Rested in June 2005 with a friend and two children 5 years old.
The hotel was chosen for a long time, after they chose Fame Goynuk Resort 4 *.
Met, delivered all the way. With the resettlement at the reception, we were a little upset, because there were no rooms nearby, and they settled us in rooms on different floors, and with a view of the mountains (and we originally wanted a pool).
So after about three hours we were already satisfied with our resettlement. Since the sun burned in the rooms overlooking the pool for almost the whole day, and in the evening all the smells from the restaurant rose there too.
In the afternoon, we rested with the children, and at the pool at that time it was noisy, the animators entertained the people. So, I want to advise those who travel with small children to take rooms with mountain views.
My daughter had a birthday the day after arriving at the hotel. In the morning there is a knock on the door.
The hotel administrator and the waiter are standing on the threshold, handing us a cake with candles and congratulating us on our birthday in Russian (albeit a little clumsy) language.
And in the evening they congratulated on the mini-disco, the kids sang the song Happy Without Day, loud solemn music, SUPER.
Daughter was delighted!! ! The staff at the hotel is very attentive, friendly, Russian-speaking. There were no language problems.
Security at the highest level. The children were allowed to run around the territory and they were not worried about them, because they were sure that they would not be allowed to go anywhere outside of them alone and nothing would happen to them.
