The only positive of the hotel is that it is new. There are a lot of cons. Let me start by saying that we were among the first. We stopped at 15.06 at 7.00 am and rested until 29.06. We were immediately sent to have breakfast, and only then we were offered a room. We had a family - 2 adults and 2 children (14 and 5 years old). The rooms were not yet prepared for a mass check-in, but they found a suitable one for us (all such rooms are located at the ends of the building). The room has a double bed, 1 double bed and a sofa bed. In general, everyone has a bed. The room was not cleaned and, leaving to sunbathe by the pool, we asked to be put in order. In the future, for some reason, the maids always believed that 3 people lived with us and constantly had to ask for a fourth towel. Moreover, they took away the dirty ones regularly, but they forgot to change them. Very often we had to point this out to them. As a result, those towels that we had in stock were already thrown under our feet (foot towels were also forgotten to bring). In general, housekeeping is a separate issue. Our room was the last one on the floor, and if they reached us, it was usually at the end of the day or they missed it altogether. Once the cup of patience was overflowing after we had not been cleaned for 3 days. Moreover, leaving for the beach, we warned that we would not be there and that we could safely get out (in all languages ​ ​ and fingers). Apparently, the staff does not understand anything. I had to quarrel a lot at the reception - they cleaned up in half an hour. The rooms have a laminate on the floor - dust falls on it half an hour after cleaning. Considering also the fact that the bed is all new and spools are constantly flying from it. The trash basket was delivered to us only a week after arrival (after another run-in with employees). As if the maids did not see this moment! We put the garbage in bags, but then the maids forgot to take it out - we had to put it right next to the door so that it could be seen that it was garbage and nothing else.
Nutrition. Our 5 year old only ate rice and buns. But this is his choice. If we talk about small children, then stock up on baby food. In the hotel, the child can only be fed dry breakfasts and mashed soup (for lunch). There is cottage cheese, but it tastes very different from what we are used to and our children did not eat it. Yogurt is usually 3 types, various jams, chocolate and plain butter. From cereals - only rice. There is no hot milk. Potatoes are most often stewed with spices and various additives. It is impossible to eat sausages and sausage - tasteless. Fruits - watermelon, melon, plums (green and hard), nectarines and apricots are also green. We bought fruit in Kemer or here in Kirish. Peach-sized apricots, prunes, avocados, cherries, strawberries. They cost from 2 to 5 lire per kg. In the market, you can easily pay in dollars - only small ones are desirable. For children, the restaurant has children's chairs, at the reception you can rent a stroller - everything is new. More about food - they are not allowed to take anything out of the restaurant - they had to take out buns for the baby with various tricks. Once for dinner, spaghetti was served with sour vegetables. Once I personally came across a piece of glass from a glass in a cake. For the reason that I found it on time and it did not harm my health - I did not raise a scandal for the whole restaurant, but waited until the administrator finished dinner and went up to him with a plate and said to pass it on to the chef. Do you think I heard the words of apology? Not that day, not the next. Didn't even raise an eyebrow! As if nothing special had happened. And so it is with all services.
The air conditioner did not work for us for the first 2 days - it drove warm air. At the reception, they calmly answered that everything was fine - they would work it out. Then they nevertheless found a mechanic who repaired the device for us (for a start, it was just necessary to “refuel” it, and then it turned out that the tubes were also mounted incorrectly).

The refrigerator is installed in a special bedside table. A few days after the settlement in these bedside tables in all rooms, they began to drill holes - for ventilation.
The slides were launched a few days after the race - they also had something wrong with the mechanics. A few days later, one of the slides began to leak heavily (there was always a puddle under it), the second slide was mounted in such a way that you feel all the joints as a fifth point. Inflatable pillows were specially bought for children so that they could move out of it. On the second slide, the joints are also felt, but to a lesser extent. Slides turn on late, and turn off on time. In general, they work 1 hour before lunch and 1 hour after. Slides are only for older children, for very young children only a children's pool. Near the slides there is a toilet, shower, washbasins. The kids club opened on June 27, and then only one room. Children can play with toys there themselves, together with the animator they can make various paper crafts, color books, etc. Painting various parts of the child's body costs $2. Nearby there is a small platform where there is a slide. The playground is sandy, so children can freely pour sand from one end of the playground to the other.
Water coolers are on every floor, in the restaurant, at the bar. Carbonated drinks such as Coca-Cola can only be obtained from the hands of the bartender, which is extremely inconvenient - there is always a crowd of people suffering from beer around the bar. Wine is also poured only by the bartender. One! For the whole crowd of tourists. It's funny to watch him run around the bar, serving vacationers and forgetting who ordered what. Probably running 100 km a day.
The depth of the pool is approximately 150 cm. Near the pool there are a sufficient number of sun loungers. But - a huge minus - no one puts the sunbeds and umbrellas in order, they are always randomly scattered. The pool area is not washed or swept (never seen in 2 weeks). As a result, the mattresses on the sunbeds gradually became completely dirty and traces of ketchup and cigarettes were present on the floor and on the sunbeds - everywhere.

Lunch packages. We rented a car from a street agency and on the eve of the first departure in the evening made an order for lunch packages for 8:00 in the morning. Didn't get a response. We approach at 8:00 at the reception for packages, and they tell us that now it's time for breakfast and, please, have breakfast. They explained that we would not use the services of the hotel for the whole day, for which we were paid and that we had not been previously refused. After a heated debate, we received the lunch bags and immediately ordered the next day for 7.00 am. (so that it was not breakfast time). We approach the next morning around 8.00 am and ask about our lunch bags. First they make big eyes, and then they start to get out - you did not come up at 7.00 and we gave them to the kitchen, although it is obvious from their behavior that they were not ordered. The breakfast song starts again. This time we also got lunch packages. On the 3rd day, they no longer ordered their "super" packages. The package included - 1 boiled egg, a bun, a slice (! ) of cucumber and tomato, a slice of cheese and sausage, a few olives. From drinking - nothing! Moreover, it was packed simply in a container, and for all lunch bags we had to look for a package to bring them to the car. Why am I describing this in detail, because for us this whole story with packages was just wildness. Last year in Crete, in the same situation, we calmly ordered lunch packages for any time and no one asked you why. And in the packages were sandwiches, and vegetables, fruits, juices. And the packaging was very convenient - in special cardboard bags.
Beach. Really far more than 400 meters. It was convenient for us to go there in the afternoon. And often I had to observe that closer to 18.00 the guys begin to put the sunbeds in piles. The beach is pebbly, but the pebbles are not very large. Very narrow - sunbeds are placed until the very wave of the surf. It turns out that half of the sunbeds are under a common canopy, half are under the sun (where you like it). Sun loungers stand like soldiers in the ranks - tightly. Even between the rows you have to squeeze.
The sauna was first turned on for the whole day, then they began to limit the time. There are also various exercise machines on the floor and there is a small pool with cold water. The simulators are all working - both teenage boys and adults were engaged. Due to the fact that it is always cool there, it is quite comfortable to practice.
An Internet room and a hairdressing salon (apparently) were also planned downstairs. All of this was not yet operational. Internet is available in the lobby (you can use your own laptop), and in the cafe opposite - $ 2 / 1 hour. In the lobby there are 2 large TVs, you can turn it on whenever you want. Russian channels 3-4 pcs. Our kid was constantly watching Turkish, because there were cartoons and children's programs around the clock.
Animation. 2-3 animators work in Russian. They hold some competitions (they seemed uninteresting to us), exercises, water aerobics. In the evening, first a children's disco, then entertainment for adults. But you have to drink a lot to make them seem interesting.
For teenagers there is table tennis. In addition to the gym and tennis, teenagers have nothing else to do.
