I was looking for a cheap tour that cost me $600. from Almaty, Kazakhstan. I searched for reviews about the hotel and unfortunately did not find anything. According to the photos and description on the Internet, everything seems to suit me. However, not everything is like that! There is no private beach. Animation, gym, sauna, laundry, discos, table tennis and many other things are not available. The hotel is mainly inhabited by elderly foreigners (Germans, French, Irish, Australians and others). There are few Russian speakers. The staff does not understand Russian and speaks English poorly. Housekeeping is average, bed linen was changed only once. The food is monotonous, there is no meat at all. Drinks are pure chemicals. But for such money it is not a pity. There is nothing to do with children there.
