Everyone has different opinions about this hotel, but I liked Pts! Animators are great guys! The service is at a high level, the attitude is good both as a tourist and as a girl. all these buildings: both forest and country eat on the territory of the “aqua” and hang out there, regardless of how much and for which particular building they paid. It is also practiced to give “aqua” bracelets for the inhabitants of the forest and country : ) although I don’t know why this is necessary, because everyone hangs out in Aqua anyway.
About the hotel:
The hotel had a bunch of names and a bunch of owners. It is passed on like a baton. THEN the hotel was called Taksim International Resort, then "Vera Aqua Resort HV-1" now it's called "Naturland", but only the name changes, everything else remains the same and gets old ...getting old ...changing only the names : )
Rooms (size, comfort)
The rooms are small. Standard - about 14 m2. Family room is 2-room, but also small. We lived in the aqua building as we paid with a view of the entrance and the road, as well as a view of the mountain with the forest and country buildings.
Our friends, a young couple, were settled in a family suite, thus making them a pleasant surprise, and another couple was settled on the minus first floor. To be honest, back in Moscow we knew almost everything about the rooms and were not surprised that they were so small and that there was a "minus first floor". The TV set in the rooms is tiny, but with 3 Russian channels, although we almost didn’t watch TV … if only it’s normal to fall asleep under it.
Service at the hotel (range and quality of services):

Zoo: This is a farm: cows, chickens, sheep and more. A 4-year-old child was delighted when he was able to pet a rabbit that was nearby, not in a cage, but moved freely. By the way, there was no unpleasant smell, they cleaned it well!
