We returned from Turkey today. In general, we had a rest, not bad, but not at all as expected, and only thanks to the company. Rested through "Karya tour". We were greeted well. Take to the hotel is also good. In the future, only moments of waiting are associated with this tour operator....Punctuality at zero. Several times we went on excursions and all the time we were waiting for the bus. Pegasus arrived normally, but ours.....
It took a very long time to stay in the rooms. We sat for 2 hours. There were 5 of us. There should have been one standard room and one room for three. This also came with problems. They all settled in one room where there were 4 beds. Then 2 were moved normally, and the three of us were moved to a room where someone already lived (we went into the room, and there things are, cosmetics are worth... ). Then we were sent to a room where there was 1 double bed. For three persons. And instead of a 3-bed room, we got 1 double bed and an extra bed (who doesn’t know what it is - a folding bed. Until that moment, I didn’t know what it was either) The room was very small in size. And it turned out that having paid 2000 USD for three of us, we got a tiny room and a folding bed. There were no other numbers. The food was disgusting. There was only rice. They made steaks, but there was a queue for them 15 minutes before the start of dinner. Not very nice....We were not moved to another room. And our guide was of no help. The hotel does not pull on 5 *. The service is just terrible. Once they put a dirty fork with dried food on the teeth.
For the future, I decided for myself that I would not go to this hotel or through this tour operator again.
