Like everyone who writes here, they just returned from Turkey yesterday. In general, we are satisfied with our vacation in Sunland, but only in general, there is a lot to find fault with, but for the money that we paid, it is quite normal. There were several nuances that prevented the hotel from being given an overall five stars. Everything in order, and there everyone will decide what is a plus for him and what is a minus.
We were warmly received, we arrived at 11 o'clock, and although we were warned that the check-in was at 14-00 and we could wait at the reception desk for this hour, we waited only 10 minutes, during which time we were treated to a cocktail, and immediately settled. The room is large and comfortable, everything that is indicated on the website is available, though the bathroom leaked a little water and several times there were stains on snow-white towels =)), the room was cleaned every day, but just for show... , and the most unpleasant air conditioner did not work =)) Meals and animation are the undisputed five! The beach is very close, less than a minute, although many do not like that you need to cross the road, but there is an underground passage. The hotel area is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly, but without fanaticism. The spa center is dirty and if anyone wants to "taste" a Turkish bath, etc. we advise you to visit a specialized center, the price is the same, but the quality is a cut above. In general, it’s not even bad, if someone for the first time has nothing to compare with, and who has been to Europe, so this hotel pulls on a solid three stars with a plus by European standards, and by our CIS standards - all six, so who what and for what price =)).
