It was the first time in Turkey. Before going to this hotel, I read a lot of good reviews and decided that it was impossible to spoil the hotel, which had just opened.

Host "Eidetet Travel", guide Anastasia. Anastasia was at the hotel every day, but as soon as you give her money for the tour and she understands that she will not receive anything else from you, you become uninteresting to her. When we left, she didn't even say goodbye to us. We bought an excursion to Kemer for spa treatments from her for $40, and then we found out that they were sold on the street to the left of the hotel for $10. The spa is super worth a trip.

Arriving at the hotel at half past eleven, we waited forty minutes for check-in, after which, going to the reception, we found out that they simply forgot about us. They gave us a card from the room saying that the room was wonderful, as it turned out later, the windows overlooked a neighboring nearby hotel. We asked to change the room and eventually moved in only at three o'clock in a room with a sea view (No. 2222).
The assortment of the buffet is large, but as it turned out later, there is nothing as such, because what is cooked is more tasteless. For dinner, a chicken kebab is prepared for the buffet on the beach (they give out two pieces in hand). There is no fresh juice at all, our guide confirmed this to us. Once we were late for dinner and walked with plates for about fifteen minutes (very spoiled the mood). At lunchtime, the balcony at the restaurant is closed, and even if there are not enough seats, they will not open anyway.

From 9 to 9.30 in the morning, next to the reception, you can order an a`la cart restaurant, there are two of them (Italian and Turkish). Don't order anything from the menu or you'll have to pay later. The waiter comes up and offers you a choice of dishes and alcoholic drinks. I really liked the Turkish restaurant, delicious kebab. In Italian, it is less tasty and varied, do not order pizza (it is terrible). Both restaurants have excellent service. Ice cream is given from 15-15.30, we found it on the third day, behind the hotel up the hill, they also cook cakes (I didn’t like it).
Room service is just awful. Cleaned up after three o'clock in the afternoon, I was in shock. Tipping was given to the maid in the hands, does not help, after that they did not leave a tip at all. Managers act like you owe them something. I was not served at the hotel bar due to the fact that I have wet hair showing a sign that you can’t approach in swimsuits (understand as you wish).

Once we went down to a disco, a small stuffy hall and very loud music, obviously not for such a room, we were "carried out" from there by the sound. Do not wait for waiters at the pools, they are not there. A waiter walks by the beach and cleans the dishes, if you ask to bring a drink, he will pretend that he does not understand you. All this disgrace of the managerial staff was brightened up by the boys, waiters and bartenders (a separate low bow to the bartenders). The unfortunate boys were tormented with some terrible corkscrews (if you want to tip them, grab them a corkscrew, we regretted that we did not see them for sale there). Special thanks to the animators, they are super !!!!!
On the beach at the hotel, we went to lie on the sun loungers and rinse after the sea. To swim in the sea, we went to a wild beach, it is located to the right of the hotel, you have to go through two more hotels. Beldibi is one of the hotels that, as we were told, you can enter only by paying from $ 40 and a few shops. No entertainment. We went to Kemer, by car for 15-20 minutes, by bus for 40 minutes. There is no shopping there, in Moscow everything is of better quality and cheaper. There are many Russians. I have never seen violent and very drunk people. When the room is handed over, the fun begins. As soon as you rent a number, you become an outcast and everyone already tolerates you. They took off our bracelets and returned them after I said that we were leaving late and it would not hurt to eat. They feed only on the street in a snack bar (the choice is small). The waiter had such an expression on his face that at the sight of him he wanted to disappear imperceptibly (it feels like the food was at least stolen). The mood was lifted by the boy bartender in a snack (clever), I will definitely post his photo.

Conclusion:
We talked with those who go to Turkey not for the first time (including Gaynuk, near Beldibi) and they were shocked by such poor service. We were driving in a wonderful mood and thought that nothing could spoil it for us, and, nevertheless, I will never go to this hotel and area again.
