We rested with a friend in Akman beach hotel 4 * from 06/27/2021 to 07/07/2021.
Let's start with the bad:
1) when choosing a hotel, the tour operator indicated that all rooms are standard (even for an additional fee, you cannot choose a room with a sea view). Upon arrival, we were settled in a corner room, without access to the balcony (nowhere to dry things). After we saw that most of the rooms have balconies. At the request to change the number, we were kicked in every possible way.
2) wifi. Immediately at the reception they asked for the password for wi-fi, to which they received an indignant answer "Internet $ 10 for 7 days for 1 device. " We did not take and did not lose: there is free high-speed wi-fi near the animation scene.
3) and most importantly. There is an animator on site. A couple of days before departure, he approached us and offered us a yacht tour with a foam party at sunset for $20 per person. We immediately brought the money and waited for the tour the next day. The check did not break, and we had no doubt that the hotel employee could cheat.
Immediately before the tour, the animator said that there would be no tour itself and left. After 2 hours, we came up for the money, to which the animator was surprised to see us, and did not understand what we want from him. We, in turn, heard the answer "come back in an hour. " An hour later, we again heard a phrase like "come back later. " Because the next day we flew home (which the animator knew), he said he would leave the money at the reception. In the morning, of course, there was no money. The next morning (on the day of check-out), we approached the animator demanding a refund for the failed tour. To which he pretended to see us for the first time and said to come in 10 minutes. As you may have guessed, he was not there.
