? Settlement
They arrived at night, settled around 01:00. One of the rooms was three, but the third "bed" had to wait another hour - instead they brought a layout with a thin, curved mattress. And this despite the fact that there was a birthday man in the room! No greetings or attention from the hotel. When they offered to take a cake with candles for dinner, they asked $ 20-50, even if all their own.
? The state of the hotel and cleanliness
The first thing that catches your eyes is dirty everywhere:
* In the dining room, the plates are so dirty that they had to look clean for a long time.
* Cleaning in the numbers formal. They left the tip - the result is zero. The toilet was not washed at all. When she made the remark, the cleaner simply took a piece of toilet paper and wiped the surface - and all.
* Ventilation in the bathroom black from dirt, the air conditioners are old, barely work, clearly no one cleans them.
* The elevators are very dirty and worn.
* Staff do not understand English, Ukrainian especially. Communication is only possible with a broken Russian, which staff also knows badly.
* They asked to replace the room (due to lack of bed) - they said that there were no free. But as soon as $ 60 was offered - there was a "found".
? Service
* Beach towels are not provided. They offer to buy for the reception for $ 10. In the store near the hotel to buy a towel is not a problem, but to wash it before use - so. There is no laundry in the hotel. They offer to hand over things "somewhere" - washing $ 2.5-3 per unit.
* Wi-Fi practically does not work, especially in rooms. Although we bought wifi. The safe is also paid.
* There is simply no service as such. At every step, indifference, lack of elementary courtesy.
? Hotel atmosphere
The hotel can be safely renamed to "Russia Otel", so how?
90% of tourists - from Russia, another 10% - local Turks, from Ukraine a maximum of one/two seven? her.
And here it is worth adding an important detail: the hotel is crowded! This is very strange, given the status of the rooms, the level of service and dirt around. On the reception, huge queues of tourists are daily - some are receding, others are settled immediately. ? It seems that the Russians like this "vacation" very much: in the evenings, discos with loud Russian music since the 1990s are arranged, drinking alcohol, noise, noise. If you want a peaceful and comfortable rest, it's definitely not here. The impression that has come 30 years in the past is a time when they have not yet heard of service, hygiene, respect for clients, empathy and courtesy.
? What was good?
* The only plus was that the fish were served daily for lunch/dinner.
* The sea is beautiful, and because of this we tried to spend the most time outside the hotel - on excursions or on the beach.
Of the pluses, friendly staff: at the reception, the guys always smile and say hello, the bar has a very pleasant young man, in the dining room the guys are very pleasant. A very diverse and tasty menu, all issues solve quickly. The beach is very close, through the park, there was no shortage of beds, on the beach there are also friendly and smiling guys, the sea is clean and warm. The territory is large and green, the view from the room was just chic))
Of the minuses, they lived in the D housing, the number was not perfect, the crane leaked in the shower, the curtains were torn in one place. In the dining room due to the lack of staff, sometimes they did not have time to remove the tables and there were dirty capes on the table and dishes.
For its price, the hotel is super, suitable for young guys without children) Thank you)
We look forward to seeing you next year!! ! We only ask you to change the dirty mattresses on the sun loungers very much))) for example, as in Lankor, the cleanest ??????????? ?
I strongly do not advise their free alcohol, all diluted and burned, after 3 glasses of beer I spent the morning at the toilet. After spending a day there, it was decided to move out, in the evening they approached the reception and asked “is it possible to return the money for the remaining days”, to which they received a positive answer, as a result, on the day of departure, it was said that the money for the day would be withheld (2600lir for a second, almost 8 thousand rubles for such a "service"). They tried to solve everything peacefully and find out why the information is changing, why they began to interrogate us who exactly told us this, pointing to this person, they did not receive any answer. Then I offered to look at the cameras, who exactly was at the reception at that moment, to which there was no answer either. The feeling was that we were trying to return the underpants bought at the market. Disgusting rude attitude. The hotel positions itself as a 4 star, in fact it is a very tense three.
We humbly went to the reception desk to ask for something better, they give a second key with the assurance that this one will definitely please you. Building D - the building itself is newer, there is an elevator, the room is a little fresher, but there was no question of cleanliness here. Stains on the bed, on the pillows, rusty soap dishes, no bathroom accessories at all, dust and an absolutely dirty refrigerator. Toilet not cleaned and sealed before new guests check in. A complete set - just that cockroaches don't run around. We go further - at the reception with a deadpan look they say that there are no better rooms and in general they basically do not have rooms with double beds, only separately and apparently we should sleep separately too. Most of all, their restaurant killed them, where to find clean dishes - a quest, every third plate with the remnants of food divorces from the previous owner... It was disgusting even to eat this during the pandemic.
After negotiations with Ukraine and Antalya, we achieved relocation to another hotel, although we still had to wait a day in this vaunted youth place. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The only option is if you paid for the tour for a maximum of $300 and know what to expect, then yes, there should be no complaints. Our tour cost $900, which is too much for this type of Four.
All of the staff are great, especially the boys in the restaurant. Polite and fast, but this bartender topped it all. Let him get tired looking for another job or go on vacation. There were not enough towels in the room after cleaning, had to ask for them at the lobby. For some reason, we decided that all four of us can use one towel!
And the beach is tired and small. Not only is the beach only 30 m, but it is also for three hotels. Nobody was without sun loungers. The man immediately found places, but they had to either look for them or take them earlier. Near the Lancora beach hotel, then the beach is a pleasure to look at - order and beauty, but here it’s like in Kirillovka.
Don’t be fooled by a guide (they make money on this and take you to a terrible hammam, where they stuff a crowd of people and it looks like some kind of slaughterhouse), it’s better to go to a hotel room for the same money. The same goes for shopping from a guide in Antalya - it's a scam, it's better to go to the clock tower, from there the minibus 07 and 08 goes every 15 minutes (be sure to see that EXPRES is written, otherwise you will go 2.5 hours, otherwise only hour) and go for 9 lira to Migros. Payment when leaving the minibus (and tell the driver: “When do you get off Migros? ”). And walk around the center as much as you want.
Back stop across the road (along the overpass-bridge) to the same minibus in Kemer. Near Migros in Antalya there is an aquarium - $ 35 entry. And from the same Migros you can get to Kale Ichi (old town) 06 minibus (about 5 lira), also tell the driver "Kale Ichi" and he tells you when to get off. You should not go to the Mark Antalya shopping center, there is nothing special to see there and everything is very expensive.
DO NOT change money at the hotel (very unprofitable), better in state stores - Migros or Carrefour (this is near the clock tower), buy any candy-chocolate-yogurt there... and give in euros or dollars and they give change in lira for VERY favorable rate. In Carrefour, the course is more profitable than in Migros, if anything.
Pros: 3 pools of different sizes and different depths (one of them with slides), the food is not very good, but you will not stay hungry. Beach - cross the road and go through one hotel, that is, very close (one and a half minutes to go). Nice view next to the mountains.
Cons: the beach is terrible - tiny, almost all the sunbeds are broken, a lot of people are resting from other people's hotels or without bracelets at all and no one watches it (although the beach is a hotel and except for tourists from the hotel no one should occupy those broken sunbeds)!! ! Room cleaning - they are not cleaned at all, towels and bedding have not been changed even once in 10 days, we bought soap for the shower ourselves, since we did not wait for them, although we left them money and chocolates.
The dishes are washed poorly - once a glass of lipstick came across, and more than once dirty plates and cups came across. Free Internet does not catch, but paid (a dollar a day or 5 lira, it is more profitable to pay in lira) catches only at the reception or by the pools. Only Russians and Turks stay at the hotel.
Disco until 12 on the roof of the hotel, and then the animators hand out free tickets to the club and take you there by bus (although it takes 5 minutes to go there at a very slow pace). I don’t understand the joke of taking all people from one hotel from a disco to another disco 500 meters further, where, apart from people from this hotel, no one else is brought. What is the point? Location change? The people remain the same
But I liked the rest itself, so, in principle, not bad, but I will not return to this hotel))))
