The hotel absolutely does not meet the criteria of stardom, ranging from the receptionist, the attendants, the dining room, called the restaurant, with flies and forever wandering cats, to the dirty beach with a bar, which adjoins the toilet with a shower.
It is not allowed in a 4+ hotel (the question is how did they get this status? ) to feed people fast food, like in a cheap eatery and offer drinks like "upi" (solid synthetic)
There is no or no air conditioning in the lobby. A mobile wind blower is dragged along the hotel hall from right to left.
The air conditioner in the room did not cool the room. Appealing to the administration to correct the situation, did not lead to anything. There was only an imitation of repair.
The beach is dirty.

The hotel rests mainly citizens of the Russian Federation, Belarus and Kazakhstan, they make up 95% of vacationers.
