It is difficult to describe all the insanity, the indifference of the staff and the lack of any quality of service, and it is simply a pity to waste time describing this. Just don't go to this hotel. Tour operator Natalie-Tour (bought at the agency Yarche-Zharche, Krylatskoe, Moscow) - a separate "merci" for the fact that they sell tours here without warning customers about what awaits them there. This is either complete unprofessionalism, or a conscious desire to quickly sell the tour, essentially deceiving the client in his expectations, and at least "the grass does not grow there. " And they sell it like "5 stars or so". It's -5 (minus five) stars.

Upon arrival, I really liked the fact that we passed the airport almost without delay, arrived at the hotel, settled in the room. . . It immediately caught my eye - that the territory was well cleaned. . . Pleasant service. . . We rested like everyone else - the pool, the sea, their massage, etc. . . I want to say about the massage separately: the massage therapist knows his business well, but for some reason, he accepts any action in his direction as an offer to have sex. . . This is not my first time in Turkey - I understand everything, but this one.....In general, maybe under other circumstances I would have behaved differently, but this time I barely got rid of him (as I found out that I was “alone” I almost offered to marry, claimed that I fell in love at first sight). . . I really liked the surrounding area - even went on purpose - to see everything. . . I especially liked the VERY large sculptures of different animals.....Room service - I didn’t see it, but it’s not that they didn’t clean it - we just spent the night, but there aren’t enough of them : ). . . Here's the hotel's own animation - not at all pleased. . . Everything is kind of the same.....boring. . . Once again I will say: in general, I do not pretend to be super service, or anything else - the goal was to walk around nightclubs with free admission, sunbathe in the sun, give the body a little rest before the fall. . . Which I received in a complete set of them even a little more. . . Therefore, a solid 4. . . Have a nice rest, and not only in Turkey!! !

My husband and I spent our honeymoon there, right after our wedding! If there was something wrong, then we did not notice... Everything is nice and cozy. The area is just amazing! We lived in Vera Country and had to walk around this area several times a day, but although it was possible to go to the beach by bus, we preferred to walk! Each time we chose different routes and enjoyed the views! It really is a paradise for children! We had breakfast at the restaurant of our hotel, and for lunch and dinner we went to Aqua.

Everything is nice and cozy. The area is just amazing! We lived in Vera Country and had to walk around this area several times a day, but although it was possible to go to the beach by bus, we preferred to walk! Each time we chose different routes and enjoyed the views! It really is a paradise for children! We had breakfast at the restaurant of our hotel, and for lunch and dinner we went to Aqua. The food is varied, pastries... it is impossible to refuse !!! ! You can collect everything for yourself, even burst.
We bought a hookah, installed it on our balcony, brought drinks from the restaurant there, and no one forbade anything. )))
Who says that smells are heard from the farm... appropriate... we didn’t smell anything like that from our room... Maybe because the windows were on the other side. Our room was 2 rooms. Such a distance and we did not sort out and beg closer or more. Room in a rustic style, my husband lacked a carpet on the floor, but I liked everything, very interesting. The cleaning lady left us 2 and a half liter bottles of water every day, we didn’t have time to drink it!
They tried to leave a tip, but they did not know that they should be left on the bed... so they put them on the table, but no one took them. : ))
The door was slammed once, but the keys were left in the room, the husband ran to the reception, they gave him a new KEY without question... they only asked for the room number... to be honest, it was a little annoying... you understand . . you could have called the room number neighbors, for example))) But, fortunately, there was no theft.
The only thing that bothered me was the wasps during breakfast. . . it's better not to sit on the street, they are very hungry and clingy. Maybe we got into such a period... a special wasp activity, I don’t know))) But this is only in the restaurant of our Vera Country. Aqua restaurant near the sea and everything is calm there.
The sea is gorgeous, there were always enough sunbeds. There are many pools, there is a slide, everything works.
Every evening animation for children and adults, disco.
Honestly, the hotel is a bit old, but clean and comfortable, with friendly and polite staff. . . and the area compensates for everything.
If you are eating for the first time, then this is a great choice for getting to know Turkey!

I stayed in this hotel with a child. We have the best memories of our vacation. We lived in the building "aqua" by the sea. Rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The buffet is quite varied, there was no problem with children's food. There was a lot of everything and tasty, there were no queues, a lot of meat (mostly lamb and poultry).

We lived in the building "aqua" by the sea. Rooms are clean, cleaned every day.
The buffet is quite varied, there was no problem with children's food. There was a lot of everything and tasty, there were no queues, a lot of meat (mostly lamb and poultry). Juice, though not natural, and from fruits only watermelons with oranges.
Very good children's animation, Russian girls in the mini club are friendly and smiling.
There were shows for adults every day and sometimes even very good, funny ones. There is a disco, but the music is not a fountain there. If you are too lazy to go to Kemer, then it will do.
There are no complaints about the service at the hotel in general. If you came to rest, then smile and you will be happy : -)
The territory of the hotel is so large that in 12 days I did not go around all corners. There are wonderful pools with slides in the lower and upper parts. Upstairs there is a stable, a farm with domestic animals and a very beautiful park with figurines of animals - the children could not be pulled out of there.
In general, I recommend the hotel for family vacations, holidays with children. There are almost no singles among vacationers, so they may be bored.
