The hotel was chosen because it claimed to have an outdoor heated pool. In fact, the water in the outdoor pool was street temperature - there was no heating.
This is where the cons just started.
So I'll start with the positives
Pros:
1) we settled in at a price lower than other 5k, and 2 times lower than another 5k which definitely had heating. BUT! for summer prices are higher, the same as for normal fives
2) Tuborg beer, usually at all Ephesus. nice that it's different.
3) in principle, there are no problems with alcohol, local alcohol is poured. imported, of course, for that kind of money - do not hope)) though once instead of tequila they poured vodka, and decorated it like tequila... but only 1 time.
4) the first line. left the hotel, 50 meters - and you are by the sea. however, the beach was not ready AT ALL, but about it in the minuses)
Minuses:

1.2 out of 3 meals did not have normal meat or fish. maximum - chicken / turkey fillet and some kind of marinated fish. for 3 lunch was normal - fried fish, chicken legs. but before that, in any 4 * -5 * hotel, I did not encounter the fact that I could not find fish / meat for lunch. slightly better for dinner. about the days of seafood apparently you can not dream)
2) Everything is a little old, in principle, tolerable, but at the same time also unclearly washed. The rooms are not ideally cleaned, the dishes in the dining room are also old and unclear. Apparently they use cheap chemistry, and they save on it. The most relish is when, in a pile of "clean" plates, I took a plate with dried and unwashed pieces of apparently cheese. This even in 3 * did not meet! This means that dishwashers are not washed with boiling water and not for long - another sign of savings.
3) Not really a minus, rather the cost of arriving earlier in the season. The street area was not ready, street cafes / bars did not work, there was no horse lying on the beach at all, although you could still take sunbeds there (drag yourself from the heap). By the way, the beach is pebbly - it’s better for some to enter in shoes, but this is not a minus, this is the whole Kemer coast.
4) The lifeguards on the beach and in the pool are clearly not lifeguards, but someone's friends. Dressed out of uniform, you don’t immediately understand that they are staff, the lifeguard from the beach generally looks like a gopnik from the outskirts - adidas three stripes, a clear face. They are busy that stupid in the phones, absolutely not looking at what is happening.
5) Some vacationers give bathrobes, but the rest - not enough. They promise to bring new ones in sufficient quantities by the summer, but how can I check it now, I won’t go there a second time))
6) Again, maybe it's the off-season, but there is no drinking water anywhere - only in bars. From the spa you have to run to the bar for water if you drank or forgot to take it.

7) Pools. The fact that the street turned out to be without heating - I already wrote. The jacuzzi in the spa is also ice cold. Here the indoor pool in the spa was warm, but only because a group of vacationers raised a scandal about the non-heating of the outdoor pool - they included a warmer indoor one as an apology. Before the scandal, the closed bass was lukewarm, but not pleasantly warm as it has become. It’s not a fact that the temperature was not lowered later, as the brawlers left)) In short, they save on heating.
There was talk among vacationers that the hotel was sold 2 years ago - there was American management, it became local. And after that, excellent, according to those who were before, the hotel turned into a three-ruble note in terms of service. In general, I got the feeling that the hotel staff themselves do not know how to improve the situation, because all the problems are from total savings on everything. Management is clearly in the know, but he is satisfied with this quality. You can check into a hotel, but only if it is 1.5-2 times cheaper than other 5 stars, be guided by the prices of 4 stars. And do not expect anything outstanding from the hotel - it has definitely not been exclusive for a long time.
