There are no playgrounds for children, which are not in the pictures either, no animation at all, the food is very poor (despite the fact that we are not picky), there is no meat, there were soy nuggets a couple of times, the food was spoiled, if not for Loperamide, I don’t know how I would have survived the vacation.
They don’t clean the room, if you don’t ask, you beg for toilet paper (1 roll for 4 people), the bed was not changed at all for 2 weeks of stay, the attitude is bestial, none of the staff speaks English, praise Google translator and mobile Internet, alcohol constantly "ended", especially during the days of mass departure of tourists from the hotel...
It's not that ol inclusive, it's hard to call it a hotel! Dirt and devastation, do not come here, but if you have already bought a ticket, stock up on money to eat normally in the city.

I’ll probably start with the hotel staff... only the owner’s daughter was friendly, so to speak, and the rest are not very... waiters who walk around in torn pants and a bartender harassing my friend in plain text already speak volumes. the food is not so hot, and, as in most hotels, what you didn’t eat for dinner can be seen in a different form for breakfast.
