small stand, a plasma TV attached to the wall, a telephone, a large cabinet with shelves and a minibar (it was not replenished with anything, but it worked), glasses. From the nursery you can get into the bedroom. Air conditioning is shared. There are 2 windows, one of which has a mosquito net and access to the balcony. There was a pack of tissues.
3. Bathroom and toilet: combined, large mirror, washbasin, toilet and comfortable shower. hairdryer. There is no bath. But we didn't need her. Jacuzzis are available in the Hill Suites. From bathroom accessories: liquid soap and shampoo in dispensers (there is no jar). No washcloths, comb, cotton buds and sponges. And all these little things were, for example, in Barut Hemer in Side, where we rested at the end of August 2016.
Shower cubicle free of mold, no streaks, always clean and disinfected. The toilet bowl and washbasin were also clean.
4. Corridor: a large built-in wardrobe with enough clothes hangers, vertical and horizontal shelves. We even fit all three of our suitcases in there. There is a safe (albeit with a metal key, which is quite inconvenient), a set of threads, a laundry bag, an additional warm blanket, and pillows. Safe is free.
5. Balcony: facing north, so the laundry took a long time to dry. There is a table, folding chairs, an ashtray, matches. There is a small dryer. I advise you immediately upon arrival to ask the guest relation for a normal drying or hang your own rope taken from home. Upon arrival, the windows were very dirty. I noticed that the cleaning lady on the balcony didn't even sweep. Although they left baksheesh, the matter did not reach the balcony.
Regarding Wi-Fi: it was in our bungalow in the room, but it worked intermittently. Didn't fish on the beach at all. On the territory of the hotel, he worked best at the reception, in the a la carte restaurants, in the main restaurant. So it would not hurt to improve the work of Wi-Fi.
The plumbing in the room didn't work. Air conditioners were not used. Slept with the window open at night. Fortunately, the night air temperature allowed this to be done. The cleaner, an elderly woman, regularly washed the cabin, the toilet, changed the bedding, towels, even twisted swans out of towels. But I didn't clean the balcony.
From the wishes: to improve the work of Wi-Fi in the rooms, to improve the central lighting of the room. The energy savings are too noticeable. Wash normally the windows, nets in the bungalow.

BEACH / WATER ENTERTAINMENT / WEATHER: own beach, there is a pier, the first coastline. Beach towels, mattresses, sun loungers and umbrellas - free of charge.
The beach is just great: large, 650-690m (different information about the footage), with a sufficient number of umbrellas and sunbeds, sandy. Only a small strip of pebbles in front of the entrance to the sea. And at the same time, they still have free space on the left on the beach, where, if necessary, you can add sun loungers and umbrellas. This is probably the best beach of my 4 visits to a Turkish hotel. The hotel's beach has a blue flag. There were always enough sun loungers during our stay at the hotel. It makes no sense to run at 6.00 and take a sunbed at all. Yes, if you come at 11.00, then on the first line near the sea you may not take a sunbed, but I think this is not a problem. Umbrellas are individual: for 2 sunbeds 1 umbrella. I wish the umbrellas were bigger. There was no massacre for the shadow. Distances between umbrellas are sufficient. The entry into the sea is smooth, sandy, gentle. For children, the entry is ideal.
During the 14 nights of our stay there was no rain at all, sometimes it was just overcast. On the beach, the animators offered to play boccia, there were competitions with hoops, etc. I personally did not take part in them. You can also ride a banana (free of charge, by appointment, children ride at 11.00), water skiing (sports is the highlight of Magic), catamaran (you need to have a license), motor and non-motorized boat, sofa, parasail, surf, etc. etc. , but all this is not intrusive, without dripping on the brain. At the same time, they offered spa treatments. I didn't specify the price because I didn't plan to. You can take a picture with a professional photographer. Along the coast, you can go past other hotels. Lying on other people's sunbeds with your own towel is not allowed.
From the wishes: to put a kiosk for the issuance of beach towels right on the beach, so as not to go to the main pool in order to change the towel.

WATER ENTERTAINMENT/SPORT ENTERTAINMENT: 100% excellent.
The highlight of this hotel is its sports orientation. Everyone will find something to their liking if they are aimed at sports recreation. There is a fitness room, and aerobics, and aqua aerobics, and water polo, and tennis courts (with free lighting and equipment), and a football field, and a volleyball field (including beach volleyball), and table tennis, and a basketball field, and darts , and boccia, and water skiing (free of charge, 3 times a day per person), and banana riding (free of charge, by appointment, children at 11.00 quietly ride separately with animators from the mini-club), and a canoe, and a catamaran (though you need to have a license), and surfing, and diving, and parachuting. Mountain bike rental for a fee. Paid slot machines.

POOLS/SLIDES: 11 swimming pools on site (7 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 2 for children), water park (7 water slides) is a plus.
I'm not a big fan of pools and water parks, but even I couldn't help but ride the slides at the water park. The water park is recommended for children from the age of 10. If the child is younger, then he should be under the control of the parents. I advise parents to listen to the advice, because on the 2 steepest slides you need to hold on very well. If the child does not know how to do this, then it is better to let him grow up than to take risks. A big plus of this hotel is the presence of a relaxation pool for adults, where adults can relax. After 20.00, the pools are closed for cleaning, and therefore it is no longer possible to swim in them. The advantage of the children's pool is that it is in the form of a ship, and that it is under a canopy.
FOOD/DRINKS: the hotel offers all-inclusive meals: breakfast (07:00-10:00) - buffet, late breakfast (10:00-11:00) - buffet, lunch (12:30-14 : 30) - buffet, dinner (19:00-21:30) - buffet, snacks (12:30-17:00), coffee (11:00-23:00), night snacks (00:00.01:00) - in the lobby bar, ice cream during lunch and dinner - in the main restaurant, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. For a fee: imported alcoholic drinks, Havana bar, "Steack House" A La Carte restaurant, wines from the wine menu in A La Carte restaurants.
Restaurants and bars: Magico main restaurant, Mungo children's restaurant (located in the main restaurant, you can say a children's corner), A la Carte restaurants (19:00-21:30): Turkish (Sofra), 5 cuisines (Flavor), fish ( Fish), street food restaurant (Downtown). Visiting 1 restaurant - free of charge, "Steak House" - always paid; lobby bar (24 hours) in the main building, pool bar (10:00-18:00), beach bar (10:00-18:00), Havana beach bar (20:00-00:00, extra charge), disco bar (00:00-02:00), su-bar (20:00-00:00), aqua bar (10:00-18:00), coffee house (11:00-23 : 00).
- CHILDREN'S COMPARTMENT OF THE MAIN RESTAURANT: open in the morning, and lunch, and evening.
It is very comfortable. There are also small tables and chairs. There are chairs for feeding. There were always empty seats. There are children's plates, small forks and spoons, cups. But the blender and microwave are further near the refrigerators with water. I find this a little inconvenient. There is no packaged baby food for infants (no mixture, packaged cereals, portioned yoghurts, canned food, etc. ). This, of course, is a minus. In the morning there was always milk porridge (however, I never met buckwheat, as the Germans and Turks do not like it), there is milk separately and in the common room different types of corn flakes; buns, boiled eggs (you need to cook them better, they are not hard-boiled), portioned butter from a special apparatus. There is no portioned jam or jams in the main restaurant, but only in bulk. From meat in the children's corner: boiled chicken or turkey meat, boiled meatballs or in sauce.
Plus - this is the presence of packaged juice 1l (orange and cherry juice), however, by the end of the holiday they began to pour it into jugs. I suspect that vacationers just started picking up in batches.
From the wishes: to be generous with jar food for infants, as well as children's drinks (you can at least ayran in portioned cups, small juice with a straw, etc. ). Often there were mashed soups, but many mothers did not dare to take them for infants, because they did not know all the ingredients. For children from the CIS countries, you can also cook buckwheat porridge.
- MAIN RESTAURANT: capacity 1600 seats.
I consider the lack of seasonal fruits during our vacation to be a big minus: for 14 nights they gave strawberries 2 times and cherries 1 time per day (16.06. 17). Nectarines, peaches, apricots were completely absent. At the same time, in the evening, when they gave cherries, they strengthened security for the first time. It looked funny.
Of the fruits were: red and green apples, oranges, grapefruits, bananas, watermelon, greens and unripe plums. As for the plums: you should have some advice in general, so that unripe fruits can be exhibited to vacationers! I understand that the beginning of the season, but in a country that is famous for its harvests of fruits, berries and vegetables, this is outrageous. At the same time, I personally have a relationship with the processing of fruits in my country. Dried fruits were exhibited only in syrup: dried apricots and figs. You don't like syrups, your problems. The advantage, of course, was the availability of free orange and grapefruit juice in the morning.
BREAKFAST: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausages, different types of white cheese, sausage, pancakes, pancakes, waffles, fried donuts, many types of bakery products with different fillings, different shapes, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, olives, black olives , salad, etc. ). In portions, you can take butter.
In bulk there are different types of compotes, jams (from roses, quince, oranges, apricot, strawberry, cherry, etc. ), liquid chocolate. There are different types of cereal and hot milk. Portion jam, jam, honey, processed cheese was not. The machines have espresso, double espresso, cappuccino, mochachino. But the quality is so-so. It is better to drink coffee in a coffee house. From the wishes: boil hard-boiled eggs.
LUNCH: We used to dine at the Magic Snack Bar all the time. Several times in Basta Pasta and Durum. We didn't go to the main restaurant. About Magic Snack, Basta Paste and Durum below.
DINNER: more variety. There were themed dinners: Turkish night, fish day. We tried to decorate the restaurant. Thank you for this. But it was in the evening that the main restaurant was buzzing: there was a crowd of people and the fact that you live in a large hotel, as well as queues for the most delicious dishes. At the same time, according to the reception, there were 1600 guests in the hotel. Question: what about when the total occupancy is 2200 people?
But there is always a line for them. Regarding the work of waiters: the guys are trying, running around, trying to please, there are a lot of young people and trainees. There were always enough tables and chairs in the restaurant. They are both outside and inside. Of course, the staff, for example, the Barut Hemera Hotel in Side, is better trained, but this is understandable, since they have been working at the hotel for many years.

MAGIC SNACK STORE: very close to the sea. Works from 12.30 to 16.00. Here you can have a full meal if you don’t want to go to the main restaurant. During lunch: hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza or pide, grilled chicken or turkey or beef patties, whole fish fried and in pieces (bones separate very well), grilled vegetables (carrots, peppers, onions, eggplant, zucchini) , french fries or baked potatoes. You can take pasta or pasta separately, sprinkle with cheese and pour separately prepared sauce.
From vegetables: fresh salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with herbs, which can be seasoned with pomegranate sauce, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil of your choice; cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled onions, lettuce and parsley. Very rarely there were olives, although they always were in the main restaurant. From drinks you can take beer, cola, fanta, sprite, iced tea.

BASTA PASTA: located near the bungalows, before the relaxation pool for adults. Open at lunchtime from 12.30 to 16.00. Lovers of pasta, spaghetti, pasta - here. You can order your favorite form of pasta with different fillings and sauces. Minus: it is necessary to number the tables so that the waiters do not have confusion with orders. We had such confusion. First they brought us dessert, and then they decided to bring pasta. ? It turned out that our pasta was given to a nearby table and we had to wait until it was cooked again.

SNACK DURUM: open from 12.30 to 17.00 on the beach near water activities.
Its highlight is durums, that is, shawarmas with different fillings. The assortment of fruits and vegetables there, of course, is less than in the Magic Snack or in the main restaurant, but you can definitely visit for the sake of variety and those who want to stay longer on the beach.

ALA CART RESTAURANTS: I liked 3 in which we personally were. The capacity of all a la carte together is 450 seats. The hotel has 5 a la carte restaurants: Turkish (Sofra), fish, 5 cuisines, street food restaurant, Steak House (it is always paid). Each a la carte can be visited free of charge once during your stay at the hotel. They work from 19.00 to 21.30. a la carte re-entry is 10 euros per adult and 5 euros per child). You can sign up in the reception hall at the terminal: a ticket is issued to visit a specific a la carte with a specific date / time and number of people. With this voucher you need to come to a la carte. I recommend signing up in advance.
There are many visitors, and it happens that people sign up and do not come, and the table for them is booked. Therefore, if it is impossible to come or plans have changed, then it is better to warn the guest relation and then the reservation will be canceled. We visited: fish, Turkish and 5 cuisines. I personally really liked all three and each in its own way.
At the fish restaurant: we celebrated my birthday. A very decent white wine. Well and tasty cooked fish with side dishes, a plate of seafood, salads with fish. Great desserts. Beautiful landscape on the street. Courteous waiters. Here is the menu order.
Turkish a la carte: also loved it. At the meeting, they were treated to sherbet. A woman bakes Turkish bread. They bring dishes without a menu, but standard for all visitors to this restaurant. We were treated to Turkish national dishes: pide, kebab, gozleme, meatballs, Turkish sauces, buns. There were also squid on skewers. Dessert: baklava, pumpkin dessert with sauce.
Again I want to note a good, but already red wine. Turkish music plays, including from the TV series "The Magnificent Century - Roksolana. " The restaurant left pleasant memories. We were satisfied with the quality of service.
Restaurant The Flavor - 5 cuisines of countries in which there is a Magic chain - these are Turkey, Egypt, Greece, Spain, Tunnis. Very cool electronic menu. But the downside is that there is no Russian version. Served 5 plates from the above listed cuisines. So appetizer, main course and dessert. Unusual. You can definitely go. We were also satisfied with the quality of service.
BARS/COFFEE HOUSE: there are 8 bars within the hotel: Wonderbar (in the main building of the hotel), Pool Bar (near the main pool, next to the water park), Tropic Bar (on the beach), Beach Bar (next to the water sports station), Cocktail Bar (next to the aerobics area and beach bar), aqua bar (near the relaxation pool for adults), coffee house (next to the tennis office), Havana Bar (chargeable, next to the water sports station, in the evening), su bar ( next to the disco), disco bar (next to the su-bar). Fine wines and imported alcoholic drinks at an additional cost. We are not special admirers of alcohol: sometimes we took beer (Efes Pilsen), it is bitter, but this is not for everyone. The champagne at the beach bar is non-alcoholic: the Germans laughed. In the evening I took local baileys, but it smelled very much of alcohol; Mojito cocktail - and sugar on the teeth. Definitely in the evening there are few waiters, queues for alcoholic drinks gather.
The advantage of Vanderbar is that there you could take cola or fanta 1 liter each.

COFFEE HOUSE: located next to the tennis office, open from 11 to 18.00, but cakes are available only from 14.00. It's a big plus that it's there. The assortment is there: Turkish coffee, cappuccino, mochachino, latte, espresso, Turkish tea, herbal teas, hot chocolate (to put it simply, baby cocoa), etc. I advise the confectioner not to get carried away with biscuits, but to diversify sweets in coffee house.
KIDS ENTERTAINMENT: there is a mini-club which has a playground. Minus - there is no trampoline. In the evening, the mini-club is simply teeming with children, so I conclude that the territory of the mini-club is not enough for such a hotel and so many children. Our child did not ask to go there in the evenings, but he was drawn to slot machines. But in the morning and lunchtime, there were almost no children at the mini-club site. Plus - it's a platform under a canopy. Miniclub has a separate fenced area.
On the territory of the miniclub: slides, stairs, swings for the little ones. On the territory of the mini-club there is a toilet with children's washbasins and small toilet bowls and disinfectants. dispensers. This is a plus.

ADULTS ANIMATION: We didn't participate. A couple of times we went to the amphitheater for performances, but did not sit out to the end.
SHOPPING/WALKING IN BELEK: There are several options. First: go shopping with the tour operator TUI, which they offer. Second: independent. Regarding shopping with a tour operator: I did not participate. The second option: you can go by tractor to the center of Belek on your own ($ 1 per person), you can walk. Stop to the right of the entrance to the Magic Life Waterward Hotel. A taxi is more expensive than $ 5, but you can bargain. If you are going to buy leather or gold products, then I definitely advise you to go to Antalya. In the center of Belek on Saturdays there is an exit market where you can buy fruits.
I can recommend this hotel for families, including those with children, especially if you dream of a sporty hotel. I advise the hotel management to listen to their vacationers about the minuses and try to fix them this season. I wish the prosperity of the entire Magic network in 5 countries where there are hotels, as well as the expansion of its activities!
PROS OF THE HOTEL: proximity to the airport, good location of the hotel, large and green area of the hotel, sports orientation of the hotel, excellent work of the hotel guest-reception and reception, good a la carte restaurants, gorgeous sandy beach, gentle entrance to the sea, a sufficient number of sunbeds on the beach and by the pool, clean public toilets on site, excellent zoning of the hotel, the presence of a mini-zoo and a cat house, the presence of toilets on the beach, the presence of a large water park, a children's pool under a canopy, the ability to play sports, the proximity of the hotel to the center of Belek, excellent coffee house, comfortable sunbeds, relaxation pool for adults, amphitheater accommodation, reception in a separate building.
CONS OF THE HOTEL: lack of seasonal fruits (strawberries, cherries), repetitive dishes in the main restaurant, smoke near the main restaurant at dinner, intermittent wifi, lack of an electric kettle and tea / coffee making facilities in the room, dirty windows and screens in the room , lack of cleaning on the balcony, lack of replenishment of the minibar, soap and shampoo only in dispensers, work of waiters in Basta Pasta, lack of a trampoline in the mini club, insufficient central lighting in the room, lack of canned and portioned food for infants, small umbrellas on the beach, paid rent for children strollers.

We got to this hotel by accident - we booked the Hydros Club in Kemer 4 months before the intended trip, got ready for a vacation, flew to Turkey, got into a transfer and the guide told us "not very good news". The news was that the Hydros hotel could not accept us and we were going to another hotel - not just to another hotel, but to another region !! ! Instead of Kemer, they take us to Belek. Moreover, we are offered to check into a hotel at a price one and a half times more expensive than the paid Hydros (checked immediately - the information was confirmed) Magic Life Waterwold Imperial Belek and all this without additional payment. At first we were very confused, then upon arrival at the hotel we were convinced that everything, in general, was not so bad. Considering that we had already seen Kemer 5 times, and had not rested in Belek before, after 2 hours of negotiations with the guides of the host country and convincing us that “we were deceived, they gave us better”, we agreed to check in. At the reception, we expressed all our wishes regarding the location of the room, all this was taken into account, agreed with us, shown on the hotel map (the hotel has 220.000 sq. m. , author's note). We got a room in a bungalow near the relaxation pool, which is called block Daphne. The room is tired, but has everything you need. After checking in, they called from the reception, clarified our opinion on the number, they responded to claims instantly, everything was urgently replaced with a new one. More than equipped. Of the “consumables”, each guest was given a package containing cotton pads, cotton swabs, a disposable razor, shaving foam, a shoe napkin, a shower cap, a disposable daily pad and a condom, a piece of good soap, a washcloth, and slippers. Hotel matches, a set of threads and buttons were in the room. Shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap dispensers in the rooms. The room was located on the first floor, balcony-terrace overlooking the green area. Beds are clean, even new, towels are not quite new, but clean. The safe in the room is a separate issue... Considering that the doors to the rooms are opened with a super-modern key, which never “bugged out” and did not “request a flashing” as we did in previous hotels, the key to the safe just killed. An old shabby key-flag, which you still need to adapt to in order to open the safe the first time, and then wear it around your neck on a string for the whole rest, God forbid you lose it, the territory allows you to manage... It’s clearly time for the hotel’s safes to be changed to similar only with code locks. There is no soundproofing in the room. In the mornings, you could hear how the irrigation system was turned on from 6 to 7 in the morning with the door to the terrace tightly closed. Room cleaning during our stay is fantastic. We almost never saw the maid, but she, like Cinderella, always had time for everything and did not cause us any inconvenience.
In previous reviews, there is a mention of cases of theft in the hotel, I state from my own experience... We lost the room card on the territory, turned to the reception, and immediately issued a new one without payment and nerves. They forgot a children's backpack in a restaurant with a smartphone, all the keys, missed it in half an hour, turned to the waiters, brought it, gave it away, everything was in place. This is about the decency of the staff... The territory of the hotel is huge by our standards. In general, it is nice and well-groomed, but not everywhere. We are curious tourists, and on the third day we walked around the hotel from end to end. There are simply forgotten, abandoned areas on the territory, not ennobled, overgrown with grass, mainly on the outskirts of the hotel. But in general the hotel is very big and beautiful. There are a lot of flowers, juicy green grass, ivy, various landscape solutions, plants, cedars throughout the territory... Squirrels, turtles run, even foxes were seen. Many pools for every taste, a water park, a very long coastline, a football field, tennis courts, a disco bar, an amphitheater. A spacious restaurant, a huge number of sunbeds (according to my calculations, 2 times more than there were vacationers), a variety of areas for lovers of various types of recreation. Who wants to relax FROM EVERYTHING in solitude with himself and with nature is the most suitable place. I do not recommend to young people, they get bored, the hotel is family-oriented. Lots of interesting things for children. There are pools and water slides for different ages, and banana rides by appointment (at no extra charge), children's clubs for 3 age categories and a children's restaurant (a detailed description is in the hotel concept booklet). The kids restaurant even has disposable stylized bibs. The food is very good, but it could be better. Comparing this hotel to our last year's Barut, Barut wins. But there is always fish and meat. Delicious soups. The confectioners tried very hard - in the evenings, in addition to the main sweets, they served portioned tiramisu, fruit flambé , and lemon parfait. Ice cream is delicious for lunch and dinner. There was less fruit than in last year's hotel in terms of variety, even strawberries were given only the first 3 days. In the morning fresh juices from oranges and grapefruits. Delicious pizza, pool restaurant "Basta Pasta" is also very good. Went there for lunch for a few days. Delicious coffee at Coffee House with or without cakes is at your service all day long. Twice used the services of a la carte restaurants. Advance booking, we liked everything. I recommend.
The composition of the international hotel - a lot of Germans, British, Ukrainians and not a large number of Russian tourists (15-20 percent). The staff is very well trained, 100% English speaking (bartenders, cleaners, technicians, waiters). I would like to note the work of waiters and bartenders separately. They try very hard, always kind, courteous, always with a smile, everything is fast, no complaints at all. Alcoholic or VERY diluted or non-alcoholic at all. We tried different options for drinking: whiskey with cola, and Irish cream, and champagne, beer, cocktails, but the impression was that in order to get a little "drunk", you first have to burst. Maybe it's right - in the presence of such a water park it is dangerous to abuse alcohol, but after a rest, upon returning home, I really wanted to drink our champagne in order to feel the difference and confirm my suspicions. Animation focused on the Germans. 85% of animators do not speak Russian. Evening shows tried to make a variety of, a couple of times were imported. But the shows themselves were not particularly impressive. Some even left before graduation. We were not lucky enough to see such shows as we saw before (for example, the ART-ALLE circus and various acrobatic and dance performances).
If there is a desire to ride to the center of Belek, then every half hour from the central entrance to the hotel (there is a specially equipped stop) either a tractor with a trailed open trailer or a bus departs. The price is 1 dollar per person. Last flight at 10 pm from the center. Drive 5 minutes, walk for 25 minutes, opposite the hotel is the Korneliya golf club with a huge territory to the very center of Belek. Actually, you need to get around it in order to get to the hotel. This is visible on the map.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, thanks to TUI, however, we did not understand the reason for our not settling in the Hydros Club. But with all this, we were not offended. THANK YOU again for a wonderful holiday.

Now about food!! ! I never thought that in Turkey they can feed so disgustingly. There is nothing worse than in Egypt !!!! ! There is nothing to eat at all. Feeding my baby croissant pudding! The guide said to eat dietary food for the child, we went to the chef and got a bowl of tasteless soup, the child ate as much as 1 spoon. Then, with bulging eyes, I ran in search of food and found an edible amlet. God stood behind this amulet in line for 5 minutes. Conclusion about food - there is none for a child !!! ! The beach is gray sand, reminiscent of mud, the sea is muddy and dirty!!! ! The pool is cold water so it is not possible to swim in the children's pool. The travel agency positioned this hotel as for children, this is not true. I don't recommend going here. We are counting the days until we leave!

The food is always varied - every evening is themed - sea, French, Turkish, French, etc.
And king prawns and cheeses and all kinds of fish. The food is of high quality, alcohol too.
Entertainment: Animation from morning to evening, (many international)),
foam party. , discos and performances every day - different and interesting, high-quality artists.
Football, beach volleyball, big and table tennis, darts, boccia, archery, water polo, aqua park, catamaran, water skiing, banana - all for free. (this is where I managed to participate).
The territory is huge and green.
Service and cleaning at a high level (there is something to compare).
The only downside is the price. (I traveled for free from the company, but I can’t afford this particular hotel)
but out of 4 where i was it is number 1 in the overall ranking for me.

2. Mirage Park and Grand Yazici Palace

We booked a ticket to this hotel. After reading the reviews, I was a little scared: by the territory (in which building it is better to settle), food (four children are traveling with us) from 1.2 to 12 years. What can you advise. Although I understand that it is too late to listen to advice. Well, at least for the settlement. Thank you if anyone answers.
