Отель средний, ничего эксклюзивного Average hotel, nothing special

I rested with my wife from 08 to 14 June 2018. The hotel is expensive, the price clearly does not meet the declared quality and level of service. The hotel is suitable exclusively for families with children (there are a lot of children) + pensioners! Young people in the hotel have nothing to do at all! Now in order:
1. Let's go on a wedding tour.
Even in the travel agency they wrote a letter to the hotel with the wishes that we were newlyweds, they had to make a pleasant surprise - in the end there was nothing!

2. We arrived at 8.00 in the morning, settled our entire group only from 14.00 to 15.00. When booking rooms, pay attention to the type of room - the rooms in the main building are much better than in the Garden Rooms (comfort in the room + more area). As a result, due to the lack of cleaned rooms in the Garden Room, they settled for one day in the Standard Room in the main building overlooking the neighboring hotel, the road, the mountains, the amphitheater and with a side sea view. On the second day, we were moved without apology to the reserved room.

The hotel area is small, but in principle sufficient. The hotel is green, near the main pool there is a lot of space in the shade. There are pools near the Gardens, there is also a "water park" with 3 slides.
4. The sea is excellent warm, 26-27 degrees. There are pebbles on the beach - it is difficult to walk barefoot, you need slippers. Great view of the mountains from the beach! There are a lot of sunbeds, but you need to take places from 8 in the morning.
5. Animation - it is practically absent. Only the animator Anya and another Turkish girl speak Russian. The rest know only 3 phrases in Russian. The hotel is very quiet, so there are a lot of pensioners here. In the evening, in the amphitheater, the performance is about nothing, the presenter does not know how to joke, 70% of the time he speaks Turkish. The only interesting thing was the performance of a Latin American group of salsa dancers!
6. Merchants of hammam and fur shop are very annoying. Do not be fooled by their offer to go to the hammam for $40, because outside the hotel they offer a hamam for $10-15.
The same applies to excursions - Pamukkale at the hotel guide costs $ 75 "with a discount", outside they sell for 30, and if you bargain ...
7. The food is good, the assortment is sufficient, the peaches were only quickly sorted out by people, although they were hard. There are many fruits (only green melon was served), there was always juice, many types of meat and fish.
Every day - a different cuisine for dinner: Italian, Turkish, Asian, fish day, etc. A very weak confectionery part - pastries are all monotonous, there are no beautiful desserts with ice cream and fruits at all. Even puff pastries are very few.
8. For lovers of sports recreation, there is a separate football ground, tennis court, billiards, table tennis, darts, volleyball on the beach, checkers, chess and backgammon at the animators.


Bottom line: the hotel is suitable exclusively for families with children and for pensioners, the hotel is very calm, relaxing.
Not recommended for young people!
