Ужас которого еще не видела! Horror I've never seen before!

My daughter and I arrived at this hotel on 15.09. 12. Our stay was planned at the hotel until September 26! But an hour later we decided to interrupt it and return home! It all started with a settlement! We were settled in a new building (as they later explained to us at the reception) on the first floor. I don't know what year it was new? The room immediately hit an unpleasant smell, slippers, bathrobes in the room was not! At the reception they said that all this is only at the request of tourists! Naturally, we asked for slippers to be brought to us, but alas, we had to go to the reception again in the evening to remind us of our request! In the room when we checked in, it was visible that they had only washed the floor, because there were footprints visible from the maids' feet. In the mini bar, the choice is poor for 1l. bottle of cola, forfeits and sprite! There was not even ordinary water! Again, the wife of the receptionist said that the mini bar is replenished once upon arrival, and the rest of the time, take it at the bar 24 hours. By the way, this is the only bar where there is Wi-Fi! Well, at the reception! In the evening we were scared to walk! The lighting to our building is disgusting, they illuminated themselves with a phone. The food is terrible, the waiters are not suitable at all! And this is not only in the restaurant, but also in the bars, and near the pool! SELF SERVICE!!!!!!!!! ! And this is a 5 star hotel! I have never seen a worse hotel in Turkey!
