If you are visiting Bodrum for business purposes or want a relaxing holiday with 5 star service then Doria Bodrum is a great choice. The hotel is located on a hill, so it is not suitable for an exclusively beach holiday, but if you are not embarrassed by the need to go to the hotel's private beach (has a blue flag) on a service bus (leather interior, air conditioning) to a private platform beach for 5 minutes, then that's all OK. The beach is small, cozy with very comfortable soft sunbeds, for extra money you can get a beach tent with a personal descent into the sea. Beach bar for food and drinks. The bus goes to the beach and back every half hour. By the way, we were the only ones who wanted to visit the beach, the rest of the hotel's public (Europeans) preferred the hotel's pools with fantastic sea views. Naturally, towels, sun loungers, umbrellas are all free, the lack of free places by the pool or on the beach is nonsense. The hotel is planned in such a way that it seems to you that it is half empty, but in fact, we were in the high season and there were no rooms available. . . no more than 4-7 people by the pool, also in the restaurant. The hotel has a magnificent spa, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, internet - free of charge. Of the paid services, as it should be in such hotels, there is a minibar (two bottles of water are free daily), laundry services. Safe in the room is free. The hotel fully corresponds to 5 stars. Impeccable design of the rooms, excellent breakfast, unobtrusive service, perfect cleanliness. The only drawback of the hotel is a steep climb to the main entrance, if you are going to relax with a child and walk with a stroller and for the disabled, this will be an insurmountable problem. And the rest, everything is super! All bars, restaurants of Gumbet are within walking distance. The center of Bodrum is 5 minutes by taxi and 10 minutes by minibus, which runs near the hotel every minute. To the city beach and the promenade with restaurants by the sea on foot 5-10 minutes. The hotel belongs to the international system of hotels - Novempik. If I go to Bodrum again, I will most likely stay at the same hotel or at the Kempinski hotel.
