We rested with my mother for 2 weeks (end of June, beginning of July). The hotel corresponds to 4 *, so I rate the hotel highly - expectations were met. (I was always afraid of Turkish 4 *, so I was only looking for a new hotel). No complaints, no need for pathos, I love European resorts and hotels of the Sokos plan, I have always been quite satisfied. First time in Kemer. Surprised that the staff speaks Russian. We arrived in the evening, at the end of dinner. Irina immediately showed us the hotel. Settled in a good room without surcharges and painful disputes.
Don't be annoyed that spa services are immediately offered to you - that's their job. By the way, hammam and massage are at a very good level. Compared to European spas, hotel prices are ridiculous. Do not choke yourself because of the pennies and look for where it is cheaper. I tried similar treatments in the complexes near the hotel, but Mir'amor is the best. And I had no problems with towels. When it became wet or I was cold, they immediately gave me dry, I asked for a sauna on my head, when I forgot my scarf, they gave it without any problems. They kept me with the mask until it dried out. it works while wet. No one bothered me with a dry mask. I recommend a specialist named Vesel. Very delicate and attentive, it's a pity he doesn't know English.
The gym is tolerable, although the simulators are not bolted to the floor... I was interested in stretching mats and the cleanliness of the floor. This is not very good, but I came with my towel and everything suited me.

The food is varied. A sea of vegetable dishes, salads, herbs, delicious fruits, cheeses, gravies, soup, ice cream, desserts... On the grill - meatballs, chicken, tuna, mackerel and something else... For people with a traditional taste - pasta, potatoes, sausages, meatballs, bun. In general, food for all tastes. Maybe for those who eat only meat "there is nothing to eat", but, in my opinion, the food there is for every taste. They serve all day - there is a second breakfast, and a steak bar (this is for McDonald's lovers), and an afternoon snack, so don't get emaciated, don't worry. It is quite possible to drink coffee from a machine, of course, not like in Paris, but quite normal. We don't have normal coffee anywhere in St. Petersburg. The waiters and chefs are very pleasant and friendly - every time it was a pleasure to see everyone. Great guys work at the bar. The music during the meal is calm, not annoying and does not interfere with the conversation.
The animators are also very friendly guys, but I did not have a chance to travel with them. I know that the disco with them $ 10. In the evening at the hotel it is interesting to see how the long-haired thin dancer dances (I did not recognize the name). Everything else is for an amateur who does not know what to do with himself. In terms of music - low-grade Russian pop, both on the beach and in the hotel. It was nice only when they put Turkish. There are funny discotheques in Kemer, there was one for everyone. I liked it in Crystal, because there is no crush on the dance floor. In the rest it is better to dance on top...
Walk to the beach for 5 minutes, and barely walk - 10. Yellow mattresses on the left. There are umbrellas. Water and concentrated juices from the hotel are also in front of the shower, and not in the beach bar itself.
You can go to Kemer by bus, which stops like a minibus. There is only one bus - "Kirish - Kemer", you can't go wrong (in my opinion, $ 2 or 3 lira).
We settled into a clean room. Towels were changed. Daily housekeeping is not perfect but passable. The detergent bottles were refilled. Anyway, we carry our own funds, I don’t know who will risk going somewhere without their grinding.
The reception staff is quite friendly. It is very convenient to wrap suitcases with foil right at the hotel ($ 5). They come straight to the room. I was surprised only by the question when we already handed over the key before leaving: "Did you hand over the towels? " At first I didn’t even understand... Although, for our dear compatriots this is a completely legitimate question... In general, I didn’t want to leave, the memories of everything and everyone are the most pleasant : )
