I'll start from the very beginning.
We flew through Join UP
Our flight was moved from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Upon arrival in Antalya, no one from the meeting party met us, so we had to look for ourselves. Having stood in line to the tour operator, it turned out that there were two divisions in Antalya and we again went to look for our Peninsula Tours. Found, got on the bus and went to our hotel. The road to the hotel was interesting, the guide on the bus Anna told a lot about Turkey. Well, we got to the Asdem Park Hotel (the first coastal one). Then we were in for a not pleasant surprise both at the reception and in the room itself. the thing is that initially in the contract we prescribed a double bed, 3 adult women (friends) came with us and they were given a room with a double bed, and we were given a room with two lorries (apparently hoping that we would pay them extra), somehow not logical but oh well ....we went on principle and just moved the beds.

The next day we had an informational meeting with the hotel guide TAIR!! ! on which we were told about excursions, which, by the way, are much cheaper from locals, but the most interesting thing is that they did not tell us important information (but more on that later). So, we listened to all the excursions and decided with my husband to go to Antalya for shopping from a tour company. We were told this: there are 3 ways to go there, the 1st way is on a regular bus for $ 1 and, like, longer in time, the 2nd way is by taxi for $ 40 (40 km one way) and the 3rd way (like the most profitable) it's for $ 5 round trip for 1 person and you will be taken to those stores where locals buy (we chose it), and the 4th one (which we learned about from friends who arrived 2 days earlier via Tez Tour) free taxi, but it kind of takes us to special shops with high prices for tourists.
So we paid $ 5 for each and on the appointed day we gave a transfer for shopping, and here we were in for the first unpleasant surprise. We all sit down in the transfer, the guide Aslan (shopping guide) comes from the company and begins to tell us where we will be taken. In general, we were taken exactly to the same shops designed for tourists with $$$$$$$, and not to those in which local things are bought. Everything would be fine if it weren’t for our friends, who were not comfortable in front of them because they wanted to take a free taxi, and we persuaded them, in fact, to go to the same stores, but only for money. In the end, the prices in that shopping center were exactly the same as in Kemer itself, or even more expensive. Of course, at the end of the mood, we all no longer had it. On the same evening, we went to a local tour company to buy an excursion to the DoLuCu Water Park (price at the hotel for 1 person is $45, locals can sell for $28). I liked the water park very much (the entrance to the sea is just not very good, but we came to ride the slides).
Then we went to the sea, very, very clean and warm. Two days later we returned to the same company (all for the same reason, the difference in cost) for another excursion on a pirate ship. I originally wanted to go to Medusa (it comes out of the port somehow brighter), but Mega Star was advised to us (at the end I was a little upset). What is the difference: Medusa accommodates more people from this, its cost is $ 10 (in the hotel 30), and Mega Star is naturally less people and the cost is $ 15 (in the hotel 45). I’ll tell you from experience, if you want more peace and tranquility then Mega Star is for you, if there is more movement, then Medusa. Then everyone, as usual, swam in the sea, sunbathed on the beach, walked around Kemer. If you want to find something cheaper, go further from the pedestrian street, approximately to the Kemer Tower area (and further to the Waikiki side, textiles are cheaper there). Prices for Rahat Lokum are approximately the same everywhere.
I strongly advise you to try the local drink Ayran, it is sold almost everywhere, we bought it in a store with a fixed price of SOK (also near Kemer Tower) or on the corner near the screen at Ruslan (from the screen, if your back is to him, then from the left). You have to trade there absolutely everywhere. Because the prices are designed for fools, one and the same thing can be sold for $20 and $50.

A little about the beach related to the hotel:
medium pebble beach,
sun loungers and umbrellas - free of charge
to the baraz on the beach all for a separate cost

if on another beach sun loungers 2-3 $

Now a little about the hotel.
At the reception, they demand money for absolutely everything, Internet $ 1 per day, safe $ 2 per day, iron and that one is paid, this is taking into account ALL INCLUSIVE
The food is monotonous, there are practically no meat dishes, maximum chicken. Fruits are also the same (taking into account the fact that pomegranates and dates and oranges grow on the territory of the hotel) we were given apples, not ripe plums, green melons, and sometimes oranges.
Local alcohol is apparently diluted with water, it is generally not possible to drink wine, beer is still all right. Bar or during meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) or by the pool from 11.00 to dinner (maybe earlier) or already at the disco until 23.00

The room, in principle, is not shabby, everything is clean and beautiful.
The room has:
Refrigerator (works somehow not clear),
TV (4-5 channels in Russian),
Sliding wardrobe (with hangers and disposable slippers),
If you're lucky then the Balcony (not big but still)
And of course, a bathroom with a shower (with liquid and lumpy soap, shampoo, shower gel, caps, cotton pads, cotton swabs, 5 towels.
Housekeeping is superficial, for a week of stay there all the mirrors were never washed, towels were changed 1 time.

Well, it's time to pack your bags. We approach the counter at 17.00 (as we were told by Tair) to clarify the departure time, but there is no information yet. We went on swimming. We arrive after 19.
00 and finally we find information about the departure (departure from the hotel at 00.45) well, we went to pack. At the appointed time, we went to the reception to hand over the keys to the room. We observe a picture that people who fly with us receive a lunch box, naturally we also went to receive it.
What do we answer.

- You are not in the lists because you have not signed up.
We call Tahir:
- Hello, we are already leaving, but we are not given a lunch box
Tair:
- There are a lot of you all and I can't remember who, when and what time takes off
We:
Why was this information not given to us at the meeting?
Tair:
- I told you a little about the hotel and asked if you have any questions. What did you answer no questions
we:
- we fly not so often and do not know all the nuances,
Tair:
- You should have taken care of it yourself

It turned out that we had to check with him ourselves. Like I said, we don't fly very often.
The sea is warm, salty and very transparent. I liked the rest in general, with the exception of the work of the tour company and the attendants. The hotel does not reach its 4 * (compared to Egypt, Hurghada AliBaba is the same 4 *)

I do not recommend Tour company Join UP in Turkey Peninsula Tours.
